We took 2 of our automobiles to Franks in due to hail damage. The customer service was top notch from the communication to the work they provided. Our first automobile repair was handled by Colton and he was very informative and was always available if I called with a question or request. Our second car repair was handled by Rudy and his service to us during this time was outstanding. He made sure I was kept up to date every step of the way and even went the extra mile to meet us at the shop for pickup on Saturday even though they are closed on weekends. I recommend this shop for your collision/repair needs.

Great service and they were great communicating everything to us. Even went above and beyond to make sure that our rental car was taken care of since the work ended up taking a little longer due to waiting for parts. I took my truck to one of the two shops Frank s Collision has in Baytown. They returned my truck in less time than I expected. Just in time for the holidays. I loved the service. During the process I received text messages and emails about the process. First class customer service.Lleve mi camioneta a uno de los dos talleres que Frank s Collision tiene en Baytown.
