I came to the shop for ac check and estimate on repairs after a few other shop told me I needed a new compressor . They were able to recharge the freon and now my ac blows cold . I definitely would recommend coming here.They are friendly and honest .

I was at the shop for wheel alignment for my Camry which was purchased earlier as life time wheel alignment. I made an appointment and confirmed in the morning. Once I arrived, my car was given the priority and the required job was completed within 30 minutes. Thank you.

Horrible experience, and Meineke will not contact me to figure out the problem. I ve been a very loyal customer, but when it comes time for a Meineke to honor a warranty, the nice customer service turns into dead silence. I am So upset. However, I must say EXCELLENT shout out to Meineke in Baytown, TX on Decker Rd. That shop handled their portion of the warranty to full satisfaction. But, Meineke in Arlington, Tx on Poly Webb Rd won t even share owner name so I can express my dissatisfaction. They are not fully handling their responsibility and have no concern. I m definitely a lost customer at the Arlington location.

This place wanted to charge me for a new muffler and all that goes with it. My quote was $434.70!!! All I needed was my tail pipe welded back onto my muffler So I went to Garbs Automotive on Texas Ave. they welded my muffler back and only cost me $67.91 if I could give meinkke 0 stars I would.. don t bring your vehicle here unless you want to be taken advantage of and charged for parts that you don t need

Made an appointment for this place early in the morning and selected that I will wait at the location and provided the info for what I was needing diagnosed, the morning of the appointment I wake up and drive there, once I get there I tell them I am here for the appointment I had made, then was proceeded to be asked if I could leave the car with them because they were backed up..point being if you can not honor an appointment that was made, then at least call the customer ahead of time so that they do not waist their time, gas and resources when they could have went elsewhere if they had of known.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!Not only are they lazy and rude they will do half the job but charge you for the complete service. We sent one of our vehicles in for EXAUST MANIFOLD GASKETS - EXAUST PIPE FLANGE GASKETS - SPRING AND BOLT KIT. only 2 out of the 4 SPRING BOLTS were changed out. neither one of the EXAUST PIPE FLANGE GASKETS were replaced and neither one of our EXAUST MANIFOLD GASKETS were replaced. But we were charged for the complete service. To make things even worse they removed the heat shield between the starter and the exhaust manifold and never put it back causing the exhaust manifold to burn up the starter and al the wiring. We had to take the vehicle to another qualified shop for them to not only fix it the correct way but show us what all was missing and never installed even though we were charged for it.

My AC stopped working and Meineke was on a list of repair shops on my warranty list. I spoke with Mechanic Wayne and told him the problem. He completed the diagnosis and told me he could have the repair completed by the next day. I arrived at the given time an my AC was repaired and being tested. The shop manager Mr Dustin Barnard was so polite and trustworthy showing me what I needed now and things that could wait for a bit, the only mechanic that wasn't trying to sell you parts that you don't need. Just sitting and talking while my car was being serviced, I felt the comfort and friendliness like I was at home talking to a family member. Excellent price on the works they did. Finally found a place that's honest and not in for your money. Thank you so much.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I dropped my car and left it there over night for them to take it a look it the next day so they had my car for the whole day Wayne called my husband to tell him he couldn t find anything wrong other than my ac needed to be recharged and that my car was ready for pick up my husband had to pay before even checking to see if it was fixed which was 202.38 I get in the car and it s still blowing hot air my husband goes back inside to tell him and he goes well let me put it back in and take a look 5 mins go by and all of sudden finds the leak and says it s the condenser and that the 200 I payed was not refundable and that the part and labor was going to be an additional 530 dollars. So I go inside and i ask Wayne how come he had my car the whole day and says there was no leak and he fixed it and now all of sudden he finds the leak in 5 mins he couldn t answer that and tells me he is going to back the car out and for me to get out of his shop all because I wanted a refund for something that never got fixed. This place is terrible and really bad customer service they don t deserve anyones business.

I had a spark plug stuck so I took it in. I was impressed by Scott the mechanic. He explained what needed to be done. He nor Wayne tried to run up my bill with a bunch of nonsense. As a woman I was so impressed I wasn t taken advantage of as I have been by other mechanics. I had a small inconsistent water drip that I could not find so I took my car to Meineke and within a few hours they repaired and replaced the faulty component. I visited the establishment to have my brakes inspected. Not even 10 the technician was test driving my vehicle. I was informed I needed brakes. I approved the repairs and they offered to take me home and pick me up. That is service at its best.Any other services that I will need for my vehicle I will make sure to return.Thank you.Service: Auto brake replacement

I usually go to Houston to Audi for an oil change so I was hesitant to go anywhere else. I called Wayne a couple times before scheduling to ensure they could do the oil change because several others said they couldn't. He was nice and helpful which helped me to decide to schedule. Appointment at 1 and they were done within the hour. At the dealership, Its usually hours or the next day. Glad to find a place that is good at what they do and could help me locally. Those guys are awesome and quick with service. Love it!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Place is a scam charged me close to $300 to pull a vacuum and charge my freon. They said it was low and was charged but would have to replace whole system for ac to work. Took it to a honest shop here in town and they informed me freon was overfilled. Save your money and find a decent shop in town stay away from this place. Corporate was no help either.Update 8/15: It's been several days since the owner said to reach out to them, I called the shop and left my name and number and never got a call back.

Went to this joke of a business on Sat to get ac recharged wouldn't take Carshield for the service.I paid 503.00 out of pocket for the ac to blow cold for exactly 30 mins then start blowing cool to warm again, returned Monday and tell him to fix what I paid him to do on Saturday to be told to leave the dirty office that he wasn't going to fix it. At this time I'm livid Wayne the mechanic argues with me saying that it takes the freon days to get into system. We go back and forth get calls the police then tells me "Ni**er get off my property. I call the complaint line only to be told that it's independently owned and it's nothing they can do. If u want good wrk and a real mechanic don't go here.

Stopped by this location this morning to have my car looked at for a rattle underneath. Spoke with Mr. Wayne and he helped me tremendously with my issue. I first thought it was my heat shield plate that was rattling, come to find out it was the front plastic instead. Very friendly and helpful place to have your car looked at. Dustin was very accommodating with the service on my Saab , needed special oil for oil change, and had to be ordered, when oil arrived he notified me and I had my oil changed, it was a very quick and courteous service appointment.I recommend them to anyone who needs service on their vehicleService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great customer service. Had a chance to meet with the owner Kenny made me feel right at home. Went in to get 4 wheel alignment on my Toyota Corolla and Kenny was very detailed with me when explaining the process and what all to expect. Alignment was completed in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this establishment to family / friends / the local community and travelers from out of town in need of mechanical assistance with their vehicles. I look forward to visiting this place of business again and calling it home.Service: Wheel alignment
