Had an appointment & turned over my truck on time. All I needed was to change out 4 old tires with new ones that I had. It took them over 1�hrs to complete the job. Both mechanics moved at a slug pace if that & just stood around as if there was no work to be done. The guy working on my truck not only forgot the paperwork in my truck, but he also didn't even put the required air pressure in my tires, which i corrected after leaving. I didn't want to wait any longer for anything here. The woman in the office kept trying to hold a conversation about movies & music that I had no interest in. At one point, the phone was ringing off the hook while she was sipping on a soda & on her cell phone under a vehicle up on a lift (not safe at all).The gentleman in the office was nice over the phone & in person. He did keep checking on my truck & the other vehicle, but that's not worth going back to this location. I won't be coming here ever again.

Decent place to go. Expensive for sure. Took way longer than expected because the wrong parts were dropped off by the supplier. They don't keep a stock or anything. They order when they assess and then it is dropped off. I kept asking if I should just leave my car and he kept saying it was up to me but it wouldn't be much longer. Almost 3 hours later my car was complete. During which time I had to listen to personal problems and strange statements about my sexual orientation. If you use this place, drop your car off and come back for it. Do not stay and wait on it.

Wes, Brent, and all others were extremely patient and dedicated in providing me with excellence services. They are truly a great team. This is my second time buying tires from Wes and his team. Thank you for all 4 matching new tires last minute.

Wes was very friendly but the tech who installed tires on my truck did not know how to balance them correctly. The entire rear end of my truck was shaking after picking it up. Took the truck back to them and exolain what it was doing. They had the truck another 5 hours and determined the issue was nothing they did. Took the truck to Fuller tires and within 5 minutes they had identified the tires being incorrectly spin balanced as the issue. One tire had 10 oz of weight on one side. Asked to speak with a manager and was told I'd have to wait until Thursday when he was at that location. (problem started on a Monday)

Wes was outstanding, he went above and beyond to make sure that I got the tires that I wanted and his staff did an outstanding job getting me in and out in the best possible time. The entire Pepboys staff was courteous and provided the best friendly and professional customer service that I have had in quite awhile. I will definitely go there in the future for all my vehicle needs ..

Customer service is second to none. Wes crated a positive experience out of an unavoidable expense. Finding a shop like this is like finding a good barber. Now that I know how good it can be I ll be disappointed going anywhere else.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service that I experienced by Wes, the manager. He was extremely kind, informative and helped me make the right decisions regarding my vehicle needs. I normally feel intimidated in auto stores but I really felt respected discussing my car issues there. I can t thank you enough and will be returning for future car needs! Wes and Anthony took great care of my Lexus! Great customer service and competitive pricing! I love being able to make an appointment instead of having to wait around. Great job guys! My only complaint is PepBoys is open so late. I say let these guys go home at a decent hour so they have a few hours with the family. They work long and hard. I can't imagine a better 'pat on the back'. They sure deserve it! :)

They Charged $500 to put some dye just because they couldn t find a leak. I decided to go to someone else and they found the leak right away.

Made an appointment yesterday morning for 4:30pm the same day. Drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction of home after work because the had a 30% off coupon and free tire rotation with oil change. Walked in and the guy seemed curious as to why I was there. Told him about my appt and he informs me that his techs called in sick that day and the tech that was there was about to leave in 15 minutes. He found my appt when he looked on his computer but said it "in a different location." If you are not able to take any appointments shouldn't you be looking anywhere and everywhere to make sure you cancel any new appts?? Complete waste of time. Guy couldn't care less. Just "Yeah. Sorry." I needed an oil change and tire rotation and at this point, I'd be sitting in traffic. Went down the road and paid way too much. Such a frustrating situation. If you use this place I recommend you call and confirm your appointment to be sure the techs went in to work.

First time to come hereService was above anything that I had expected.The store manager made me feel that my satisfaction was her top priority , and I wasn't just a number or dollar to be made.The service technician was most kind and was very professional.My truck was repaired and running in a very short time.I will be back!!!Thank you, Pepboy team

I came in this afternoon to have one tire fixed as it got punctured this morning. Katie was so nice and accommodating and have it fixed in no time, and for FREE! God bless your business a hundred fold for your kind service!

Took it back and Wes and Ruben took care of me!! Don t go when Keysean is there!! He did the worst alignment ever! Ruben on the other hand is excellent for this! Thank you again guys! Took pictures of the two best hands there! ONCE AGAIN, STAY AWAY WHEN KEYSEAN IS THERE! My tires got ate up!!

So I left my house at 35 psi arrived at pep boys my tire at psi 17. The gentleman who I spoke with said there was nothing he can do to fix my tire try next door.(NTB) obviously a plug or patch was needed. I strongly felt he was just being lazy and didn t want to fix my tire. So I did take my buisness to NTB who fixed it right away and for FREE. Never would I recommend PEP BOYS for any type of service.

I went there & had an oil change scheduled for December 14th 2023 & the manager Anthony lied & said he couldn t do my oil change due to a server being down that process s online payments & I called the next day in the morning & spoke to Wes & he let me know that system was never down that I got lied to because he didn t wanna have to go the extra mile to find my oil filter but Wes did go the extra mile to find my oil filter & I really appreciate it . Wes got me took care of :)

Like any place, it can definitely use some improvement... Luckily they have Anthony. It's my 2nd visit but apparently this place was worst before Anthony(new manager). All I know is I did have a lil hiccup that was beyond management control and Anthony stepped in then and my 2nd visit to make it right. I'd go back just because I know Anthony will do everything he can to get the job done. Thanks again for going above and beyond sir.

I recommend Pep-Boys. Anthony is amazing. He explained everything to me. In my opinion it's one of the best car repair shops in Baytown... Pep-Boys & Anthony will always be my to go ppl for car repairs

Called before having my car towed to their facility for an ignition issue. They said they can work on it. Then when it arrives the assistant manager said they can't work on it

This facility needs team training on communication with the customers. The lack of communication between team members is one thing that leads to a toxic work environment. HOWEVER, when the lack of communication is trickled down to the customers by the STAFF, by not letting us know when there is a safety hazard on our vehicle is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. At no point in time did (Katie sp?) call me, nor was I told by (Wes) who checked me out when I picked up my car that I had tire damage. I was told, "We don't communicate & I didn't check you in so it's not my job to call Katie's tickets". They did a rotation/balance/alignment with a nail in the curve of the tire. I drive 80-100 miles a day & with the leak I could have caused damage to my car, myself or someone else. Then the technician (who did the work on my car) comes out to argue with me & tells me I need to learn to drive & not run up on curbs. Are you kidding me with this? Needless to say, I am infuriated & will not every go here again. I recommend you save yourself from every going here & just go somewhere else.

Katie and Wes were amazing!!! I came In. For a stud ended up have a nail in my new tire that could not be fixed. I left to try to go back to where I bought it they were closed I called pep boys and Wes was able to get me back in and fixed up really quickly. I recently went back because my ac went out and Katie was amazingly she got the parts I needed and ready for the next day. The whole team was amazing and very compassionate. The whole crew is wonderful.
