Very helpful at the front desk. Need a RV BATTERY, and a coupler very friendly and helpful. Good return policy for items if I didn't need them. Definitely shop around for prices they are very competitive and seem better than the other ppl down the street.

Called and asked for parts employee (Andrew) was courteous and helpful he also helped me when I arrived at the store, I was on my way within minutes.

Went in w a battery issue and Bradley figured it out and replaced my battery promptly! Alex + Veronica at front desk were very helpful as well. I will be back for all my car care needs.

Stopped in today while traveling through the town and the ladies up front were awesome! They were still learning thing but the boss was right there helping the whole time. Clean and stocked.

Argued with the people at the Baytown at I-10 and Garth O Reillys about needing my battery replaced. They yested it twice and insisted the battery was good. I explained to them that while the battery would take a charge it would only start the engine once, would not start it a second time.I guess they are on hard times and did not want to honor the 3 year warranty after 16 months of usage.I Finally got tired of trying to convince them and went to Auto Zone and purchased a new battery. Vehicle has been doing good .Ashamed warranty s aren t what they use to be and neither is O Reillys.

My husband & I were on our way to Austin from Louisiana when our alternator went out. We managed to pull in just in time before our car broke down completely.The entire staff at the Garth Rd. location were incredibly helpful & so very kind. They were able to get us the help we needed & back on the road.They made a stressful situation virtually stress free.Thank you to everyone at this O Reilly s! We appreciate y all :)

I was in need of a New battery and I had family with me and didn t want to get dirty and stinky . I went to O Reilly s on Garth in Baytown Tx and got an affordable Battery and Asst. Manager Wesley helped out big time and Changed out the Battery for me . Such a great store to go to for car parts and great people (employees) . I Highly Recommend them . . .

Went there and had my battery checked and couldn't get my truck started, guy behind the counter used his personal vehicle to jump off my truck so I could get it to a mechanic. Really cool.

Horrible customer service buy the manager Brittney. For her to have an attitude as soon as she starts talking to a customer and rolling her eyes, she may need some customer service training.
