Text Jesus at 9:18 this morning(Sunday) he responded immediately and was at my house by 11 am. Diagnosed my car, went to pick up the part and completed the job by 12:30. He explained everything along the way and was very thorough. He was so sweet and professional. 10/10 recommended!

We had a great experience with Mr. Gutierrez. My friend's alternator went out and she was stuck 120 miles away from her kids waiting at home. I called Next Gen Mobile Mechanic and Mr. Gutierrez picked up the new alternator and came out and replaced the old one right in the hotel parking lot, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you friend!

he took my sister for a ride. She paid for work and parts which did not complete. Ghosting, changing phone numbers is totally unacceptable. - update: we paid for replacement of spark plugs - not installed. We paid for the complete AC compressor replace with charge. Jesus was a great help! Very professional person, he helped me verify the problem with my car straight to the point and he talked me through several situations where the something could go wrong. Also considerate of his clients, he will give you a price range depending your problem while explaining ways to prevent that problem from happening again. Highly recommend

Not reliable, talked to Jesus to get struts changed, he agreed and I bought the struts for my car, then cant get a hold of him text or phone, finally talked to him, he said he is coming to do it, never came, look for somebody else and don t waste your time

I ve only gave one star just so I can right this review but if you want good reliable dependable knowledgeable service go to AR AUTOMATIVE in BAYTOWN TEXAS REPAIR SHOP AND ASK FOR FRED I promise you want be disappointed Fred and his crew gon go over and beyond for you great service great environment overall good ppl this place never returned my calls or messages when ask for a quote for my repairs
