This is the worst experience we EVER had. Truck was pulled in for simple airbag replacement. 4h later truck is not done and when we decided to go to Loves next door they charges us 460$ for diagnostic on broken airbag. Please guys stay away from this scam place. I wish someone comes and shut this place down. Gentleman Andrew Ruggles, service advisor, hang up on me two times while we were trying to figure out why is taking them so long to finish the work. I will make sure upper management hear this out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Keep away from this place!!! They kept me in Baytown for 6 days... paying hotel and all kind of expenses in this cases. I got there on Wednesday. The truck had the fifth wheel locking piston to be replaced, they said that they need to order the part, so they ordered it on Thursday, the part arrived on Friday first thing in the morning. They said "don't worry your truck will be ready in the afternoon and they advised me to check out from the hotel.... GUEST WHAT!!! Friday evening when the parts store was already closed, they find out that the part was a wrong part.... I had to go back to the hotel, It was full and they gave to me the must horrible room ever. I had not option. I went back to te dealer on Monday morning. I was surprised they went to the parts store and got the correct part in 15 minutes. It means this store was 15 minutes away from them and they made me wait 6 days for my truck. I am just starting my business and I lost around $5000, between expenses and the loads I had to canceled. The only thing I heard from them was SORRY Also the two guys in the front desk Service needs to learn to respect people and have a better comunicacion with customers!

This shop has zero customer service. They do not have the ability to discuss and resolve any questions and issues on the bill.I don't recommend this shop at all.Stay away.

I have been up and down over here. This dealer is better than some though. I have had problems with kw south dallas, odessa tx, and I know all dealers try markups on all services. I do know some have charged me on something that was warranty but told me otherwise, they just got paid twice for same service. You must watch closely or go to a reputable private company. Also as an owner operator you must be aware that big companies will be pulled in first. It us all about the money. remember that. 12,27,19. Big money issue. Will apprise when truck is finished. Something not right here. Update! 01/06/20. Absolutely stay away! Too long to say here but parts changers is all they are, period. I could have changed parts till I found the one that failed. Very expensive for labor charge. The so called management in the shop should work as used car salesmen, they know exactly how to hold your truck hostage when it comes in on wrecker. I shall leave it at that for now till litigation is saught after. New. 09/05/23. Bought a oil pressure sensor over the counter. Put the part on my pocket. Shirt pocket. Person in shop who went to put it on said it was broken. Showed it to me. Paid for it at 07:51 am. Part was broken at 11:00 am. They made ME buy another one saying they have to turn it in to warranty. Why do i need to be involved? Why cant they just exchange it and they take care of warranty. Makes no sense to me why these companies steal from there own customers. No customer service anymore. Take, take and take. No more for me. Done!

Great services and they found the problem with my truck and fix it in a reasonable time. The only thing I didn't like was. They didn't change my batteries when it was in the shop, b/c when I got there to pick up my truck they told me to let them know if I need a boost. Which I did. B/c my batteries was shot, but other than that. I was please with the service.

I needed a air bag under my sleeper installed, takes about 30-45 minutes to do. I checked in at 9:30am. At 5:30pm I was told they were not going to be able to do it. And this is after they promised me they would be able to.They flat out lied to me.The service guy who wrote me up, Brandon, didn't even have the balls to tell me to my face. He ran out when he saw me coming in, and had the secretary tell me.Absolute worst service I didnt get.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was in and out in less than 24 hours for a fairly major repair. Would recommend this particular dealership for any repairs anytime. I must say this is been my best service experience.

This do not work for you if you is a black person all they do is lie. I never bend to a place like this that won t give you estimate of cost to work on your truck. My truck have been in their shop for three days now because of a bolt needed to be drilled out of the head took 2 days to do that than needed batteries ends done. Come to find out they have put my truck out the shop and started working on another truck and than bring my back in shop to do the ends. This place got the good boys System going here. This place is scrape up races. and I will not stop until I get hope to corporate of Kenworth to let them know my spirits at one of their franchisees store. Joe

It took longer than expected to get my truck's dpf cleaned, serviced and stop engine codes fixed. I arrived at 8:30 am. The truck was in the shop at 1:00pm . There it sat until the next day before any work was performed on it. It was finally finished at 4:30 pm. They never resolved the root cause of the problem. They claimed the sensors wasn't screwed in to avoid the warranty. I still am having the same problem. I will never come back to this greedy place. All these people want is your money without giving you the service you expect from anywhere.

