I took both my 2023 F150's in to get lifts and leveling kits on them. Westin explained exactly what we needed as well as the cost, time needed with the trucks, and the ride quality. We got my truck lifted with a BDS lift and my wife's truck leveled. Both trucks came out perfectly, we couldn't be happier and highly recommend this place for your next suspension upgrade. My truck rides better than factory quality even with the mud tires I choose. It's a one stop shop!

Took my truck after a 12hr night shift and 4 hrs drive for a diagnosis. I was charged 200 just for them to look at it for a minute and tell what was wrong with it that in the end wasn't even right. I called the next day since they told me they would tell me the parts I needed and the plan to fix it and they wouldn't answer my calls. I called multiple times and all were declined. They claimed it was due to holidays but I took my car the 15th of December more than a week till Christmas. Long story short I took my truck out got it diagnosed somewhere else for free and they told me it was something completely different than what maxxed performance did. I suggest you go somewhere else if you don't want to get robbed like I did and want a bit more effort put into the services.

I want to start off by saying Max and his crew is the MOST TRUSTWORTHY shop in the Houston/Baytown area. I bring all of my vehicles to their shop because I know they won t cut corners and get the job done right and quickly. They ve worked on my F250 as well as my Mercedes and can handle pretty much anything else you throw at them. I ve also brought over forklifts and other industrial equipment for repair and they ve done an outstanding job with each one.Manny, the Superman at MAXXED , is always willing to help at the drop of a hat and has always come through with the difficult jobs I ve brought over.I would definitely recommend them. 110%

Hands down best place to go for anything related to offroad vehicles or just tires, wheels, suspension etc. great customer service and treat everyone as family. Could not be more happy with the work theyve done for me over the last several years

I'm from out of town I took it to maxxed performance to get new tires and shocks I had to wait on it because I had no way to get around as I was waiting I was gonna call me a Uber to go get something to eat Max I guess is the owner he told me to take his personal truck not to call a Uber that was very nice of him and he did a excellent job with my truck I would recommend this shop to anyone , way to go Maxx .

Took my truck in for a rebuild on my Icon suspension before a long road trip. Max shot me straight and got me in and out. I appreciate the hard work from the whole Maxxed team.

Took and dropped off tires at maxxed on wednesday and as promised they would be ready today first thing. As it was they were true to their word. The tires are 18.5 x 44-15 lt. They are some huge tires and they are going on a 75' 4x4 blazer k5. Wish it were mine but unfortunately... Not in this lifetime. Maxxed does awesome work. If you want your truck jacked he is the guy to see in Baytown .

Do not take your truck here. Left bolts loose on front axle 4 link arms of my F350. One bolt fell out and the other ones nut was missing and about to fall out. They sent someone to correct and apologized. An apology isn't going to bring someone back to life when they wreck because of their mechanics incompetence. Stay away from this place.

One of the best shops I've ever been too!!! Very professional and nice environment! They got my truck all fixed up within a 2 day turnaround! If you need performance work done to your vehicle this is the place to go! I 100% stand behind them!

What I loved best about my dealings with Maxxed Performance was that I didn't have to be the biggest spender there to get first class service. I arrived and was second or third in line. The next person behind me was a high roller who was spending a lot of money and told them he was in a big hurry. I asked Max if I needed to come back later and he said "No way". My small, bread and butter, job was valued and appreciated just as much as the big jobs". He said I was there first so therefore it was my turn to get my work done. Max and Baily are real stand up guys in my book.

I took my F350 in because it had death wobble. Max and his crew knew right away what was wrong with the factory front suspension. They replaced the factory components with better parts and also installed new body bushings, front leveling springs, new shocks and a set of 18" wheels and tires. My truck rides like a new truck again and the new suspension and tire package make it look like I always wanted it. These guys are Top Notch!

Bought tires from here for a great price and felt comfortable with the guys installing them. We hear stories about shops that will make you want to stand next to your vehicle to make sure it gets done right, but i felt like these guys were honest and hardworking.. definitely going back.

Brought these guys my 2021 Ram 2500 to install a Carli 2.5 leveling kit. Price of install was very reasonable. Ended up talking with Baylee who got me set up with a new set of tires as well. Great customer service, great final product will be back!

