As a previous employee I can say with confidence that The Trux Super Store is a very bad company to work for, Co-workers are great people but management is by far the worst bosses I've ever had. They will yell and scream and cuss at you and then deny it when you bring up HR. They have a Co-worker train you for one day and then throw you in the deep end. Not to mention how they tend to take the easy route while working on a customer's vehicle rather than doing it the right way. Definitely would not recommend working for them or bringing your vehicle there, the stress or quality of work is not worth it. If you're looking for a good place to bring your vehicle to to Maxxed performance is the best in baytown I promise you'll be very pleased with their work and customer service.

$700 to get running boards including installation on the 2017 jeep. We decided to look online and I bought a set for right under $300 that are perfect and lower thanks to FMG in Crosby installing them for us the day we took them in to find out if they would install them.

Have to give a shout out to these guys. They helped me with my power running boards that were installed 4 years ago and didn t even charge me. It s hard to find a reliable source for truck parts that care this much about their customers and back the products they sell. I will for sure be back and tell everyone about my experience. Front desk was very patient with my questions and didn't try to upsell me at all! They looked at my needs and recommended things in my budget. Great work also! Probably the most perfectly sprayed bedliner around it looks wonderful! Will definitely be back for more work!

Nice facilities, super friendly staff and really competitive prices. The work was done quickly with incredible results. The bed liner looks great and the Bakflip G4 bed cover fits great and is absolutely water tight.

I called yesterday afternoon to get my windowed tinted, they were able to take my vehicle the next morning! They did an awesome job, staff was super friendly, very reasonable pricing, and quick service. The place is very clean as well. I would highly recommend! Thank you again!

Had to have my remote bed cover fixed. They did great work in record time. Plus no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. Felix took good care of me. I only bring my truck to Trux store.

Had a train horn installed in 2019 and noticed the horns had melted on to the exhaust from being installed in bad location .. warranty was way over and out but with no questions ask they got me in and added new horns and relocated train setup.. they will forever have a customer in me.. couldn t be more proud

My experience was amazing. All personnel was friendly, easy to work with and explained everything well. Also my Jeep was returned within 4 days and had a complete overhaul on suspension. The price was overall amazing for the work load they did and I was impressed.Also wow this bathroom was amazing with crafty ideas

I was very pleased with the services and products at the Trux Super Store in Baytown, TX. Troy Alfred was very helpful in me finding what fit best for me and my vehicle. Troy was very knowledgeable about their products and the pros and cons for the bed covers that we were looking at for my 2023 Nissan Frontier truck. All-in-all, my wife and I had a pleasant, comfortable experience.

Adriana and her team provided excellent, and quick service for my truck needs. I was in and out with the products I wanted and on the schedule for install the very next day. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and will definitely take the time to make sure what you re looking for is correct and at the right price point. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Place was clean and I was sent here from another company for the spray in bed-liner at the last minute not only did they fit me in, they had the job done better than I was expecting.

I went into Trux Super Store to purchase WeatherTech mats for my vehicle. The store is very nice, clean, and they have very polite employees. I was helped by Troy Alfred who was very nice and had my mats in the store the next day.

Adriana the sales person that helped me was very helpful and respectful! The rest of the team that I had the honor of meeting was also great! The bed liner and bed rails I had them do was waaaay beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this place if your looking for a bed liner and rails. I only say bed liner and rails because that s all I got done, but it looks like they do more work!

Winnie Dodge sent me to get my front windows tinted. We were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. We waited in the lounge area where cold drinks, coffee, and snacks were available at no charge. The wi-fi password was posted. The television remotes were there if we wanted to change channels. The store was immaculate and had great displays featuring anything and everything you could dream of adding to your car or truck. I highly recommend this place! They turned something I was dreading (hate the long wait) into an awesome experience. Thank you Trux Super Store!

Customer service is amazing and the final outcome of my bed liner was the best. Not to mention the customer waiting area is one of the best I have seen in a while. I will definitely be doing work with them in the future.

Went in today with my wife to get a quote on nerf bars and spray in bed liner. The general manager was very helpful and knowledgable, very patient with me and my wife with all the questions we had. I am scheduled to get my truck worked on Friday and I am very pleased with their customer service. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

TRUX Superstore is the only place I go for all my truck needs! ALL the people there are so friendly and go overboard to make sure you are taken care of and leave happy with a wonderful experience! Can t thank them enough for making my truck the BEAST it is!!!!

The team went over and beyond to meet our needs! The front desk staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed. A few things I would ve even forgotten if they didn t double check. We highly recommend visiting them for your truck accessories needs!

Could not ask for a better experience. I was impressed with the amount of bed covers and replacement bumber options I had once in the store. Not only did I get the parts I wanted they had them painted and installed fast. The price was great.

Wife called to get prices to install lift and do an alignment. Scheduled appointment and price was 200 dollars higher than quote. They did a good job on the install but the alignment wasn't done correctly. Caster was to low. Wife went back the following day to have it corrected so that she could get her tires and wheels installed by Fullers in Baytown. Trux told her to get the tires installed first then to come back for the alignment. Fullers tried to install the tires but the rubbing was to bad and said the alignment was off. Fullers did an alignment and solved the problem for no charge.
