This is my second review on this place, can t even call this a dealership! Not sure why they wanted me to review them, but here we go! (Quick recap) I purchased a truck from them that needed a new transmission in less than 3 months . thank God I got the warranty! When I took it in to get checked out, I was told that I would have to leave it and it would probably be 3-4 days before it could be looked at because they were backed up. On top of all that, I was told that they didn t have a loaner vehicle for me. Long story short, my truck stayed there for 14 days while I drove a rental vehicle that I had to pay for out of pocket! I also took it in to get the suspension looked at because there is little to no control on the rear of the truck. This was not covered by my warranty so I was quoted almost 800.00 for the rear shocks on top of being charged 200.00 for the diagnostic!! I wasn t going to do this review until I called another Chevrolet dealer today and got a REAL quote on the rear shocks Ron Craft was going to charge me over 200$ per shock and almost 300$ labor plus the diagnostic fee of 208$ I was just quoted 120$ per shock and 150$ labor!! I m pissed!! I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back. The guy that sold me the truck called me back!! This is the third time that I asked for management and have yet to speak to one. Ron Craft is a horrible dealership and a big rip off!! STAY AWAY!!!

Had an oil change today at Ron Craft. I go there because I feel secure that the task would be done correctly. Was out in less than a half hour. And the coffee was good too. Thank you Steve Hernandez for taking care of me today.

Customer service was terrible. What was supposed to take a couple days to repair took over a week. I had to keep calling the advisor to get an update. He never answered the direct line and only responded once to the text messaging. I had to keep calling the main number and try and find out information from someone else. The hold up was due to 2 nuts that were ordered and every time I called the response was they will be here in the morning. I paid over 3k dollars and had no loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. 2 stars because my car eventually did get repaired correctly.

The employee in the actual service area was great, but the receptionist/ young lady who takes the payment in the parts department was extremely bland and somewhat rude. There's so many people out there looking for work, maybe hiring somebody who can at least give have a smile would go a long way. We pay a lot of money to get our service done at the dealership, all we ask for in return is a little gratitude showing our choice to come there and spend our money is a little appreciated. Only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole batch.

Yes your service advisor kept lying he text me saying the technician got hurt working on my truck. But come to find out there was a delay because they sent a bad part. Then it was like a snow ball effect of lies everything he said was a lie... I did not appreciate the being lied to. If he would of been honest up front I wouldn't be so upset over the whole situation. I think he needs to be more professional about his job get some training on how to treat a customer. I will not be using Ron Craft in the future because of the service I got. Ty.P.s. the I gave them a star is because I had to to submit this post

Service rep. was great. Rotated tires, left service department with low air pressure light on two tires, really. Chipped windshield with last repair, refused to correct.

Team Members are professional and efficient. I was quickly greeted with a smile nice!!! Had oil change and as always everyone was friendly and helpful.The waiting room is spacious and very clean and inviting and the complimentary water, and coffee is a nice gesture. Thanks to each person who took care of me!

Complimentary oil change and tire rotation was done in 45 minutes. My truck was clean and shiny when I picked it up! Very pleased! I plan on buying a new Tahoe for my wife soon!

The experience was not a great experience. I felt that because my car was not under a manufacturer's warranty it was not a priority. Carshield did come out to evaluate the car within a 3 day window. I was not kept informed regarding when the car would be ready. I would have preferred to have a Cadillac warranty but it is much too expensive.

Love working with Monic. Great service representative. It s too bad they can t get more people like her in the back. They didn t fill the DEF reservoir. Then when they took it back to fill it, they still didn t fill it . It s only 3/4 full after being filled

Ron Craft Chevrolet Service Department was the worst service I have ever experienced on my car. It was in Heavy Teardown multiple times and it was never repaired. Sent multiple emails, texts and they never assisted or try to help. When I called to pick up Today 3/8/24 after they had my car for over 2 months all they could say is we are sorry. Never take it there for any work.

Timothy Wylie took care of me by finding me a loaner truck when they told me there was none. I have a handicapped son and cannot go without transportation while my Suburban was being serviced. The Suburban was fixed in a timely manner and he texted and gave me updates as often as he had them. Good job, Timothy and thanks!

I brought my truck in due to an issue with a cam sensor but during the multipoint inspection, the technicians were able to determine there was a much more sinister issue that had taken place. Plus, they found other issues that I was not aware of before bringing it in. Great catches! The service advisor, Tim, kept me well-informed and updated throughout the repairs process. All in, Ron Craft Chevrolet Service & Repair Department is where to bring your GM/Chevrolet vehicles when they need servicing or maintenance. They are all highly skilled and treat their customers right at all times. Service with a smile! They can't be beat!

There is no one better to do business with than Wendy Morrison. She is always friendly and helpful, as well as, understanding of the situation. I hope you never lose her. My vehicle was done in a reasonable amount of time and was clean and shiny when I picked it up.

Great assistance! .Wendy, service consultant, was awesome and kept me informed .I really like the way the technician can send you a message electronically about the issues with your vehicle and you can approve work thru that message, if you agree with said issues .I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Why when you get service done! Your car sit out side !! Then you don't get a car wash! That's poor sevice! Bring my car 8n clean! Then when I pick up! Dirty! That's not good service.. Very poor service.

Purchased a 2021 Escalade a few months back. Noticed while doing final walk through with salesman that it was missing the headphones for the rear entertainment system. Salesman said he would get with manager and get those mailed out to me since I lived 3 hours away and they did not have any in stock. They also charged me $700 for floor mats in the unit which they also did not have in stock and said they would mail them out. The floor mats were not an option on the invoice, but I did not complain as the price of the vehicle was very good. Floor mats came in the mail about a week later. However the $700 floor mats included front and 2nd row only. When I called about the 3rd row and the rear cargo area, I was told that was not included. I then asked about the head phones I still did not receive and I was told they are not responsible for items like that in used vehicles. After complaining several times they finally agreed to send the head phones since I was unhappy with the 3 floor mats for $700. A week later I received the head phones in the mail, but there was only 1, when there should have been two. At the end of the day, I have yet to get this resolved. Does not sound like much, but at the same time when you pay $85,000 for a certified used vehicle you would expect it to have the components it came with.

Super fast in and out. I was told approximately an hour wait for my oil change and tire rotation and it was less than 45 minutes. Great customer service

Initial contact with the service department was courteous & efficient. Repairs where done on time and I am extremelly happy with the final results. Hats off to Andy & his team. Satisfied customer.

They didn't know their own service package on their website along with price and didn't have it listed on the invoice as one price and now since they serviced it yesterday it is making an odd noise on the AC( replaced ac filter) i also had to go to their own websites and copy the service package and email it to them. My appointment was at 10:30 am and I finally left at 1pm. I had an oil and filter change and an engine filter change. After getting home I receive a text with information on my visit stating I declined the engine filter and cabin filter change. I also had photos of a damaged tire and scratched rim that did not belong to my vehicle. I called, left a message for the service provider. After 30 minutes I decided to return to dealership to confirm the filter had actually been changed. They opened hood and we confirmed the filter had been changed. Consumed more of my day than I had time for. Will consider finding someone else to service my vehicle.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change
