The Team at audio solutions is top tier ,they hooked me up with a complete change out of my factory speakers and added some bass ,the installation is top notch you can't see a wire anywhere ,I was impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their work needless to say when I left after the install I couldn't stop smiling ...thanks you guys

Attitude is VERY POOR, all they care about is THIER BOTTOM LINE AND SCREW the Customers, Installers are A1, management is PURE GARBAGE, I spent Real Money on got SCREWED, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND,these SORRY people for NOTHING!!!

Place is great, they have awesome selection of products but my only complaint will be one of the employees in there , a short girl who just loves to argue with the customers , she thinks she knows everything and had the nerve to tell me that I could do something but it doesn't mean it was the right way of doing it lol she also talk me out of buying other item I was about to pay for ..... I could have easily spent twice as much as I did buying another stuff I needed but she kept asking if I was ready to check out every minute.I'll still be back soon but I will ask for a different sales person for sure .

Seen a bunch of negative reviews but always have a pleasant experience. Went in to get an amp kit, and Donald took care of me. He recommended a less expensive product than I was looking for, and it worked out perfectly. Staff is friendly, not pushy, and will answer any and all questions.

The absolute best car audio shop in Texas!Matter of a fact, I've never found another car audio ship ANYWHERE that can beat the prices at unique!They are very knowledgeable and so easy to deal with!As long as I need anything audio I will buy it here!

The lady at the counter (Mis Charlyn) was excellent and I do love the vibe among them. Got pretty much everything you need and the best part of them is that, they will walk the extra miles to meet your desired expectations. I do appreciate their hard work and honesty.

The best and most affordable speakers around. This is the only shop I go to anymore. Grate staff and if you need an awesome box ask for josh that man works miracles

Great people! Cheap prices on alot of different brands. I was very indecisive, didn't know what brand or what size sub to go with. They worked with me and help me understand more of what I was getting. In there idea, a budget ready idea is better. Because knowing how much you can afford, helps them get you the best for your buck. Very professional and great prices!

This place is Great !!!!!! My experience today was awesome. The prices were very competitive, the staff was knowledgeable and the work was even better. They even gave me a ride to my house around the corner to wait while they installed my amp and speakers. I will definitely continue to give them my business and refer all of my friends. My sound system sounds great.

If you care about your vehicle and want the best for it....DON'T GO HERE! Had some work done 2 yrs ago and couldn't ask for better care or service.... Finally pulled the trigger to finish the system and it was probably the worst experience ever. From the open bag of Doritos left in my truck...(that has not been eaten in by me in 4 years) to the broken seat panel, to the amp placed where no adjustment could be made, to the 3 weeks of runaround... it was horrible.. I asked for all the mids and highs to be replaced and add an amp... I go to pick it up and they didn't replace the dash speakers. I figured that out because one wasn't working... I went back in to have them check it and they informed me that they didn't replace them... Doesn't sound like they understood.... REPLACE ALL THE MIDS AND HIGHS... so I bought the dash speakers too... Had to bring the truck back two days later for them to install the 3" dash speakers. When I picked it up... the drivers dash speaker still didn't work.. This is when I found the empty chip bag, and the broken seat panel.. This truck is my baby.. driven twice in the rain.. never eaten in.. and now this! I was furious.... I went back in and talked to several of the employees including the owner. He had everyone come from the back to see what happened... after I was told that my head unit possibly had a blown channel (supposedly they traced the wires) the installer and the salesman said they would fix the seat and if I got the part they would install all of it, and take some money off the install of my new head unit I was going to purchase. I got the runaround for 3 weeks about how they couldn't get the radio and couldn't locate the harness for the install, at this point I was a little frustrated. I located the head unit on Amazon and the harness @ Performance Car Audio within 2 days I had all of it at the house. Unsure if I would get them to complete the stereo install because of all the problems. I called to have them install the seat panel THEY BROKE and it was like they didn't even know who I was... the manager was very rude and questioned if they even broke it.. and totally denied the chip bad... IT DIDNT FLY IN THERE I ASSURE YOU. My grandkids haven't even ridden in that truck.. we don't eat in it.. we don't drive it in the rain... and I don't think the good lord was using a Doritos bag to show me a sign... so how did it get there?Quite possibly the worst experience ever!I will never spend another penny there! There are to many places that actually care about there customers and their vehicles to continue being treated like this! Best of luck to them, but I wouldn't bring a lawnmower there.FIND A GOOD SHOP WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR VEHICLES!

