I would not recommend Community Honda s service department in Baytown as of August 2023.My wife dropped her car off in the morning for a brake job. It was not ready in the timeline estimated, so I picked up the car that evening. I asked James why it took all day for the brakes to be replaced, and he stated that they did not have the front OEM pads and had to get some from a local auto parts store. When I asked to see the receipt/box for the brakes to verify the pads were OEM specifications, he said they carried the same warranty. When I insisted on seeing the receipt/box for the pads, they were the wrong type, ceramic not organic. Community Honda kept the car overnight, gave us a loaner vehicle, and installed the correct pads the next day. The front office took care of the situation, but their service technician knew those were the wrong pads and installed them anyway. Not goodWe recently had the oil changed at Community Honda in Baytown as well. A few weeks after the oil change, an oil spot appeared in the driveway. THE OIL PAN PLUG WAS LOOSE!

Our last 3 service visit at the Service Center was disappointing.Our second to last service visit, my husband went and marked the vehicles tires before getting to service center. At the Service Center, we ask for a oil change and tire rotation. When we paid, we checked over the receipt and their charged us for oil change and tire rotation. However, we checked the vehicle tires and saw the tires remained in the same place as before. The service center didn't do a tire rotation.In our last service visit, we had a wait about 20 minutes for the cashier to return from a meeting. I wish whoever scheduled the meeting would have thought of putting somebody to cover the cashier desk. Instead of making all the customers wait to pay and get their vehicle.

I recently had an encounter with a Honda Service Center, where I tried to get my windshield replaced and also got my tires replaced. My experience with the service center has been quite unsatisfactory, and I would like to share my thoughts on their customer service and quality of work.Starting with the windshield replacement issue, I called the Honda Service Center to inform them of my problem and seek help. The representative assured me that they would call me back, but that call never came. I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up and had to initiate contact myself. When I called again, the representative seemed uninterested in assisting me or providing any guidance, which was quite frustrating.As for my tire replacement, I was even more disappointed. After discussing my needs with the service center, I was originally quoted a specific price. However, upon completion of the tire replacement, I was shocked to see that they tried to charge me $200 more than the initial quote. The lack of transparency and consistency in pricing is a significant concern for customers who expect reliable service.Additionally, the tires that were recommended and installed by the service center only lasted 20,000 miles. This short lifespan is far from ideal and does not reflect the quality one would expect from a Honda Service Center.In light of my recent experiences, I have decided not to use this Honda Service Center again, especially for tire-related services. Customer service and clear communication should be a priority for any business, and it is unfortunate that this particular center has demonstrated a lack of attention to these crucial aspects. I hope they can learn from customers' experiences and make improvements in the future. However, for now, I cannot recommend this service center to other Honda owners.

I took my Pilot in for service and had it detailed. The magic they worked was nothing short of a miracle. My floor mats and leather were a mess! My mommy car is now spotless inside. No more snacks, drinks, or food in the car!! Lol. My baby is so pretty!

This Honda dealer is the best one in Houston. They care about the customers and are very fast on completing the job. I have been coming here for more that. 5 years.

Very professional dealership with the great customer service. I bring my Honda here many times for service and oil change. Whenever I need a new Honda, I do come to this location to check availability and prices before I go to other dealerships. They have always served me well and I look forward to continuously visit them for my Honda cars and service. Thank you very much and God bless.

Inconsistent communication. The people answering the phone don t know what is going on. Scheduled a recall service and a detail 2 weeks in advances. They kept car a day longer than expected and the detail job was half done.

Their service department is much friendlier than Tower Honda. It did take a while for them to get my car serviced; however, there were 10 cars ahead of me. May very well schedule my cars service while visiting my grands.

Gabriel and another lady (don t remember her name) helped me with my oil change Saturday. They were both really nice and helpful; kept me informed via text message and answered all of my questions within a timely manner. Checkout was a breeze. I would highly recommend their express oil change service.

I had an appointment yesterday in regards to a vehicle I seen online for sale & after I received email, text & call about coming I decided to take the 45 minute drive. Once I get to the dealership the salesman wanted to know why that vehicle & not this so I instantly knew something wasn't right. To my surprise I drove there for NOTHING the car was in service & couldn't be test drove or anything. Instead the manager suggested I buy the car & once it come out of service they would bring it to me so I could test drive lol lol lol fyi that's not how you earn a person trust in the car buying business by lying

Taking 6 hours to do 4 hours of work is ridiculous. Especially with multiple techs walking around aimlessly. I gave this place another shot after they forgot to fill the fluids in my crv last time and it's still a waste. The vending machine in their brand new building doesn't even work.

James was my service advisor and he got my truck serviced for me timely...he communicated with me so I was aware of the status...treated me with respect and a caring attitude...excellent experience...Community Honda in Baytown TX is remarkable...had an excellent experience when I purchased my truck with my Sales Representative, Gregory Hunter as well...definitely will go back for service and when I want a new Honda...

Customer service is very friendly, but they lack timeliness and their work is questionable. They kept my truck longer than they said and, other than changing my tires, it didn't seem like they actually fixed my truck.

Took our new Elite Van in because of screen not working. We had to call them to get an update and was told it was torn apart too much for us to pick it up. We told them we needed it for the weekend. Honda electronics suck
