Very impressed with these guys. They did some work on my 96' GMC sierra C1500 3.73 gears with a posi track limit slip differential. Really helpful and informative. Have nothing but great things to say. Thank you chance and Ian. Highly recommend. And yes Chance was smiling..

Brought in my 72 Mustang to have the differential rebuilt. Great job, timely work, pictures to show work during teardown, and affordable. These guys know their craft inside and out, are reliable and give knowledgeable advice. Thanks for the great service!

These guys are unbelievably friendly and helpful. They won't just fix any issues with your rear differential, but they'll take the time to educate you about how things work and what to listen for. Chase is a really stand up guy... Really went out of his way to help me get a newly purchased used car back in top shape. I highly recommend this shop.

Asked about getting ring and pinion gear installed on 1993 mustang 8.8 rear end. They told me I would need to bring only the rear end to them and it would cost me $1100.00 I then told them I dont need a complete rebuild with new seal and axle bearing because they were all change with less then 100 miles on them, I just need the Ring / Pion gear that I have brand new gears from Ford Racing & Install kit with bearing, shims, grease, crush sleave, oil, etc. They said they would take $100.00 off this place is a scam as I have never heard of such BS form any reputable automotive rear-end shops. Their prices are beyond crazy plus you have to just bring the rear-end to them??? I hope God punishes people like this. They need a wake-up call. I wish I could give them no stars review.

I thought I found a reliable mechanic to rebuild my rear end differential... So apparently there's only a one year warranty on it,... 7 months after the warranty I get a major leak in my differential, so obviously I had to take it somewhere else... He also shared they have no tech to work on it anyways!!? WTH

Won t work on my car bc I bought my own parts!! You could have easily just charged extra for the labor. I would have agreed. Take the rear ended out and bring it?? Lol if I wanted to work on my own car I wouldn t need a shop now would I?

This place really helped me out. I am out of town and had some work done on my truck from another shop and it damaged my front axle. These guys fixed it back like new and done it quick. They was very reasonable on the price as well, very professional , Courteous, and nice super knowledgeable in there field and I will be back for more work when I'm in town. I recommend this shop to every one who needs drive train work done

Great guys to deal with. I had them do the gears front and rear in my 2013 F150. Ron and Chance were great. Truck was done when they said it would be and at the price they said it would be. Always heard they were the best in town, now I know it for a fact. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Howdy, so id like to give Chance at Pyle Bros a huge thank you. I have my 2003 F150 at a shop here in Conroe, TX getting my gears swapped out. I was instructed on buying the incorrect Master install kit by a huge parts company. We were trying to locate a pinion bearing and was not having any success. I was referred to Chance by his acquaintance at Texas Auto Gear who is also great I called him and told him what's going on and without hesitation he had the bearings to me the next day. He did this twice for me. If I'm ever out that way he will be the first and only place i choose to give my business to. Thanks Chance for helping me out!

Worked with Ron and Chance, both know their business and are very customer oriented. Straightened and assembled a 9 Ford for me. I would recommend them to anyone with any vehicle, old or new.

I was in need of a mini spool today, it was urgent and everywhere I called no one had one. Most people were rude until I came across this place. My co-worker ran across town more then an hour from where we were and of course these guys had what I needed. When I called the gentleman was polite and seemed interested , not just hurry up on the phone. Very polite and very professional!!!! I got my mini spool in and it was EXACTLY what I needed. Thanks to these guys my daily driver 10second truck lives on. I can t thank y all enough and can t wait to do business with Pyle Bros again. Thank you all again!!!

I called Pyle Brothers down in Baytown looking for a quote on installing new gears in my GT500.Yes, they had a 3.55 in stock along with an install kit, and yes, they could take care of me Thursday in about 4-5 hours.Their pricing was also very competitive.I drove down this morning and had them drop my off at a nearby Starbucks.Sometime after 1:00 this afternoon they picked me up.The car has never been this quiet, even when it was stock.They answered every technical question I had readily.I can highly recommend Pyle Brothers for anyone looking for final drive work!The place is very much like an old school shop: a place for everything, and everything in it's place.Tons of pics on the walls of everything from street cars to pro stock cars running their work.It reminds me very much of the speed shop I grew up around in the '70's and '80's.I would highly reconmend them to anyone needing final drive work!

way back in the day they took my new 1998 Chevy dually that had 454 with manual transmission and put a 3:40 ring and pinion,,really truck was just for highway driving ,,at 1500 RPM in high gear would do 70 MPH!!! They do good work no doubt about it!

I took my truck here because I was getting a loud popping noise from my front end. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chance, he found the problem in less then 5 minutes and got me back on the road in no time. Great customer service, and honest. Best place in town.

This shop is a rare breed these days. They know their stuff and they have the parts in stock for you to show up and walk out with what you need. I learned more talking with these guys during my first 15 minute visit than I did watching videos on the internet. Highly recommend!

my journey started from New York City all the way to Baytown Texas, Driving my 1997 conversion Dodge 2500 Ram Van with the 5.2 engine 9/25 Rear 3:55 gears in it.pulling a tow dolly with a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero. somewheres in mississippi,I started hearing grinding from my Rear Differential,made it to Baytown and heard about Pyle Bros,gave them a call spoke with Ron ,and went to see him as I a mechanic of 45 years and was going to do the work myself ,they had all the parts on the shelf .!!, although i did see a sticker in the window of Trump and pence. And bobble head of Hillary Clinton in a prison uniform lol ,and I'm a Democrat ,I was a little bit concerned that they might rip me off as I was a long ways from home and you know how some shops are these days .let me tell you Ron is the man !!! Told me that it's not that bad, the parts and labor was so reasonable I let Pyle Bros do the job , Save me about a thousand dollars !! Got me in and out with the quickness..I can't stress how greatfull I am for these folks ,I'm African American and the things that you here and see these days make you very nervous when dealing with Caucasian people.just goes to show that there are good folks still in this world .I wish I could return the favor for all that you guys at Pyle Bros have done for me.. from my heart thank you very much !!PS can't remember the other guy name I think it was Randy or Chase.nice fella sitting in back office.and the tech who took it for a ride to see what the problem was ,thank you both...I would recommend Pyle Bros at all cost !! Very professional ,,and the price was just what Ron said it would be !!!! The only place I would go for work on my differential! If it needs something they will tell you and if it does not need anything they will tell you that also. Most honest shop ever and they do the job right so you only come back for the next repair job because that one they fixed is done RIGHT!!!!!

Called 4 times wanting to get a new gear and posi for my truck, twice no one answered, and twice the phone call was hung up on. I guess these people don't want to make money.

They know what they're doing. If I ever need anything drivetrain related I know exactly where to go. They gear swapped my 2014 Ram 2500 from 3.42s to 4.56s. Thanks guys.Edit: Spelling Error

The easiest place by far I didn't even care if the drive was 32 minutes away.Mr Chase and Mr Ron are two people who generally care to help you they answered my question almost 6 times over and never once made me feel incompetent hell if there were 6 stars they would get it.
