Well here's to say eveytime I come here for oil change inspection ect Mgr Jennifer May , Miss Jazz, Justin Ect and crew also respectful .Not to mention work hard to keep your company truck or owner operator truck Inspection done. Oil changes in quickly neat way. And due answer questions if need . Or allow you to watch what is going on thanks ladies and gentlemen. For all you due we need this !God bless you

I am not recommend this place change the oli reffer i will own oli yesterday call one lady asked me 143$ charg me but when oil change and perped the bil she charged me 165$ i will asked yesterday she asked me 143$ and you charged me 165$ why?.but she asked me charged 165$.I am not recommend this place i am going first time and last. Speedco is much better for lubezone.

They are good. Girl in front desk she gona help you for everything that you need,and the guys in the shop they are nice,and also they are ok with the prices.

Great job, in and out no waiting. And i ended up getting an alignment too while i was here. I got a pm and a 3 axle alignment faster than the T/A would have even ben able to get me pulled into the shop.

Went in today at 3:30 pm for a DOT inspection and the manager told an employee to tell me to come back at 8:00 the following day. That can t happen because of the way my loads are scheduled. Won t be going there for my oil changes every month anymore. The workers have always been great though. Clearly the place needs new management.

Update on my previous post on 8/15/23 I want to first say I jumped the gun on giving them a 1 star as I was upset over this isolated incident. As previously stated I have been coming here for over 4yrs and have never had a problem. After reaching out to Bree and corporate. I was very happy when Bree called me back. She listened to my problem and told me she would pass it on to corporate. Bree was very polite to talk with and made me feel like she took my problem seriously. After a few days chewy, from corporate called me. He also was very nice and polite to talk to. He listened to my problem and assured me he would make it right. He told me next time I come threw for a pm to call him personally and It would be on him. I know we all make mistakes and I feel this was just that. A simple mistake. I also feel what makes us as drivers and a company great is when we make a mistake. We own up to it and do what we can to make it right. This company has done just that. Thank you Bree and chewy for taking the time out of y all s busy schedule to listen to a simple truckerService: Oil change

I would've given it 5 stars because the efficiency and service was really great but due to the fact that they had no driver lounge for drivers to sit back and relax was a big deal. As well as the floors inside and out in the bays, there was grease and oil everywhere. Yes it is an oil lubrication place, but I've been to hundreds of places and this place is probably top 10 one of the filthiest floors

Stay away from them. They dont know what they are doing and will bring more expense. Their warranty people Epika Fleet Service will not pay your next repair cost that was because of their mistakes. I got all the proofs going to court for them

The crew that serviced my truck was very sloppy. The guy name was Isreal . This was the second time and on both occasions he waste deisel all over the engine taking the filter off the lazy and quick way. Instead of disconnecting the line he tries to twist and turn the filter to get it out waisting fuel all over the place. Very unprofessional place !

Worst experience I've ever had at a lube zone they stripped out multiple bolts doing my alignment crushed my lug nuts covers with pliers taking them off had it aligned 3 times and still not correct they need to hire someone new who knows what there doing

