We trusted Larry's Automotive until now we left our vehicle with him overnight so that he could service the vehicle and give us an estimate on repairs. We got a phone call this morning stating that our vehicle had been broken into, and someone had attempted to steal it, ripping open the steering column and destroying the ignition switch. Larry's Automotive has cameras inside his garage and in the back lot, no cameras out front, and he refuses to financially help with any of the damage done to our vehicle while it was in his care. All we requested is that he pay our insurance deductible because we shouldn't be responsible for paying it when it wasn't our negligence, but he continues to decline assisting us with that. Our insurance has told us that they are going to attempt to get reimbursed by the "responsible party" for this claim.

Went in with a known problem on my coolant, they didn't have the part but helped with a patch and didn't charge even knowing that I may not come back. They were able to get the part in very quickly which enabled me to use them.The price was reasonable and transparent. I'd use them again

I've only had my oil changed a few times here and had quick, friendly service every time.Update: I've started coming here with other issues and these guys are great to deal with. I can't say enough how great it is to have an auto shop that I trust.

Bill is a great Mechanic. Always very Honest and genuinely cares about your wallet. I've brought many vehicles here, even just for questions, and he's always told me straight. Plus, he never charges any bogus Diagnostic Fees. Highly recommended!

Took my Ford Expedition here when having a "Service Advance Trak" and engine light came on. They replaced the throttle body, picked up and a week later the same thing came up along with the car going into "limp mode" . Took back and he replaced the throttle body again. Picked up and the same message came up on the way home. Took back and couldn't find anything. Picked up, took to Gentry Automotive and they replaced the steering wheel angle sensor. No problems since then. I guess I wasted money on throttle body replacement!Service: Engine repair

Fast and professional with no extra charge. The problem with my car (strange noise from the engine) was identified in a few minutes. Same day repair! The official Honda service requested more than twice fee to identify the problem only.
