Engine light came on so I stopped there to get it checked. Manager printed out my code. Young fellow Alex helped me kinda narrow it down to what could be wrong.Great customer service!

Great service. Marc helped us and earned our business not by selling us things like a salesman but by helping us with our car and providing potential solutions. I felt like I wanted to take better care of my car and I wanted O'Reilly Auto Parts to be a part of it by the time I left.Definitely earned my business.

Not sure if it's new management, however what I can say is the current staff working there is completely inept and absolutely incompetent when it comes to pretty much everything. Every time I've called up there recently, it's been a 10-15 minute hold time, and that's if, and I'll emphasize again, if they even remember they put you on hold. I've literally been using this as my one stop shop on over the counter parts for years and have probably spent well over 10,000 dollars here during that time. I now go to north main despite it taking more time to get there, but I simply refuse to do business at this place anymore, it really has turned into an absolute dumpster fire establishment. Shout out to the 2 white guys who used to work there, one with glasses onr without, longer hair, probably late 20s early 30s, you guys were the reason I did business there. I'm glad you guys found a better gig. Peace.

The district manager Oscar Medina is racist and very disrespectful , he blames his hardworking employees for things that they never did. He has his associates come to the store and plant things on employees and either writes them up or fires them. Multiple times I ve drove by the store maybe 11 or 12 in the night coming from work and him and somebody are always there. I m not gonna spend money where they don t value their employees they are there for you not be treated like trash

I recently went there to buy a battery. The woman employee that helped me was so nice and friendly n young guy asked me if I needed help to carry my battery. These are the kind of people you want help from when you need it. The only thing I regret is that I don't know there names. My sister told me that the young man that offered to help me really knows his stuff and he's been working there a long time and to look for him when I go there. I definitely will be on the look out for him. I definitely will be going back again for my car needs this was my second time going there and once again it was worth the trip .

Waited for battery check while several people behind me were assisted first. Then the battery I needed was out of stock, nothing specific just a regular battery? I felt the store was understaffed for a weekend when lots of people work on their cars, small crowded and disorganized went to auto zone same town, more spacious and was attended to quickly, I didn't even mind the battery was slightly more expensive due to the quick service. The positive thing I will say is the employee that helped was very friendly and had a positive attitude.

The Ladies really went above and beyond to help me this morning, I needed a battery and a new negative cable for my 1998 Honda and they let me borrow the tools I need and helped make sure it was done right. Thank you, Thank you Ida, Gloria and Crystalene( I'm not sure I spelt her name right) Y'all were my angles today.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was offered assistance. The lady was helpful and courteous. She found the part I needed quickly and I was on my way before I knew it! Overall great customer service.

Apparently for them to help you install your battery after you buy it from them and they clearly over charge you by adding some charges from a previous customer...you must have already removed your own battery....which makes no sense because how would you have gotten there in the first place!? And then they don't have the tools so you can remove your own battery, you must buy them. This place is seriously of no help. If it was because I was afraid I wouldn't make it anywhere further I would have not stopped here.

Got to this store 15 minutes before 9 and they were already close. My check engine light came on while I was on my way home. I wanted to know if it was safe to keep going or buy whatever I needed to fix the problem.I drove him worried with my kids praying I would make it home. Thanks for closing early.

Like most people that shop at places like O'Reilly's I do my own maintenance and auto repairs. I don't need much from them but the few times I have needed something they give it to me straight about having or not having the parts in the store and when they could get them. They are always eager to help too.

Today i went to this location to rent a tools and remove my power steering pump poley... And an employee name Jose.. HELP!! Me out removing and installing the pulley to the new pump... Fantastic customer service always willing to help you... I highly recommend this location not only for their friendly staff but because they have all the auto-parts you need...

Every time I come in here and get in line behind someone when its my turn the person behind the counter says ill be right back and just disappears in the back for 10 minutes while other people in the other two lines get serviced before me. The customer service is not that good. and every time I have come in here to just get something simple like a nut or something from behind the counter area its like a 15 minutes before I can get out of there.

5 stars for ZACH! Before coming here I had went to AUTOZONE 2x on Garth rd and they were unable to help me each time, ZACH helped me solve my issue in one visit after looking at my vehicle, something that 2 different people at AUTOZONE were not able to do. My car kept going out but AUTOZONE's employees claimed my battery was perfectly fine. ZACH was able to inform me that my battery was in the last quarter of it's life, new battery and issue solved. Everyone was nice here so I definitely recommend this location. If ZACH can help, even better! He was so friendly and very knowledgeable, even went out of his way to look at other things with my vehicle. Don't waste your time like I did and just come here first.

O, O O'Reilly's. Usually cheap enough, order the right part, get the right part for the most part. Ha, how bout that. I like the Hot Wheels and miss my son's getting excited to get another one. Good people. Save your money and fix it yourself.
