I'm extremely thankful I was recommended to this place. Working with John was the smoothest process ever, and the price was very reasonable. The work and experience speak for itself in my pictures, and the color match and blend was impeccable. I think what makes a great paint and body shop are the people's experience running it and John and staff have a long and knowledgeable history doing what they do. I can assure you you'll be in good hands with them.

Overall my experience with this company has been the best ever. They got my car done in a pretty efficient time. If I ever need any other work done I will be back! 10 out of 10 if your in Baytown and you need some work done Maacos is the place to go. My husband and I purchased an older Toyota 2003. The guys did an awesome job for us. We didn t want to spend a ton of money and we didn t. I must admit I was skeptical at first, but they did an awesome job. If you need a paint job don t hesitate to let them paint your car.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. The manager John goes above and beyond w his service and knowledge. You definitely know you are in good hands. They did an amazing job on my classic Cadillac and I'll recommend anyone I meet to them.

They did an excellent work on my Mercede-Benz SL500. It look just like brand new. Mr. John Stack was great and very helpful for putting extra effort for the communication and paper work. I would strongly recommend them to any person.

There should be a 10 star rating for MAACO BAYTOWN! I can t say enough good things about John and Steven. They are the VERY BEST!! They go over and beyond to help you in any way possible!!You would be hard pressed to find a more satisfied customer!!!Bottom line: I will NEVER take my car anywhere else!!!!

I dropped the car off Monday, got it back Friday, they got paint on both mufflers, plastic trim, mirrors, windows, fog lights, found 3 drips, skirts didn't get enough paint the area feels rough, they didn't put my emblem's back on the car, trunk lid is pealing on one side, I try to open sunroof and it's painted shut, they painted the rubber seal to the roof of the car, back to maaco....I spoke with Steven the owner and he said he'll take care of it, bring it in, i sent him the pictures through email, I call back and he hasn't even looked at them, but tells me to bring the car in he'll look at it when i bring it.I told him this is a huge inconvenience for me since I've been paying for Ubers all week long, now more Ubers, so the cheap $700 paint job is turning out to be expensive, can I get a discount for the inconvenience? He tells me I already got the basic package, he's doing the work at cost as it is, he's not making any money, that I got the basic package, like as if I'm supposed to be ok with a bad job, I tell him that the package doesn't say "we'll do a good job or bad job for this much more" it just says the levels of paint, he then gets upset again and tells me how much do you want? 100.00? Takes out his wallet and hands me $100.I take the hundred and leave the car, Monday, they call me Tuesday afternoon, I ask for them to make sure everything i pointed out was taken care of, i then show up Wednesday afternoon, they lost the Acura TL letters, they tried to say the car didn't have it, but I showed them the pictures of the day I dropped it off, that shut them up, then they said we'll order it and ship it to your house, I'm like? Really? I can't put that on, I won't get it straight like you would, then I continued inspecting the car, they made everything worse, they simply used a razor blade and shaved off the excess in the trunk, which opens up the paint and it exposes it to the elements, the top of the car where the drip was was sanded down and the primer was showing now, it looked all cracked, pretty much instead of sanding down an painting it the right way they tried to do a half job, now I'm dealing with maaco corporate to take my car to a different shop to have it done right.You would think the owner Steven would make sure everything is done right, specially if the customer had to come back, and expressed the inconvenience of having to come back. But this guy didn't even bother doing a walk around.

I m really not a fan of big garages,mechanic or paint and body,but I m gonna say I was impressed by Maacos (Baytown Texas)work on my Cadillac CTS.They were professional in their work and very courteous and handled all the little details and changes while informing me beforehand.I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I was very impress with the level of service I received at Maaco. They did an awesome job making my car look like new again. They even when out of there way to install an item on my car that was clearly not on my vehicle when I brought it in. If ever I need my car worked on again I will definitely return there and recommend them to other. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Maaco - Baytown did a fantastic job on my 2005 Lincoln! John was able to source parts for me that I didn't even know were still available. On top of the excellent service, they were $1,000s cheaper than any of the 5 quotes that I got. I will go to them every time without having to go all over trying to find the best deal. My husband and son delivered a 65 red with white racing stripe fastback ford mustang to the Baytown Maaco Location. It was badly in need of a restoration job and make over. We feel like Maaco was very transparent in their price quoting. Their service was very Exceptional!!! The owner Steven listened to our concerns through out the whole process and addressed them. He and his team delivered very positive results to our family. Thank You Steven!!!

Took my obs tahoe to get the hood redone in black, and came out looking like a mirror. And they even color matched my bumper and grill free of charge. Absolutely beautiful results

Excellent work on damage repair. Professional communication with me and insurance company on my claim. The paint matching turned out terrific. I will be using them in the future for my other cars after this experience. We commuted 30 minutes to this location as their reviews met my standards. They did a great job on painting my truck at a price much less than a local body shop. Next I took in my 2018 Toyota car for some fender work and they went above and beyond expectations. Shout out to MAACO once again for being there for me when I needed body work done on my truck. My truck was stolen and once recovered I took it to MAACO who repaired it and it looked amazing. The guys out there are awesome and they are my go to people when I need any type of body work done. Thank you guys, I appreciate all you do. The professionalism, work quality, patience, understanding and the timely way you are able to deal with your customers goes along way in my book.

Best paint job you re gonna find for the money and probably better than a much more expensive job at another shop. Had my 16 old sons truck painted here and they did a bang up job....no overspray...high gloss, very minimal orange peel ...Went with the mid level urethane paint and sealer...only had one ding that I wanted repaired and they went above and beyond and looks to me like they took every ding out of the truck....very pleased. I worked with Dave and Steven the owner, both awesome, highly recommend this location! I drove from Kingwood to Baytown due to the positive reviews, glad I did.
