I was turned away by several tire shops being told they couldn t help me and I feel like it s because I am a woman and don t know much about cars well tire DR fixed me RIGHT UP!! They are very nice and dependable and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. Please please PLEASE choose tire doctor for your tire needs and help them get the clientele that they truly truly deserve. I love going here for inspections. You be in and out! Liz doesn t waste your time . She thoroughly inspects your car and she is such a sweetheart when she does it . I never go anywhere else for my inspections. I will HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

So friendly! I had my state inspection here. They are fabulous people. My daughter went there for her State inspection too. She said the same thing. I've gone to other places and either didn't get service, or they were closed. I'd use Tire Doctor any day.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! If you are a female don t go here they will up charge you on everything. I was quoted $60 to get a used tire and to also get the tire put on. As soon as I got there the guy said it was going to be almost $100 for ONE tire that wasn t even new.Go to Rodriguez wheels & tires. They will charge you the right prices for any services that you need done.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This is the worst tire shop in Baytown. Not only did they sell me old dry rotted tires from 2016 they lied and told me the tires were practically brand new. Soon as they put the tires on a I drove away my steering wheel shook so bad. Driving 40mph you would have thought my car was falling apart. Please don t ever waste your time or money going here!!!! Very disappointing.

If you have a flat tire or need some used tires for a very decent price, this shop is the place to go. I ve been here a couple of times and they re very quick with great quality work. They also do inspections which we all need once a year at least.Excellent customer service and I m a happy customer every time I visit this location.Don t hesitate to give them call if you need tire services. Manager is very nice, helpful and upfront.

I just left this tire shop and my goodness I am so happy with the excellent staff and customer service!! My tire size is really hard to find and due to an emergency I needed it today. My husband and I got to the shop and spoke with the staff and the owner laughed because he literally just got the tire that we needed in and he literally had just put it up. The process took 10 min and we went inside to pay. The customer service associate at the front was so nice she even looked up new tires, prices and when they will be in. I can t express enough how grateful I am for this place, their staff and service. I don t do google reviews but they deserve all of my business and money!! THANK YOU TIRE DOCTOR!!!!

Best tire service in Baytown. And they do state auto inspections. I work at Power Lube not far from here. Due to DPS taking their time fixing our inspection station. I send everyone to this shop.

BEST TIRE SHOP IN BAYTOWN! I had a blow out & my sensors were messed up & they looked out for me! Thank god! Fast FRIENDLY & CHEAP! They were sooo quick to trying to find a solution that wouldn t leave me broke! Definitely 5star & my new tire shop! ANDREW IS THE BESTTTT! That man need a raise

Scammer Alert. This guy sold me a new 16" tire for $70 2 days ago to replace a donut on my car. I show back up to buy 3 of the same tire and a different guy shows up to try to talk me into financing 4 tires. I said I just need the other 3 he walks around acting like they can't find my tire and then comes with a new one and tells me it will be $500 for 3 new tires. That's insane. I will not be going back and you shouldn't either.

Will not be back!! Yesterday I showed up with $100 which is what the lady told me on phone she could do. I get there and the tires she tried to sell me had the same amount of tread as my current tires. I said why would I buy tires with same tread amount? She said she s trying to earn my business which I understood. But earn it by putting me in better tires than currently have. I end up going to get more money because I found 2 basically new ones and we agreed on deal. Got them put on and almost instantly after driving away my check tire pressure light came on. This is normal in my car since you have to reprogram calibration after new tires. But then it came on a second time and I knew something wasn t right even though it had same amount of air in it. I drove 2 hours back home and this morning found it sitting on the ground rim to floor. The rear driver tire they put on was super flat. Now I m at discount tire having them check it and might have to buy a new tire less than a day after buying 2 from this place. I didn t think to tell them to check for nails since it s common sense but obviously something was in the tire from the start since my light kept coming on. I used every penny I had on these tires which is going to make me not pay apartment rent now and now I might be having to pay more for another new tire.Also they made me pay cash so I have no way of getting money back if they decide to do that since I live 2 hours away.

Fastest service I've ever had with having my tires changed! Was able to have my exact tires ordered at a very decent price and had two tires changed in less than 45 mins max! Will definitely be going back. Thank you to everyone at the Tire Dr!

Liz and crew very precessional and swift went in for bent rim and got it back the next day where normally it would be 3-5 days stayed true to her word .

This shop is wonderful!!! The owner, Liz, is personable, friendly, caring, and on top of her business. She takes the time to discuss options with her customers, is up front about her prices, and adds a personal touch to every transaction. She even gave me the name of a reliable shop to get an alignment done so my car will stop eating tires. I don't even live in Baytown, but I am coming back here every time I need tires just because of the amazing service!

Gave me a price of $160 then changes it $240 to swap my tires. Which I didn t care I just wanted to install then wastes my time by telling me to come another day. Don t recommend, very unprofessional

I wholeheartedly recommend Tire Doctor. I took my Harley Davidson in for an inspection. Quick in and out. Staff were kind and I liked the atmosphere, it was a bit warm outside they offered me sodas and water. I will be returning to Tire Doctor from now on!

Very friendly staff! Got four used tires from them in the past 3 years and they have been professional and warm every time! The owners are very sweet and they make you feel at home! They have some cute little doggies too! Highly, highly recommended!

Do your research before you go to this place. I was grossly overcharged. 100 bucks to balance and put on two tires. The person I dealt with their insisted I pay cash. Very sketchy. Did not get his name but short big guy. $40 job everywhere else in town.

I love the honesty and welcoming vibe I get when I come to Tire Doctor. Always very professional and quick.I came here one day after going to a place that sold me bad tires. They didn t bash the other tire place they simple informated me on what to Look for when buying a tire. And every time I come they let me see my tired before buying them. Every time I holding a great conversation with the owner while my tires are getting done
