The pricing was fantastic (BUT) you get less than what you pay for here. Just because it glitters doesn't mean it's gold...... Wasn't a good experience!

What an excellent bunch of people at Lou's. 2nd transmission they have done for us. 02 ram 1500, and 04 1500...would not go anywhere else!! Thank you Lou's for taking great care of my baby and getting her back up and running for another 200k!!

This shop has "rebuilt" the transmission in my truck twice in the last 1000 miles or so. The second time it came back leaking large amounts of transmission fluid and only lasted about 300miles before loosing 2nd gear. The rebuilt price was good, but now I know that you get what your pay for. You have been warned...Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Lou gave his honest opinion on what was going on with my van. He never charged me a penny. He knows his stuff. I recommend Lou for any of your transmission needs.

Great guy! Great service! Had an issue with the battery and he physically drove me to pick one out at the Auto store. When we got back his son installed it and sent me on my way. I drove from Sugarland.

I took my truck in when I thought I had a problem with the transmission. They were friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. They did a complete checkout and told me there was nothing wrong and didn't charge me anything! I will absolutely go back and recommend these guys in the future!

Lou was friendly and courteous. Our car was ready to take home early that afternoon, which we never expected. We were completely satisfied with Lou's Transmission and Automotive!

These people are rude and very unprofessional I talk to them over the phone trying to get a diagnosis of my problem. And the guy had no patience in so much that he hung up in my face. I tried to call them back and he wouldn t even pick up the phone. I would not recommend lose Transmission.

You don't stay in the same location for 20 plus years for no reason if that says anything. Mr.Lou is awesome very honest up front man. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest mechanic in the Baytown area. Phenomenal service

I've had a few transmissions built here and they have all held up great to my abuse. They do good honest work for a decent price. I won't go anywhere else.

I took my car here on June 10 2016 at 9.30 am ,,called me around 4.30 pm to tell me come pick it up thier is nothing wrong with your car transmission. .I took it to another transmission shop here in baytown it was in and out an 2 hours all it needed was transmission service..the car was nothing grabbing gears but now it works like a champ..thanks to WENDELLS TRANSMISSION SHOP. don't bring your car here..bunch of F""k OFFS HERE

They say 1 year warranty but yet they wanna charge me for something they dint install right and it has been sitting in their shop for 3 weeks and now it won't even turn on thanks a lot

My truck was towed to this shop on a Friday evening and I got my truck back on the up coming Tuesday without my battery and sound system.