DRIVER BEWARE!!!! Price gouging at its finest. I dropped my truck there for a simple speed sensor change and after talking to Trevor I explained to him I didn't need trouble shooting or a diagnostic because I already knew what the issue was that cause a fault code . Signed for repairs and days later I was told to pick up my truck. I pick up my truck and also a bill for $650.00 for diagnostic and troubleshoot after I knew what the problem was already. The speed sensor was only $27.50. I basically paid $650.00 to be told what I already knew in the first place. LEGAL ROBBERY.

Such an amazing store. Always kept so clean. Staff is so friendly; especially Terrence! He s the best parts salesman I ve ever known and he will do his best to take care of you! It would be a mistake to go to anyone s desk besides his. Take my word for it.

We bought a used T800 in May of 2018 and ran it for a month and that's when the nightmare began. We contacted their sales department and was told good luck. No interest what so ever in standing behind their product. We have had continuous problems ever since, both electrical and with the after treatment system. Out of 5 months it has consumed over $10k + in repairs and has only managed to operate 8 full weeks. We will never purchase a truck from this shady dealer again and would advise anyone considering purchasing anything from them to search elsewhere. We are at a loss with all the problems and stress it has caused. Please beware!

used to be pleasant place to deal with but lately the parts department not so much , 2 different parts people I have requested pricing and availability 1st request was a week ago second mid week still have gotten no response from anyone, i guess they think they are the only game in town.

Every time I call to check on my truck for service or calling for parts, this place doesn't answer their phones. I saw a young lady working at the front, but apparently she doesn't know how to answer the calls coming in. They need to really get this problem addressed & fixed. They are losing potential sales because of that. Smh!

This is a good place to shop for big truck parts and accessories. Employees are friendly and very helpful in finding what you. And most of time they will have or can get it quickly for you. The only thing is a lot of people have found this place to be their one stop shop and they don't have enough employees.

This place is horrible!!!! Every time I bring my truck in for repairs something else needs to be repaired or replaced because the take parts off and don't put them back on or take thing apart so they can charge you. I've also had things come up missing like when they replaced the radio the mechanic stole the xm receiver so no xm with the new radio. Told my husband I didn't want to do business with them anymore but he took it there anyway. So left the shop and parts are missing off the truck. And the one of the mechanics took the bunk duct work apart so no bunk ac. Will never buy another kw.

They checked in my vehicle with no approximate time to check my truck out. They are never in communication with the customer . I believe if you want and appreciate the customer you are supposed to be respectful of their time. If you are an owner operator I suggest somewhere else unless you want you're time and money wasted!!!!!

Called performance truck after the clutch went out on my W900L on Tuesday Josh told me they would get it in on Thursday so I dropped it off on Tuesday. Called on Thursday and they had not got it in yet.called Friday still wasn't in.called Saturday was put on hold for a half hour and nobody got on with me I had to hang up to call back to get a hold of someone they took my name and number and then Josh finally got back to me to tell me that the truck was still not in the garage yet and that it would probably be Monday and with all of this I would say customer service is well below average when on their hold music and ads they say that customer service is there priority would never recommend this company for any type of service

Ask for the former U.S. Marine Shean Williams. Good customer service and patient with my less than pleasant breakdown staff. Mechanics are very experienced. Nice waiting room with a driver laundry and shower beleive it or not.

They don't even deserve one star! Took my truck in on December 11th with them saying that they were a half day behind, so I had to call them to see what the deal was and they told me the number 3 injector was bad and a few other things that didn't matter. So to make a long story short I went to pick up my truck after 9 days and $3,700 later and my truck is running the same way as when I took it in...... check engine light still on and the information panel saying the same fault as when I dropped it off. A bunch of sorry techs over there!

really bad went in for a def filter cleaning and after a week I went into the shop again said the filter needs to be changed and recommended that we change the ac filters to and it has been a week now the ac is not working said it they delayed the truck by 3-4 days

As far as customer service goes...Passion, Janet and Dan are the people you want to talk to. These fine people go out of the way to help you and the actually care if you are satisfied.

Horrible service. Mechanics are completely inept. I spent five days trying to get the repairs done to my truck. When they told us two more days, we moved on to Waco Kenworth.

I drop my Truck off Monday for a fan clutch and they had to take my Radiator off ...Got my Truck back Thursday and now my Radiator is leaking and you can't get anyone to answer the phone and first Kenworth place ever been to where the Mechanics show up at after 10am and plce opens at 8am
