Bought a custom fit shower door from Joey's glass. The glass is beautiful but the fit is NOT. Not sure if it was cut wrong or measured wrong, the insulators say it is the walls that are crooked. The glass door has no gap at the top and the bottom has a 1/4" plus gap. The glass wall piece is touching at the top and bottom but has a 1/4" gap in the middle, which was fill by caulking. If i would have known that the fit was not going to be any better than that i would have just bought at lowes for about 1/3 of the price. The office sent the insulators back out but they say it is the walls and can't fix the issues.Steven Zucha

Had a small chip in the windshield. My insurance company warned that if I made claim, it could effect my rates. Joey's was well within my budget. They got me in immediately for a self-pay. All representatives were polite, courteous & professional.

I had 2 residential windows that I needed replaced, so I called Joey's Glass to come out and give me a quote. The technicians were informative and weren't there for very long, so no issue there. I wanted a glass block window for the bathroom, but this company doesn't offer that and insisted that other companies don't either (not true, I have 3 other bids from places that do offer those windows). I said it was fine that they didn't have that and I would still like a quote for the one window. I was quoted over $1,000 for one window and when asked if there was warranty or other reasons it was so high compared to other bids I'd received (which were around $600-700 a window - the normal range), the woman then went on to bash other window companies. She said "well you have Window World but we get calls from people all the time asking to fix their windows because Window World installed them very janky and wrong." I was baffled by how unprofessional the conversation turned when I was simply trying to get more information about their pricing. I kindly informed her that I would not be needing their services and that I did not appreciate it when companies bashed other companies. I'm not sure why they are priced so high, especially when they don't offer anything different than other companies.

My experience at Joey's glass was absolutely horrible. Once I was informed that my truck was ready I went there to pick it up and it would not start. Seems that 1 of the employees had left my lights on overnight as a result I had to be jump-started just so I could leave the premises. Several days later I had to purchase a battery because obviously they have ruined the one that I had. I have made several calls to this establishment left my number several times and no one has called me which is very unprofessional. I paid a $179 for a battery that I should not have to have paid for. I brought myVehicle there for the window to be repaired which I paid for with no problem however I didn't realize I would have additional damage. I do not recommend Joey's glass to anyone please find somewhere else to have your vehicle repaired. Also there are several scratches on my tenant glass

My window regulator went out Tuesday night I called them Wednesday morning & they came out the same day . Brandon came out checked my window gave me a price & was amazing he explained everything to me . So they called me to set up to come fix the window and we're able to come the same day but due to my schedule I wouldn't be home so they came out Thursday and fixed it quickly & the tech that came out so super nice as well . Not only did they come to my home and fix my issue but they provided amazing service even the ladies who answer the phone. I'm extremely happy with the service

The guy came out replaced my windshield and recalibrated the camera and everything was like new. By far one of the better windshield replacement company's I have dealt with.

Lady whom assisted us wasn't very Informative didn't even push the sale. Ended up going to another glass business and got my windshield replaced. Thank you safelite glass

I own a 2014 F350 super duty king ranch had the center window replaced on the rear window. It was a horrible job. It doesn t open all the way I m going to hopefully get my money back. I ll keep you posted. Not only did. They order the wrong part at first and I sat up there for two hours, waiting on the correct part. It took another two hours to put in this glass and it is done so horribly I can t believe I went to this place. I looked them up so good reviews but I m telling you right now they did a bad job on my truck.

Had a good enough experience to use them again (hopefully I wont have to). I called and went in for a quote and paid exactly that. I had absolutely no problems with their service or their price. Thanks for taking care of my windshield replacement.

If my insurance hadn t chosen this place I would have not gone. They said the front window replacement would take 2 to 3 hours dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning and they said it would be ready before closing at 5. I called at 12 they said it would be done at 2:30 or 3 called at 3 and they said it would be done at 4:45 then they call back and say it won t be done till after 6 and they are closing and going to leave it parked in front open with the keys in it in. I think it s really unacceptable that a customer leaves a vehicle at 8am and doesn t get it back till at 6 pm it was literally one of the first in the shop and they only do walk-in maybe they should start scheduling so they can actually handle their work. Never going here again!

The staff were extremely professional and kind. They had me in and out within 30 minutes. Jeff did a wonderful job fixing my rear view mirror, reattaching the radio wires also. We have been long time customers and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks, y all rock!

This is the second time I've used this company for their windshield replacement service. I had a windshield of a 2019 Pacifica and 2017 Cruze replaced and both times they did an amazing job. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my cars and visibility/optics in general. The replacement glass looks perfect, installation appears flawless and they did it in just a couple of hours after dropping off the car at their location. Prices are extremely reasonable, quality of work is top notch, and the time in which the work is done is very quick. Oh, forgot to mention, they are also friendly and easy to work with.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had intended to write a positive review for Joey's. I had called the day prior to service so they could order my window, on the next day I dropped my car off at 8a and was called to pick it up at 4p on the same day. My only input would have been that they update their system from entirely handwritten estimates and receipts to a computerized system.Then came the follow up. I had a large pair of items that I had been keeping in my back seat. I noticed the evening after I picked up my car they were missing. The following morning I returned to the shop to see if it had been taken out to do the work and forgotten to be placed back in my car. Unfortunately the technician that claimed to have done the work immediately became defensive and asked if I was accusing him of stealing the items before even taking an opportunity to look for them in the shop.My original assumption was that it was a simple mistake. The items could have been in the way and removing them to do the work would have been expected. In a busy shop, they could have been set aside and possibly overlooked when finishing the job. But to be met with immediate defensiveness, without any attempt to see if a mistake had been made, in and of itself now makes me suspicious.While I cannot be certain of the ultimate circumstances of my items, my initial assumption of a minor oversight has now been replaced with suspicion and distrust of this business.I cannot see myself returning to, or recommending, this business in the future.TL;DR The shop was able to do the work at a reasonable pace for a reasonable price. It would be helpful if they had a computer for estimates, receipts, and records. Unfortunately this business' employee defaulted to defensiveness and accusations when asked about a misplaced item. What was assumed to be a simple mistake now feels like a suspicious circumstance.

Can t recommend them enough! Had a semi truck windshield replaced for 1 hr from the time i call them first. Extremely friendly, fast and reasonable, especially lady on the phone. Thank You!

Got the windshield on my gladiator changed only took em 2 hrs and they were busy great job will use them again if I have to but prefer not to bust my window again

When the technician came out they said it would only be 10 days it took more than 3 weeks then he screwed the glass back in messing up the screws and leaving screws out Don't let them touch Your glass!
