This PILOT was designed by a blooming idiot , putting the Autos & Semi's entrance together, what a stupid moron that drawed out the layout for this .....and Semi's parking along the RED " NO PARKING " curb I'm guessing trucking schools don't teach this to all the ROOKIES with their automatic Semi's ( LOOK CLOSELY AT THE CURB ) plus if you want to get a parking space you BEST pull In about 3pm ... them solar powered trucks can't run after dark

Nice, clean truck stop. Not very crowded, not super busy. Very beautiful surroundings. A good place to rest and relax before getting back on the road.

This place is one of the cleanest I've ever been, the shower was clean too and the water pressure was awesome. I ordered a couple of Cod Fish Alacarte and left. I was going to give them a 5 star, but when I checked my food I was very disappointed. $8.65 down to drain. I couldn't even eat it. It looked like it was picked up from trash.

This Pilot is one of THE BEST in the whole country. And I speak with authority having visited literally hundreds of locations. Beware though, the Arby's is NOT 24 hours. Was told it closed at 10 pm on this visit.They sell beer here. Please don't drink and drive.Extremely clean inside and out. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities besides the usual showers, including a public laundry and a spacious driver lounge. The dining area offered ample seating.PJ Fresh has a large selection of goodies. And of course like so many others have mentioned, they have pizza, and it's one of the best you'll ever taste at a to go place. It's made from real, hand tossed dough. I've seen them making it myself.A great place to stop and refuel your ride and your tummy.

AMAZING STAFF!!!! Everyone has been amazing, helpful, friendly!!! The people that helped us deserve a raise! We have spent some time here. It s very clean with lots of options. The showers were very nice!!! I was impressed. They have laundry, game room, Arby s, hot food bar and a movie room.

It s ok. The cashiers force to use self checkouts. Best part of the stay here is the Mexican restaurant, Taqueria Las Cazuelas, best Mexican food I ve had. The restaurant has a huge lot for trucks to park, signs say no trucks but you ll be fine, I called and confirmed before heading there.

Nice, clean pilot, actually is my favorite fuel store in whole Texas state. People here is very gentle and respectful. Could say more good things about this place but my brake is over. God bless this guys.

What s the point of having a Cinnabon if it s not ready until 8. And get greeted with an attitude perfect ! Just the way I love to start my day.

Staff are real nice. I have never needed the trucking services like the showers bit they seem to be clean. The whole place seems clean. There is a Arby's too.

This is the best store I've been to the staff is super nice and kind and the managers are super sweet and helped me with anything that I needed help with so they have my business whenever I come to Beasley 100 stars for them!!!!!!!

Sat and waited for over a hour for a shower for them to tell me no showers today and they didn t have any sign up saying anything about it

I recently found myself in a situation where I was homeless and living in my car. I had left California to move closer to family and wound up in Beasley TX. The employees here have been very kind and accomodating, I am grateful to have been able to sit in the Drivers lounge at a charging station to look for work and resources to help myself out. I highly recommend this particular Pilot Flying J, stop in and say Hi, grab an Arby's Roast beef and for desert they have a Cinnabon for that sweet tooth. I want to say THANK YOU to the entire staff at 525 S 1st St. Beasley TX 77417. I think what I enjoyed the most was taking a shower after driving for two days, a special Kudos to the attendant that went out of her way to offer me an extra towel, thank you for taking such good care of me!

Cashier refused to take me at a regular register and not self checkout. I refuse to do self checkout that's your job. So I took my money across the street and spent it there. Good way to loose money Pilot

Poor customer service, force you to use self serve register, staff and management rather loose a customer than check them out. I ve told them on several occasions and was told the issues with their self checkout but yet they refused to check out customers. Today I told them I was not going to self checkout and was told oh well, I could leave so I did.Bathrooms are not maintained well and have an odor.Beasley TX location used to be a good location but has definitely dropped to poor.

Have them make you a pizza from scratch. Their Pizza is as good as any Restaurant chain(pizza hut, Domino's,or little ceasers.)(I added Gorgonzola Cheese to my pizza for that extra salty flavor because I was out of Anchovies)

This has always been my go to stop for fuel on my way home from Houston. The last few times I have been disappointed by their addition of self checkout registers. When I stopped by today they now have a sign on the counter that says the normal register is for Diesel only. The three self check registers had errors that needed to be cleared before you could use them. The employee behind the counter was on the phone and unable to help. This used to be a great fuel stop.

3/23/23 walked into this location to grab something to eat and drink and get back on the road. The fountain drink majority of the stuff in there about half of them were empty. They're out the cart was slammed and none for quick grab food to go. So I went and got a fountain drink that was working a cold sandwich some hard boiled eggs and a bag of chips. There was four people behind the counter one of them working a register on a fuel purchase. Then I was instructed to go to self checkout with three people with their arms crossed with nothing to do. I don't think twice before I stop in here again.

Place was clean, but no hot/warm food in middle of night. I asked cashier why no, hot food, or even hot dogs, response was "they" didn't leave us any to put out. Come on Pilot management, we truckers don't work normal hours and like to have a warm meal. The hotdogs and roller items can warm themselves on roller...it doesn't take much effort to get them out of cooler and put them out.

The employees are "pushing customers" to use self check out when some of us don't like self check out. The male manager spoke unkindly.Their milk and creamer likes to squirt on others hands. Also the counter is sticky and they need to check to make sure the coffee is made more often.

Had a great experience here last night! Clean shower, good pressure, good food, clean eating area and mostly friendly folks... but get up at 5:20am and there's NO COFFEE!! No Creamer either... Doesn't Pilot/Flying J advertise the BEST coffee on the Interstate?? All pots were empty and the parking lot is bustling with activity. Would have been 5 stars until that. Kinda disappointed.

Terrible staff and I can tell the whole pilot management! I have purchased a blue parrot earphones on 12/14/22. When I purchased I asked by the female seller: can I return it and how many days/months return policy. She told me: yes, read on receipt the details. On receipt clearly says that 7 days free returns and 30 days exchange. We drove 30 miles to exchange to another earphone because blue parrot totally uncomfortable then planctronics, which I hade before for 4-5 years. The worker at the same store didn t want exchange to another earphones and told that on receipt says 7 days for exchange only and refused to exchange! The manager of store - Bruce.

I love going in here. When they have clearances on products, you are getting a deal!!! Their food Is good but it's the people that work there that make the store! Always super nice. There's one guy in there that is such a cutie and he is so so very polite! Restrooms are clean!!!

Worst staff I have ever met! They just want to sell you, but when you need help with return, they try to find anything to refuse return. Never buy anything at this store! The manager of the store - Bruce. Maybe he tells to not accept returns .

If you're pushing by this pilot at 9pm and you haven't had dinner yet, well, you're not going to eat here! Last call for food here at this 24hr truck stop is 8pm. Arby's closes, they put away the roller food, soups and the other food offerings are gone. There was a pizza languishing under the heat lamp, but that was it. According to staff, it's because they are in the "outskirts" but in fairness the staff was polite and friendlyRight across the street at the other truck stop there was an abundance of hot dinner food options and several people were there. Eating. At 9:15pm.

My husband and I just stopped at the Pilot! The ladies in the Red pilot shirts or extremely friendly kind. Bank of pizza that is breakfast pizza and it is out of this world DELICIOUS! They have cinnabons and good coffee... And clean bathrooms!