I really wanted to like this place and called ahead, asked about install and was told yes, we can do small installs there - perfect. When I got there, lady at the front desk was so arrogant and un-receptive of what I wanted and top of that she told me that they don't do any installs at that location (!), that I have to visit their other location. She handed me a card for "Shady Tree KustomZ". Although I couldn't find any info on them, I still called and spoke with Rodney. He was busy and promised to call back in 15 min and I have not heard from him since.Other than that, if you just need equipment without advice or install, they seem to have decent stock.

Donald is a really good guy. I ve purchased there before and he really hooked me up, I plan on going back in the next week to get a new radio for my girl, I ll go here over Best Buy or even Amazon, eBay any day!

Not what I expected....in the best possible way, I consider myself old school and walked in with a good idea of exactly what I wanted. After talking to the experts at Unique audio and explaining what I needed, I walked out educated on the latest and greatest brands and some awesome audio at an unbelievable price. I will be recommending everyone who loves my system to Unique.

This place should not be open, they have no clue about the stuff they sell and only care about making you spend more money. They use a third party website to look up parts for your car and will often get it wrong. The women running the counter refused to refund a $10 part even after she admitted the one she sold me was wrong. She also told me that the bypass that they carry is the only one that would actually work without locking the unit, well that was another lie because I went down the road bought a cheaper/smaller bypass and it works flawlessly. I was also told that the PAC harness was the same as the harness they sold (Metra) which was another lie.If you choose to come here DO NOT let them lie to you. Other places might be more expensive but at least they know what they're doing.

I, incompetent in the world of aftermarket audio, and my friends tried to connect a stepdown up to an amp. I noticed it wasn't working correctly when I was driving around silsbee and thought I smelled a controlled burn, but the controlled burn was the stepdown in my B pillar.Ling story short, I pulled up to Unique with a melted stepdown and a mess of butchered wire exposed and they had me fixed up and my sub working in about an hour on the spot at a price that anybody with burning equipment in their car would be happy to pay. Great place, great people and great quality work

Kind of strange place. Evidently the prices change every day according to the internet prices. We had a lot of questions and it was difficult to get good answers. Also they do not do any installations but they will recommend someone. I would recommend doing all your homework first before going here that way you know exactly what you need.

The store is good as for as convenience goes but that guy Donald in my opinion hates his own race and that s cool if he hates himself but keep it to yourself...that would be better for business...bcuz most people don t go there for his personal politics, just audio equipment ONLY!!! Food for thought Donald regardless of how u feel about yourself...at the end of the day some things u simply can t change just b ok with that and u probably won t be so angry...that advice is free of charge yw

The system installed is great but the customer service from cashier when we needed some adjustments was horrible. She was rude and had a nasty attitude.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to pass by on my day off to inquire about upgrading my system in my truck, while looking at the head unit display I attempted to look at one of the pioneer models online to see the size of the screen while doing so an arrogant sales rep rudely approached me basically saying that I could get off my phone and stop shopping on Google because they have the lowest prices around, I'm sry but a simple hi how's it going thank you for stopping by, is there anything I can help you with would have been alot better, little did he know I actually had the money to get an entire setup right then and there, so if this is the type of customer service you offer, I'd rather go elsewhere and spend more money and be treated a little more respect

Went to get some Hid lights installed in the Beaumont location. They said they could get it done but they was having trouble with Hids flickering so they kept asking me to come back wasted gas and time coming back 4 times. Also broke some parts, missing clips, screws, scratches on my truck.

Got the skar 1500 amp to drive my db 8s it did well but didnt get the sound i wonted went back the ap 12 they said would be good with my 1500 in the pro box i was not shure but it did well. An for the price i was pleased thank to all the staff ill be in soon to get 4 more ap an 2 1500 skars thanks again
