I have had my truck to Louis auto and diesel several times for everything from oil changes to upper oil pan leaks. Louis has always been pleasant to deal with and detailed with his explanation of my problems. He shows me the removed parts and has always explained what my truck needs and why. His prices are fair in today s market. I think the prices are a little high, but I think eggs cost too much also, I think this probably because I remember 25 cent gasoline. I will continue to use Louis for maintenance on my truck.

My business truck suddenly had trouble starting and I knew it had to be a fuel flow issue. My fuel filters were due for replacement and was running terrible today. I just made it to Louis's and they got me back on the road in no time. I am grateful for the mechanical knowledge and recommendations they provided.

Contacted the business to get an estimate to replace the turbo on my Ford F250. Was advised they would have to check parts availability and call me back. When I informed the very rude person on the phone I have a brand new replacement turbo. He promptly informed me that he does not allow customers to supply their own parts and hung up on me. This shop came highly recommended by 2 personal mechanic friends is the only reason I called him. My guess is he has a 50+% mark up on parts. Guess I ll find someone that s not as rude to do business with!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could!! I brought my truck here for a diagnostic test. The next day I called him & he was trying to explain to me what he thought was wrong with my car and because I didn t understand the problem and I wanted clarity on the problem & pricing before he did any work he then requested for me to come pick up my truck. when I got to the shop to pay for the test & have it towed, he refused to give me my diagnostic results or even charge me for them. I never wanted a free service from this guy. he refused to give me the diagnostic test because he says that he did all the work and I was going to take it to another mechanic? although, he s the one who told me to come pick up my truck simply because I was asking questions ? He had a full tantrum and was yelling at me as if I was a child! He is very unprofessional. I would hate to pull the race card, but it definitely felt like it with the way he was talking to me in such a condescending tone & yelling at me when I not once raised my voice to him or refused to pay, there could be no other reason for this type of behavior. He returned my key to the tow guy broken which it had not been when I brought it to him. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere where it s appreciated!

I would of put no stars but it wouldn t let me he was cursing at my husband because we told him our spark plugs wires was under warranty and said he wasn t going to work on it because we changed our own spark plug wires and started cursing at use

I have taken my Duramx twice. First time was for a fuel system issue, seco d for coolant sensor. Both times I received great service. Jobs were in a timely manner. When I picked up the truck Louis explained to me what caused the issues and the steps taken during the repairs. I will definitely be taking all my diesel and auto work back to him.

Sent my 04 Jeep Wrangler in to get a pretty bad death wobble fixed. They got my jeep fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. Also when I said I needed some new tires one of the workers went out of their way to help me find some great mud terrains. That's some A class service if you ask me.

We were new to area reading the reviews.... thought this was a great place... Wrong!!!! Was told so many different things and different Prices.The owner needs to get out of the office and observe his workers who after learning are just young adults who don't have much experience..We have had to know take our truck topower stroke specialist to get a problem they should've caught at Louis' and learned they spliced and tape things instead of fixing it. Bolts and nuts left off. Would not recommend Louis' shop

Very knowledgeable, helpful man. I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of, which is very important. Reasonable pricing and my repairs were made in a very timely manner.

The only place I'll bring my cummins. They've done great work on my valves, head studs, and turbos. Nathan has been extremely knowledgeable on any issues concerning my truck I brought up. I highly recommend them for any of your Diesel needs.

My duramax would run perfect then really bad with a loud engine knocking. They diagnosed "broken crankshaft" at app. $10,000. to repair. How stupid is that diagnosis? A crankshaft doesn't fix it self and run good intermittently. After research found the problem and the fix (less than $300). Had to pay them $100.00 American dollars (they called it diagnostic fee)so I could take to a real repair shop. Would like to have my 100.00$ back. These folks are running a scam operation or they are just poor mechanics. Do yourself and your pocket book a favor, take your business some place else. Also my "receipt " didn't have a price on it. They won't report it to the IRS cause it was cash, but I will as is a work truck.

Great place to go people there were nice great pricing fast service replaced my a/C and on my way in like 4 hours and they are a Christians. So you know they are blessed. And like to bless others. Thanks Mr Louis. And his son and a special thanks to the mechanics.

I called this guy about my 7.3 idi. He was very helpful over the phone and walked me through all the problems i was having. He was very respectful. This guy knows his stuff and is very helpful. Wish there were more people like this guy. My truck will be going to him for now on. Thanks for all the help!

Had an oil leak and took my truck up here right at close on evening.
