I would NOT recommend getting an oil change here. I got my oil changed on a Saturday and Monday morning my garage was full of oil. I went to Walmart to figure out how they could help. The only solution was either a refund or they redo the work. Not both. I got my refund and went somewhere else. I don t trust this place to do better the second time. I was pretty disappointed in this Walmart and won t be back.

Called and asked if they repaired tires. They said yes and cost was $15. We were across the highway and went there. We were traveling from Mississippi and had a low tire when we turned off the interstate. We went to Walmart and they told my husband he had to have an appointment - never mentioned over the phone. Drove up the road three minutes to the place behind McDonald s. Quick, fast repair for $25. Walmart - you failed!

I needed a battery so was 1st in line at 7 AM. Rashn (working inside sales and tested battery) was very helpful and as it turned out my battery was just under 3 years old so I got a full replacement for free. The technician was getting old battery pulled out while I was dealing with paperwork. Was done in about 20 minutes. Very good experience. A manager was called to sign off on the battery swap out and she was very nice as well even though I wasn't spending money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called last night 30 minutes before they closed to set an appointment this morning for 2 tires that they said "they have". Come to find out they only have 1. This happened last time as well. I will never come back to Walmart for anything auto related.

Went for an oil change early in the morning. The gentleman took my information and said it shouldn't be too long because I was the only one in line for an oil change and that the other individuals were having to tire work completed. I shopped around for about an hour and returned to check on vehicle and was informed by the new person working the counter it would be another hour at least. After a 3 hour total wait for an oil change I purchased all the supplies needed to do oil changes from my house and I suggest you do the same.

Really wanted to give �/� star. Horrible. Two hours for oil change and they forgot to rotate my tires as ordered. Then rang it up & tried to charge $94. Finally got that adjusted to $70. They really are the worst. Not going back.

Just had them patch a tire and service was great. Took an hour but can't complain.I would rather pay the $10 than go to Discount and wait for hours for free.Keep up the good work focusing on customer satisfaction.Even a technician said "Have a nice day" as I walked to my truck.Great experience!!!!

I got there at 8:30 in the morning to get tires installed on my truck. The guy behind the counter told me he had 5 cars in front of me. At 11:00 they finally pulled my truck in the bay. After watching them stand around it and pop the hood for a little while ,they finally decided to take the tires off. For 2 hours more it stayed like that until I complained to the counter guy. Thirty minutes later I saw my truck pulling out of the bay with no hub caps, they put them on in the parking lot . I will never buy tires from Walmart ever again.

I feel like I'm in the twilight zone...employees walking in a different world not talking to any customers..line of customers been here 2 hrs waiting for oil...nobody doing ANYTHING PROGRESSIVE..IM SHOCKED AT THE INCOMPENCY

They're very unprofessional. They have two people behind the register but only one working. Then the one person working, takes forever and act like you're not there. No greetings when you walk in as well. Then you wait that whole time just to be turned around at 6pm and they close at 7pm

Had time to kill so I figured I'd get an oil change. The guys were so great! Esp. the one in the arm sling. He really went above to accommodate me. Explained the wait and everything. Got me right out when it was done. Thanks so much.

This place does not know the meaning of customer service. The lines were super long, I never thought you thought there was someone to check you out they passed you up and went back outside.

The little short manager has me skiddish I spent over $500 last year my oil change package was the higher maitinance one. I. Never received all my services due to a shortage of a fluid so I exchange numbers with the manager and returned twice asking for the rest of my service the short manager over the shop talked great but tottally avoided fufilling my purchase. I only use this place very reluctantly and and a a last resort and I don't order the higher maintenance package. I go simple till I get where I'd rather be. This shop has has me very scorned.

How 2 hours to put 1 tire on a rim and have an attitude because your upset because your car has been sitting on the side oh the highway 20mins away and you're from out of state.... pitiful

The afternoon crew was a lot faster than the morning and did great rotation and balanced job. No shaking in my car steering wheel. However, the front desk at auto center made two mistakes in my bill that I had to ask them to correct. Other customers were angry because auto center could not locate their tires (the manager had to find it for them). It was an awkward and uncomfortable experiences standing around angry customers which happens every time I visit Walmart auto center. Also a manager had to come and fix my bill. Five stars for the crew and zero for the staff. Never again go to Wal-Mart for tires.

Was supposed to get my interior vacuumed with my oil change along with air filter checked, but that didn't happen. Other than that, I was in and out in 20 minutes and everything seems to be running smoothly.

Got to auto care at 5:50pm on Monday jun 24th. Desperately needed a tire change as one had gone bad on the road and the guy there said we re not taking anymore cars in because we close at 6 . Although every sign posted said they closed at 7pm from Monday-Friday. Horrible customer service. Wheel FX took care of us down the road with awesome customer service even though they actually close at 6:30pm.

Needed tires I had purchased from Wal-Mart already rotated. A hour before closing time they turned me away because there were other customers in front of me. The bays were empty except for the oil change and it was done in 10 mins. I waited outside until they closed and no other cars were wored on. They are lazy and lie. I will No longer purchase anything from them.

Very bad service !! Came in and an associate named Ashley in the tire department said she would have my boyfriend assisted with his tire change . Next thing you know 5 minutes later she said no because it's closing time!! Seriously came in 30 minutes . It was an EMERGENCY and she had the audacity to say yes then no. I want to see someone tell her no when her tire blows out 2 hours away from home! Ignorant young lady . Someone Cleary did NOT WANT TO WORK!!! As huge as Wal-Mart is they always say "KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY" .. calling corporate to report Miss Ashley!

Second time coming here. Bad customer service both times. Have been serviced neither of those time. Employees tend to forget about there customers. This time I walked in and asked for a new tire ended up waited 2 hours come to find out they forgot about me and misplaced my keys.

Mont Belvieu sucks in automotive because they have no tires for upper class cats but I did have a man try to help me with all that he could, they only had one tire for a jaguar and as a spare I paid 80 dollars and that was the best they could do.

Just went there to pick up an online order and waited over 15 mins just for someone from the back because Stephen the employee that was working the pick up was either to lazy or incoherent to acknowledge me (maybe because I'm Hispanic) he didn't even bother to ask me, if I was waiting for a pick up even after he walked by 3 times!

I have tried for four hours just to get ANYONE to answer the phone. I even let the phone ring for 11 minutes- they terminated the call. I tried calling the main number- never got an answer, just, your call is very important to us, an associate will be right with you. 12 minutes later- the call dropped!

Really wish I would have been informed when I came in for an oil change that it would be a two hour wait.