Not real impressed this time. Missed 6 fittings on the neck of my trailer. Did not check hubs on truck or trailer until after i pulled out and said something. Girl left right in the middle of checking me out then my service was charged to another company. Had to wait longer to correct billing. Then after spending $796.75 did not get rewards. Not a happy camper. You have to do better or i have to find someone else to do my services. Been doing business here many years and it keeps getting worse. Went in on 8/9/23 for a oil change and pm. I asked for 2 gallons of lucus to be added. When completed the tech showed me my dip stick with clean oil and in operating range. The next morning, i did my pretrip and noticed i was way over on oil. So far past you could not even read it. About a gallon over. I drove up there the next morning, wich was 43 miles one way, and had to use a toll. I got in line and told the gentleman behind the counter of my issue. He said they will check it out. After about an hr wait i pulled into the bay. There was a lady waiting on me and told the tech. This is the guy who says we over filled him. Immediately after turning my engine off. She toldd the tech to check my oil. It read about a quart past max. They both looked at me and said " see its good " i had to remind both of them, no its not. Thats not how you get an accurate oil reading. You need to wait for the oil to drain out of the upper engine. The lady,who i found out was the manager " jennifer may " says we will wait but I KNOW ITS RIGHT. after waiting 20 minutes they find out its way over max. During the wait jennifer may tells me why do i even put lucus in this engine. She says nobody does that. After realizing there mistake she asked what do i want to do about it. I tell them to drain all the oil and put the right amount of oil and lucus that i paid for. She looks at me and laughs " not goons happen bud. She said we will drain out what is over. So i ask wich are you draing the oil or the lucus ? So in short you over fill my truck, wich could of caused me to blow a head gasket, i have to drive 86 miles out of route, and pay 2 tolls spend 3 hrs out of my day only to be told we will not give you what I PAID FOR. it is scary to think the manager " jennifer may" and her tech dont even know how to chech oil. I was a faithful customer of 4 yrs along with 5 other drivers. We will all be switching to speedco just around the corner. I did call corporate office and the lady " bree" who responds to theses reviews. I have not gotten a call back from any of them. Today is 8/15/23 i wanted to be fair and give them a chance to make it right before i posted this review but after not hearing anything i feel they dont care about good customer service. I will continue to reach out to corporate, send emails, make calls etc. Save your time and money and go to speedco just around the corner. I will right another update in a couple of weaks to see if i can actually speak to someone who cares.Service: Oil change

Guys are good, PM done in 30min. They are bit pricey for rest of shops but job done really really fast,and there was no line for bay! All of that in rush hour and traffic jam in Houston,crazy right,did my 30min brake and get PM done!

They were so nice and helpful we re very quick and professional the girl at the front desk was really nice and was knowledgeable about truck maintenance and service. Houston needs more people like the people who work here! I watched the mechanics the entire time.They were very thorough and did not skip corners.Shop is very clean and organized.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went to go to change oil on a Detroit 60 and they said my oil filters were too tight. I know they weren t because I put them on last time. Came over to speedco and what do you know filters came off with ease. Lubezone was turning the oil filter the wrong direction tightening it instead of loosening it.Go to speedco you ll get better service there. I m on my way to my destination now thanks to speedco.

I have been doing the oil change in my truck for years in this business and it is sad to see how they steal your money. I paid for grease and they never did it to me. Be alert

Excellent shop, that provides excellent service! Been working with a nice man named Rob for years now. Rob and his crew get it done right. With Rob watching, we never had an overfill, spills, over torqued/ruined oil and fuel filters or bad service in general. When you come here, ask for Rob. Him and his crew get it done fast, right and worth the money.

The service was horrible. The mechanics did not speak English. The workers were fighting each other. Tried to give me a service I did not ask for. Spilled my oil everywhere when I have spout to drain the oil. Guy at the counter didn't know what he was doing. All around bad!!!@

This was the first time I ve had any service done with LubeZone and if I could I d give 10 stars! Prices are better than any of the truck stop shops and they will without a doubt take care of your best interest here. If you re needing an alignment then see Patrick. Not only does know exactly what he s doing, he s also very good at what he does!I went in for an alignment and he immediately showed me that I had a bad torque rod. So I replaced it myself and went back the following day and he shows you everything and keeps you informed while he s working. It s hard to find somewhere that you can feel confident in allowing to work on your truck. This is one of those ultra rare places that you can trust and know that they are looking out for you and not out to get you. Highly Highly Recommended!!!

Well rounded business going on here in Baytown, TX. Spoke with the office personnel in the early morning to ascertain services, products available, hours, and if scheduling was required, etc. Showed up and was out the door within 30 minutes. Had oil changed, x2 fuel filters and air filter replaced. The mechanics confirmed the cyclic rate of priming prior to starting the vehicle after new fuel filters being installed.. this shows they know their stuff and have the integrity to interact with customer to confirm . The front office is very friendly and communicates well with customers. Pricing is spot-on for the quality services provided. Highly recommend this location for your diesel PM needs!!!