My wife and I bought a new 2022 RAM2500 and had another local installer lift it and afterwards we were totally unhappy with how our brand new truck rode. We reached out to Maxxed and the owner stated that he would be glad to take a look at what was going on and if needed remove the lift installed and install a lift from Thuren Fab that we would be happy with. That same week the parts arrived and they removed the existing lift and installed the new one. There was a few mix ups with shipping, however they were able to at least get our truck out that same day by using some pieces from stock to replace what was mis shipped originally. Max and Joey assured me that these parts would work just until the correct ones arrived. If I must admit, I was a little upset only because I knew that what I drove off with wasn t the overall ride that we were expecting, however the correct parts did finally arrive and they quickly scheduled us to get them installed just as promised. Our new truck now rides amazing and we are completely happy with the job Maxxed Performance did even though there were a few shipping errors that delayed our project (the world we now live in) in the end Max and his team ultimately gave us exactly what he/they promised.Great Job and Thank You Maxxed Performance!!! Highly recommend to anyone.

I brought my f350 In there to double check a lift I installed my self they re torqued everything. Installed the dual steering stabilizer an track bar as well fix the the issue with my carrier bearing drop. They didn't hesitate with helping me out customer service was great an they did a great job thank yall for your helping get my truck back up on the road again.

I have a 85 c10 lowered and got new set of 22,s for it and I went to three tire shops and they couldn t point me in right direction as far as tire size to make my truck level and not have rubbing issues. I went to maxxed inc and the owner max help me out and was very knowledgeable about what I needed . Got me 4 new tires at great price and got me rolling! Customer service was great and the owner Max is a good guy! Highley recommend Maxxed inc!

Thank you Max for setting me up with exactly what I wanted when I was not exactly sure what I wanted. 4 BDS Lift and the exact tire and wheel configuration I was looking for. Truck looks better than I expected and rides better than factory. Very happy with the prices and extremely happy with the quality of work and parts. Parts were here when you said they would be and installation was exactly how long you said it would take. Highly recommended and I will be back.

I had a truck lifted here last year. The guy at the desk was approachable and very quick and helpful. I dropped it off in the morning and grabbed it that night before work. It is a very cool and down to earth atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in modifying their vehicles. Veteran owned and just a great local shop.

I first learned of this shop a few years ago after another shop installed a lift wrong on my truck and it handled horribly. They repaired that mistake and didn t charge me much. Since then they have done work to all of our company trucks (we like them big too) and have impressed everybody we have sent there!! Best prices in town and these guys stand behind there work!! Great people to deal with also!!!

I ve had a couple of things done to my vehicle here. Overall, the folks at Maxxed do good work and have the best pricing you will find in the Houston area. In my opinion, their time estimation/ time management isn t what it should be, customer service isn t great unless you re spending at least $10K, the entire operation is disorganized.

I love this place. We have had some issues with our truck and every time we bring it here, they take a look. They take time out of their day to take care of us. These guys are so honest, and definitely put their customers first. I could go on and on about how much I love these guys. Do not go to any other shop. You'll be sorry! These guys really care about their people!

Been too maxxed for some work, once for helper bags and one of his employees Pat stayed late so i could get them installed after work one evening. The other time I had to order tires, they got them ordered at like 6:30pm and they arrived the next morning around 10am. Max and his crew have always been good people and do amazing work

This shop is outstanding! The work ethic and ALL the employees are great. They took time to help me with issues on my truck in the poring rain. Found critical issues the dealer missed that could have cost me a serious accident and injury. This shop has earned my business you will not find a better group of people. Initially had a bit of an issue with BDS and there constant back order problems . Other than that Max was good to deal with and tried to make it right every way possible, the lift finally came in and got powder coated at Black Jack Powder Coating and Max made sure it was installed ASAP. The guys even stayed till almost midnight knocking my truck out. Got the truck back and it rode excellent!! Couldnt be happier with the service and quality of work! They are always pretty busy so I would just touch bases so nothing gets missed. Theres a reason they stay busy all there prices have been the best I've seen for lifts and accessories. I had to save a few parts off the truck and max had the guys hunt them down for me, all good guys working back there as well. Definitely got a lifetime customer

If you need any suspension parts or custom work done to your truck or Jeep go check out the guys at Maxxed, great group of people, very knowledgeable of the equipment they working with and they will go above and beyond to make sure you get quality parts and great prices.... also like to thank Patrick for installing the lift my Jeep looks great and Cole for delivering a set of tires to me because of a miscommunication...... I will definitely return when I need any other work done. Thanks !!!!!

Quality of the install was mechanically done well by the technicians in the back. I had a little bit of a hick up with customer service, but the owner caught wind of it and immediately reached out to me with a sincere concern to make it right. The Integrity of this man and his shop sits good in my eyes.

The best people, prices, and quality work. I cant tell you how many hours Max helped me over the phone, in some cases late into the night... easily the most genuine and professional business in the industry and I truly believe more shops should strive to meet Maxxed's customer service!Keep growing and never lose that passion!
