Consistently some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in any type of public-facing business. I have been here three separate times, and each time the employees behind the counter act like they're doing me a big favor by even allowing me to walk in the door.Today there were four people behind the counter, and only one of them was able to manage to make a noise in my direction when I came in. I asked who would be able to help me and they all just stared. The employee who did help me was rude and condescending, though to his credit he softened up a little bit by the time I left.Regardless, I'm done. It's the closest parts store to my house, but I'll drive a little farther to avoid this location.

This location is one of the best Napa's I've visited. Staff here really care about helping get your issues resolved. Thanks for the help with the brake lines.

Was having a starting issue with the Jeep and stopped in because I had a NAPA battery.The battery had exceeded its lifespan and warranty, but they quoted me a great price on a battery to replace it.The wife was like no. I know I can beat that price. Long story short, The wife did not beat the price and the best she could do was get within 20 bucks of it and it also had a shorter warranty period.Simply proving that if it has tires or titts, you are going to have trouble with it and it will also cost you money and time.

They say they are not part of the napa family, I had a return, and everybody acted like I had the Black Plague. Very disappointed, not what I expected from napa.

Was in a bind was loading coil tubing at the last min. They decided that they wanted straps instead of chains. Called Napa and they found them AND deliverd to me where I was loading.

Wish I could leave 0 stores trying to return a product but I bought a few months back for my truck . My Truck was totaled out and I was unable to use it. Couldn't find the receipt because that was in my truck. The guy didn't want to hear a word I said he was rude. I prefer Is to shop at autozone the employees may not know much but at least I don't catch attitude with to reach you and I have no problem returning things without a receipt..

Worst service ever !Got a relay from them and they don't want to return it because of company policies but they could exchange it and they Just didn't want to do it,Bad attitude employees and very unhelpful I wouldn't come back to this place it all.

Quality parts and great service . For those diesel truck owner April 16 thru April 28 2018 they have a 40% off premium napa Wix gold filters. That is some serious saving. Construction companies its also a great time to buy and save.

3 employees and not 1 wearing a mask although it was clearly stated in sign at the door that masks required in the building. The place looked filthy. As an elderly person I left promptly.

Saturday,working on a VW, needed a special tool. Closest parts store,guys were knowledgable had my tool and back to the task at hand.

Not great.I was a little let down by this napa.It looks like they just don't do very much business, and it is a self fulfilling process.Everything is a little dingy, selection is not very good. I will drive out of the way to go to the laporte location instead.
