They never disappoint. I had issues, but no codes. They didn't want to just start selling me parts. We came up with a plan and got it fixed. I really appreciate their honesty.

***ZERO STAR!!!!!***READ: I promise you this will make you think twice about going here.Took my truck in for a head gasket repair. They lifted the cab... and replaced other parts while doing such. (OK no big deal.. smart while cabs off) This turned into a absolute nightmare with these people!!.. 1 thing gets fixed and 5 other things ""break"" turned into a huge $$$ pit with these people. Went back a few times for the same issue and more $ and same problem.. Honestly I don't NOT recommend these people find somebody else before you take a vechile here!!! After spending all that money $$ my truck is going to a different mechanic shop !!! To get fixed because they can't do it right and they won't work with you on trying to fix it or help. Unless you pay more $$$$ they are a very $ hungry shop it's not right. Don't make the same mistake we did find somebody else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair

Took my truck in no start . 2007 f250 6.0 . They put another fuel pump assy and dropped and cleaned the tank because plastic strainer had broke off and broke up. Cleaned all fuel lines Runs great . I think it was 750.00 . Cheap.

They seemed great they seemed to know what they where doing but within a few hours off getting my truck back I had to take it to them because they hadn't tightend all the bolts on the valve cover and it had air in the system and keep stalling. (They replaced injector cups and o rings on injectors) and when I opened my radiator I had an oil film in it they said don't worry about it. And the lady told me that it was something that was already wrong with it my regular mechanic said that they needed to flush the system I told him what he said and she informed me that I should of had him do the job to start with then. I will never go back there my friends that ha e been there said they won't either because they took to long to get there stuff done and they still had issues. I gave them 2 stars because even tho they did all that they also replaced some little stuff and didn't even charge me.

Took my vehicle in for service work. They checked out everything and told me I needed brakes. NO I didn't. I pulled the wheels off and checked my brakes and I had plenty of pad left. Brakes nearly new. Beware they'll screw you around if you're a woman. I'm done with them.

Chris, and his crew have done alot of work on two different trucks for me. (7.3L and a 6.0) Always been a good experience, They are honest and reasonable for the quality of work they do. The only downfall of doing good work and a great repuation is sometimes they are busy, but to me thats a good sign, worth the wait to have it done right.

Powerstroke Specialist recently did some work on my truck. There was a little hiccup and the management took care of the issue in a timely and very professional manner. Hats off to management that stands behind their work. I recommend them and will use them again.

Very PROFESSIONAL! Baytown Ford dealership tried to charge us $1900 for a misdiagnose and truck sat for 2 weeks waiting on the electric part. We were contacted within an hour of the truck being dropped off at PSS stating what they believed the problem - Which was something different. They were CORRECT! saved us $1700. Thanks again Power Stroke Specialist

This place stinks....I took my X in and it was there longer than they said then they said it was fixed and within a week I still had the same problems so I took it back in. I was told it was a different problem this time even though it was doing the exact same thing. So I paid for more service and what do you know I still had the same problems so I took it to another shop and when they opened it up they told me to come right away, Someone at PSS tried to solder my high pressure oil line and did a crappy job, the line still leaked and that someone melted the back of my block and had it melted a little more the block would have been scrap.

Called went to voicemail not a professional place at all . no calls returned period . can you imagine for warranty for amy problems period. These type of places should not exist.

I would recommend this shop the repairs and price they quoted me was just write the time they got my car in and out was what they said it was going to be time and the Mechanics are excellent
