Never judge a book by its cover JRE Customs does awesome bodywork. The owner and workers are very professional, polite, and transparent. The work that they do cannot be bet by other auto and body repair shops. (Driver side front fender repaired)

I'm in a wheelchair and my 2011 Ranger truck has a custom bagged suspension to lower the truck so I can get in and out. Well the suspension is getting old and developed multiple leaks and bags also were going bad. Brandon went above and beyond for me. He drove to Hockley just to get the new bags because it was going to take 3 days to have them shipped. This is my only transportation and he and his crew worked hard and afterhours to get me going . I'm on social security and the price was very good. They even brought my truck home to me all washed and detailed inside and I live over a hour away. They really went above and beyond. Very handicapped friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

It s not easy to find an auto body/repair shop that puts customer s satisfaction above greed.I m a senior female living alone and very vulnerable when it comes to auto repairs bc I know very little about cars.The guys at JRE, Brandon and Clayton specifically, were very respectful and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail all during the process of installing ABS modules. Clayton even sent pictures of the progress. It was a long necessary, process, but in the end they were extremely fair on the price. They cleaned parts as they went along, their work was very meticulous. I received a call from Brandon a while after I drove away to be sure everything was good and satisfactory. I will use them in the future

Branden and his team went above and beyond!! They got me in last minute and stayed a few hours late making sure they got the job done right. I prefer supporting small business owners for this reason. They are all about customer service. Branden gave me a ride to my hotel and picked me up when my truck was ready. They exceeded my expectations and if the google review had an extra star, I would not hesitate. Thank you guys again. I ll be back next time I need something done.

With great policies such as piling up used tires around the dumpster and also disposing of them in the dumpster is only 1 way the oh so amazing manager Branden pollutes our environment. Doing what a professional couldn t even call a fair to mediocre paint job(s) without the required filtration to follow state required guide lines is only the second way. They will certainly take the upmost care when storing your classic automobile under used tarps retained by tires also needing proper disposal. Is that considered recycling? You can also expect professional electrical repairs from Gus like jumping front turn signals from the one wire tail light system used in aftermarket electrical systems for classic 1960 s pickups. As the managers and techs have much to learn (like how to better dodge and avoid customers) the paint preparation done by Jerry is absolutely flawless and the tire repair and replacement work is as well. The head fabricator on duty is hands down the most talented, knowledgeable, and a totally respectable man (Cody). So if ya need tire work or custom fabrication (basically anything that Branden the manager doesn t touch) you will be happy with the work. You may run into issues such as your tread depth on your tires roasted down a few 6/32 to 12/32 of a inch or possibly some valve to piston contact on your custom built GTO engine. The manager also likes to invoice for storage for the time your vehicles sitting idle awaiting a tech to diagnose your vehicle. The chaotic dispatch method of work to technicians often leaves months of time between drop off and the beginning of work. Some of those invoices adding up to over 5000. If your having a paint job done expect it to take 4 to 6 months longer than estimated (I think the painter was a master at texturing drywall in a previous life, it s gonna take time for Jerry to work his magic)If your a loyal state inspection customer be prepared for the our internet is down excuse when the manager Branden decides that day he doesn t feel like doing state inspections. Don t be fooled by the busy beaver either, as cute as he is with his bald head and big smile, charming the elderly lady s with his serpent sly tongue. It s hard to believe what he says he will do for you, I promise he will prove it himself within 5 visits to the shop. It s too bad the manager just falls short, cause the actual owners often referred to as investors by the manager claiming the business is his, are really amazing kind hearted people that make a great impact helping our people and community. Which the sacrifice of the bridge I m certain I burned by posting my experiences as a employee do sadden me. The junky stand alone security cameras just disturb what peace and quiet the surrounding neighbors get at night with police siren noises for hours on end every time they detect motion. But I m sure the siren noises and close monitoring do scare away robbers and keep the non fenced in property secure. Technicians be careful what tools and equipment you allow to be used, if items like battery chargers to welding machines take on damage, abuse, or growth of legs these rather pricey tools won t be compensated by the shop in any way. Be prepared for the manager to get in his feelings when you deny the rest of the shop to use your equipment . So be aware when dealing with this shop as well as any other shop.

Wow let me just start by saying the customer service was exceptional from beginning to end, they handled everything in a timely matter got me in and out quick. Did a great job on my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure the parts replaced were running good. The pricing was great as well very reasonable. The service here was absolutely amazingI came to get an inspection sticker and they put my license plates on my car and gave me a lot of information about the shop and what they do. They were friendly amazingly kind so I recommend this shop to everyone.

Highly recommend this shop! I had the struts replaced on my Tahoe. Quality mechanical work, timely service and reasonable prices. The manager Brandon was very attentive and friendly. I was updated throughout the entire process. Will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

I wanted to de-badge my brand-new GMC pickup. I had shopped a few other locations that made it seem timely and costly; however, after just one visit, it was clear that JRE would be perfect: honest, creative (I added a bit more work), timely, and very affordable. If you're looking for anything custom, this place is THE PLACE. The owner is also quite accessible!

Please read! I do not write mini reviews. So please take the time to read this. I was on my way back to South Texas on a 14 hour trip with me and my family. I broke down in Houston did not know anyone in this city. It was Thanksgiving weekend and everyone was about to close the doors. The tow truck driver took me to this location and I met with Branden. After a lot of diagnosing the problem I found out that I would not be able to get the parks because of the holiday weekend and everyone being close. The owner Brandon was a godsend. I was stranded in Houston. Branden offered to take me to the hotel and ice down the deer meat I had in my cooler in the back of my truck for the remaining time of the weekend. I can t believe that an owner would actually ice down my own deer meat from my hunting trip that I was on however he did. He went above and beyond to try to help me and my family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone the work that he did on my diesel 21 Chevrolet was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to try to make my life better during my worst time. He also was very knowledgeable in his net work of people and trying to run down parts during these times where parts are hard to fine. Cause he even came to get me personally when my truck was ready after the weekend and got my bags and everything. I cannot say thank you enough to Branden and his team for all the work that they have done for me and going above and beyond to try to help me! I took my company service truck vehicle to have some lights fixed. I was very pleased with the level of expertise and high levels of customer service. I stopped in after my car had failed inspection. The first thing is that the gentleman that helped me was very nice. The next was the cleanliness of the shop itself. With that being said, they took care of the issue with no problem. The manager took time out to introduce himself and we chatted for a few minutes. All my business will be conducted at this shop from now on!! Thank you guys

Great customer service. The manager went above and beyond when some key components were missing from the package that was sent in. Jumped through some hoops for the un-named company that wanted pictures to prove the parts were not in the box. Kept in contact with me and was able to take over communication with the manufacturer so I didn't have to be the middle man for all the requests. All was much appreciated.
