They had the best selection of cars and SUVs out of all dealerships I've been to. My husband found the 4-Runner in the color I wanted at this location. It was only at 7 locations in the US. They were very friendly and helpful. The financing was a fast process. We were in and out within 30 or 45 minutes. I received way more for my trade in than I expected. We are extremely happy with the entire process. Our experience was very positive and exciting.

Horrible experience on multiple occasions. The service dept is absolutely terrible. The manager and advisors are lazy. They sit around and talk amongst themselves when they could be helping customers. Total disregard of the customers time. Today, they (between 6-8pp) were eating red velvet cake, and not one person had enough sense to stop eating to assist customers. They aren t not efficient at all. It s ridiculous. I d rather drive to Sterling McCall.

These guys gave my mom very poor service yesterday and they also didn't have anyone who spoke Spanish in the service department. She waited for a long time and didn't explain things to her properly. Seriously it's 2023 and is in the Houston area have someone who speaks Spanish is a must? I have stopped using the services here for awhile now and mom will as well from now on. I don't recommend anyone come here if you don't have a warranty through Toyota. Go elsewhere for better service

I had an amazing experience. I had some concerns about some issues going on with my car, and the manager Russ was very patient with me, took time to listen and make sure I was heard and taken care of. He did an exceptional job!I came in on Saturday, my car was not ready, it was past closing. Shaylee and Justin stayed past closing to ensure that I was taken care of and had a car to drive for the weekend. They went above and beyond what employees would normally do to make sure that I was taken care and had very positive attitudes and very apologetic that my car wasn t ready yet, and it wasn t their fault. A part just didn t arrive on time, and that is okay things happen.As for Jordan, my service advisor, he is the most AMAZING service advisor I have ever encountered at any dealership ever! Jordan is extremely pleasant, courteous and very communicative with customers. I love working with Jordan when I need service. Great job guys!

Had an appointment wait in my car for someone to come out for 10mins.Finally got out went in asked if anyone was working. And they said Oh we were just fixing to come out there to you .And oil changes prices are way to high

I've been working through the stressful situation of having my 2022 rav 4 repaired due to an unfortunate incident that required the ac condenser to be replaced, which is an expensive repair. But thankfully the people at Community Toyota service center, Namely Andrea Rowles, she has been such a great help to us in this situation! I cannot stress enough how helpful and kind ahead has been in getting this resolved especially since there was an leak from the condenser drain that caused water to soak the carpet in the car and cause mold to grow. She not only got it taken care of, but helped get us in a amazing rental with the help of her constituents and other stellar coworkers there! I could not be happier with the quality of service here. This has become the only place I will take my vehicle because I know and trust that Andrea will get us taken care of to the best of her ability!

Went picked up my vehicle because it was ready. I got there an hour past by went to ask what the hold up was. The lady said car wouldn't start she asked if the battery was new I replied I brought the behcle here 2 month prior to this and they replaced the battery. I let them know they could keep the car I just needed the shuttle to take me to enterprise down the road they said ok. 10 min later my car is ready. I said are you sure it's OK they said yes drove it to enterprise on Garth parked ... lol Car would not start. Thankfully I don't trust the car enough for long trips. I called and left a VM for manager still haven't Hurd back. What upsets me is that I asked them keep the car I will come back when it's fixed no big deal. Yet they gave me thr vehicle back knowing damn well there was a chance it would not start. SHAME ON THEM.

Recently bought my first Toyota. My mom comes here and talks about the amazing service all the time. Today was nothing short of just that. Great customer service and the fastest process I ve ever had at A dealership. David was so helpful and amazing! When our plates came in he insisted on putting them on and even offered great advice for a fun place to take the kids to eat (we are new Baytonians). It felt like we'd made our first friend in Texas.

Got a notification for a recall on my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment right away. As soon as I arrived to Toyota I was greeted with a smile. I explained I needed to use their shuttle service to get to work on time and representative Dustin made sure I was on a shuttle with ample time to get to work. I truly appreciate the top notch service received at this Baytown location.

Online service registration was awful. Had to call and got voicemail to leave my phone number for call back. 24 hours later no one had called. Called again and made appointment. When I got there on my appointment they couldn't find my ticket. Service work was good, however.

Love this place!!!!!I just want to start by saying the people that work for Community Toyota do care for the customer. I brought in my Toyota Rav 4 because I noticed a funny noise in my tires. I brought in my car for it to be inspected and it turned out that I needed an alignment. Thank God for Micheal Rozzell the Operations Director was so concerned with my problem he himself spoke to me and said! you came to the right dealership we will take care of it , not only that the alignment technician Guy even brought me outside to show me the problem and assured me I have nothing to worry about that he will take care like it it was his own vehicle. Both Michel Rozzell and Guy were very professional and passionate on taking care of customers like they are family my hats off to Comminity Toyota it s a great to see people still care.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Talked to Mike the manager on my first visit. He was awesome, explained everything, even helped me find a good priced mechanic. 2nd trip in, I explained everything that was going on, could not have been more clear about it. They did nothing, couldn't tell me what was wrong with my original problem, only that I needed something that was already fixed. I basically paid 130$ to sit there for 2 hours with 2 toddlers. I will never be back there! Ever!

I had to take my car back after my car was fixed my Toyota collision center from my wreck.Josalyn at the Collision center made sure the body work was done correctly.Now the service center next door put my new rim and tire on without making sure my tire and rim was balanced.So I had to make an appointment on Saturday and sit there from 10 a.m. Until 12 so they could do the work they should have done in the first place.Oh well at least they fixed it right the second time.

They were very busy the day I was there and let me know ahead of time it could take 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was performed as requested. Service representative did not go over maintenance recommendations when I picked up car.

Really helpful and understanding.My car had to be put in the shop for repairs because of a warranty repair. They were super communicative and worked fast to get my car back to me in a timely fashion.
