Showed up at 8 o clock this morning. There were no other cars there I went to get my tires mounted that I bought and it took them 2 1/2 hours to tell me they couldn t mount them because they were used but two years ago when they mounted used tires on the same vehicle that turned out to have dry rot, they didn t have a problem mounting those.. so yeah I m pissed. Not only are they slow but their customer service is terrible.Service: Tires

I showed up twenty minutes before close and was refused service. I needed a oil change and was gonna pick up some groceries but was refused a oil change Twenty minutes before 7:00 wich is when they close . So I had to go to another place that also closed at 7:00 and the other place changed my oil five minutes till with no problem. This place is a zero star. They need better customer service and new closing times .

I want to give a shout out to Brandon and Justin who helped us out recently. We were on a long drive back home to Austin from Georgia and realized that we were quickly losing oil. Panicked we went to the Walmart Auto Center on Garth Road to figure out the problem since it was the closest option for us. Turns out the dealership had only hand-tightened our oil drain plug a few weeks prior and it finally vibrated out during our long drive.Nothing is quite as stressful as thinking you might have a major car issue while traveling with your whole family, hours from home, with your car full of your belongings and Christmas gifts. We really appreciated how quickly these guys helped us out and put us at ease. They answered all of our questions and even showed us pictures of the underside of our car. And all for only $57, a fraction of what the dealership charged us to not even do a thorough job. Thanks!Service: Oil change

Used them for tires. No problems. I've I've used them for oil changesas well and no issues. This last time tho they forgot to put the drain plug gasket back on so I was leaking oil after I left. Didn't notice til I moved my car 2 days later. Went back 2 days later. They fixed it right up once I pointed it out. Everyone involved was fast and made good on the mistake. Usually places will fight tooth and nail over a small mistake. Glad the dudes working didn't hassle me over it one bit. I'd go again. Just need to check it lolServices: Tires, Auto maintenance

Sat outside waiting for them to open. Called no answer called store transfered no answer. Call 2 more times finally got an answer asked if they open at 7 the lady rudely said we are open. I said the doors are shut and I can't get in. She you have to give us a chance to open them. I said Yes but it's 7:20 and you said you open at 7. She said nothing else. Why don't they put a sign up saying open at 7ish or when we decide to.

Let me start by saying my truck wasn't cheap. I went in there to get a oil change i let them do there thing. About 30 minutes later I get a text saying my truck is finished so I go pick it up. I get home and started washing the truck and I seen a trail of liquid so I look underneath it and its constantly dripping oil. I crawled under my truck to check it out and I grabbed the oil filter and tightened it 1 full turn before it wouldn't turn anymore. That is ridiculous i pay good money for your services and you leave the job half finished. I really hope the manager sees this because I am super mad about it and something needs to be done ASAP.

Went to buy tires. We left the car. Returned 2 hours later. The manager in charge said they made a mistake an don't have the tires. I asked why didn't they call an tell us so we wouldn't be waiting. No response. Then I asked when will the tires be here? She said maybe next week.. I asked did she order the tires? She said no.. I am pissed. I could have ordered the tire on Walmart web site an it would give me a time an date. This manager was too lazy an to caught up following one of the male employees for either of them to do their job an get the tires.. We went to discount an bought them.. These two people need to be fired. It's employees like this that make a business unsuccessful an push people into other stores... Plain lazy, an basically thief's because they are getting paid to lay on the clock an not do their jobs.

I pulled in around 4:30pm and waited while an employee constantly looked over and never acknowledged my being in line. Finally about 10-15 minutes later (thinking maybe he and his partner are the only ones working) someone comes out and let s me know they aren t taking anymore tire issues today. Granted I m next in line and their shop doesn t close until 7pm. I literally just need a tire replaced.... I ll never make the mistake of buying tires from Walmart again. Discount Tire has been the way I ve bought tires for years and I regret changing it up this time around.

My experience with the care care service has been ok. I mostly do purchases of wipers, oils, filters, etc. They have a key maker so you can bring in your keys and get copy's made which is very convenient. As for the services provided for my cars, I do all myself. I have no need for it. But I observe how the guys work and it's safety first. They do well with any services. They have installed tires for me and that has turned out just fine with no concerns.

I guess there must be some kind of trick to getting service at the auto center that I am not privy to. 1st experience, went for an oil change and pulled up and waited 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at which time we were told it would take a few hours so we left. Today, we pulled up for tire checks and air. They were not busy, 2 cars for an oil change and one car inside for tires. We were the only car outside waiting. We stood there for about 20 minutes outside the car. Technicians repeatedly walked by and no one said a word. Apparently they are lazy and only want to do the bare minimum here. I'm sure the auto department is lacking in producing numbers, and if this is what it takes to get service, I question the service itself. Lesson learned, you had two opportunities and I'm done.

Cashier was very friendly, however, i dropped my car off for a battery. A technician called me back to say i needed a different battery which was double the price. My fiance then went and purchased the original battery we told them to install, and he installed it himself and it worked just fine. This really really upset me! So i won't be returning.

After an oil change a few weeks ago I was driving around the area when my car completely stopped running. To my surprise, I found out there was NO OIL in my engine. It was completely empty. I go every 3,000 miles and it wasn t even at 2,000 miles yet! The men who had my car were very unprofessional from the minute I got there. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I pulled up to the location 15 mins before they were about to close. I was from out of town and had caught a nail I asked the guy if they could patch my tire and he said no because it would take 30-45 minutes and they were about to close in 15. Sorry excuse for customer service good thing I found a NTB close by that helped me out 10 mins before they closed without hesitation. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I arrived and was "next in line" for oil change. After 1 hour I checked in . Still hadn't started. It took almost 2 hours. Plenty of employees, watched them crawling, joking, talking, not ran efficiently at all. So disgusted. I barely made my next appointment.

These people suck! They never lubed like they were supposed to... So i let the manager know. He was curtious and gave me a free oil change... But the next time i came... The oil cap was not put back on... My husband was dying at the time and the missing cap was not noticed til i got air into my lines.I just dont trust them anymore. Be very leary of these workers.

lazy employees ... when i call to try to stop by and get my tires changed the lady at the desk told me not to, because they were really busy. stop by next day and the guys in auto care were lazy and didnt had cars on shop ,they didnt even touch my car at all but still make excuses to not do the job and change my tires. after 2 hrs of waiting finally said they couldn t change my tires i had already bought online .. all they had to do was installed them... will never go to walmart auto care they only hire lazy employees. 1st time in walmart auto care ... and last time...

Auto center no one ever helps you. You have to go inside and today they didn't have the oil I usually get that only cost &50 so they wanted me to use a different oil I have never used before and it was $100. This is the second time I had problems here. Will never use this WalMart again.

Took a 2018 Kia in for its first oil change. A few days later I noticed an oil stain on the driveway, checked the oil and found it was about 1 quart low. Put the car on ramps and checked underneath. I FOUND THAT I COULD TURN THE OIL DRAIN PLUG WITH MY FINGERS. They took about an hour and a half to do an oli change and couldn't manage to tighten the drain plug.

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE!!!! They left our oil cap off and oil was spilling out all over our engine! We were lucky enough to just be going 4 minutes down the road to NBT and they let us know, checked the oil level and cleaned off all the oil because it can start A FIRE!! Will never be going back to this place again!!

Incoherent uneducated employees that dont know an oil cap from a baseball cap. Short staff. Took forever, 1.5 hours to be exact. Dont waste your time here. Also they put the wrong oil in my car.
