Came in and bought 4 tires and they ruined all 4 rims and want to lie and say no way it happened there also charged me for all 4 tire disposal I took 3 home with me and had an alignment done because they said I needed one and now it pulls when I drive I should of just went to discount tire like I would normally do but they weren t open on Sunday I ll definitely never go back to Firestone again and don t recommend anyone ever to go there

Went to this location last week and had an awesome experience with getting my tires and oil change done. Xavier and MJ are very informative, professional and kept me up to date with my truck. Definitely going to be coming back for future services.

Extremely slow pace even when there are employees doing nothing outside and over half of the bays are empty. I used to work here back in 2012 and the service wasn't this bad. I came to make a payment and it took someone 20 minutes to come to the front, the man next in line needed an oil change and inspection, they gave him a 2 hour wait and another hour and 30 minutes to service his car. A ridiculous amount of time for a simple service that should not take more than 30 minutes especially when there are service techs chatting in the back. Yes I understand you cannot rush things and everyone deserves their break, but seriously after 4 pm, nowhere near lunchtime or closing.(PS No I don't want to reach back to firestone, I plan on never returning after my payments are done, and I know how trash this place is and NO AMOUNT OF REMODELING WILL FIX IT!!)

Slow as Christmas. Been waiting 1.5 hrs for an oil change, AN OIL CHANGE. I started the time when they lifted it. You should get your employees to eat breakfast before they come to work. Not on the job with folks waiting. Unprofessional. I'm a former lube tech and this is uncalled for.

CONSUMER BEWARE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Spent $5500 after returning 4x's. Every time I left with my car I had to return because there was a new problem! I finally took my car too a local mechanic after the final estimate of $888 and the new mechanic told me it was a simple fix and all that was done by Firestone prior was unnecessary! Xavier @ Firestone and his staff are not honest and do trash work. STAY AWAY from the Baytown Location!

I believe his name is Xavier and I'm just leaving a review to say he is doing a great job of managing and keeping that location productive. I thought it was gonna take forever to get my 2003 truck's tire changed but Xavier had it shipped in with the quickness and I was back on the road in great condition! Thanks Xavier

They slow been here almost 6 hrs for brakes nobody is working in any bay guess they all took break at the same time I will never ever deal with another firestone its not worth the time they too damn slow they probably could get more done if they stop standing around talking

I came 2 day ago for Allignment, they left 2 front wheel crooked and my truck was running 1 side. They Said notthing they can do, I need to replace the Lower Arm. (But the Lower Arm is still very good)Paid $99 plus Tax.They are really dont know how to do work,After that, I went to Can Do on W Main, they took my truck about 45min, and everything come out perfect with just $90.I am so disappointed for what I paid and trusted them.Service: Wheel alignment

I got a flat tire four weeks ago and had to buy a new tire due to the hole found in the tire was to big. Located in the rear passenger tire. But then got another flat in drivers front tire the following weekend. But when I went to pay for the bill they would not charge me to fix the second flat and told me it was on them. So much appreciated for Firestone helping me out. They are busy, but have always been very polite and helpful.

I had my oil changed here, they left the old oil filter under the hood leaking. Oil cap not tightened after service, and spewed out. Very unprofessional

Took car this morning 7/23/2021 to have one tire changed. It took over an hour and then they also destroyed the face of my rim. Scarred and left the rim looking horrible. They obviously don t know how to use a tire machine. Also overfilled the psi by 10psi. I expect a call from corporate due to the way my car was handled. I am appalled by the damage they caused.

I brought my car with a flat tire on 03/20/2023 . A couple hours later they called me and said my tires were good and that the flat tire was low on air pressure only. That was it. Next day I was ready to go to work and my tire was totally flat again. I missed work and had to take it back due to their negligence. when I spoke with the guy at the front desk (The Manager)he said "well our technicians checked it yesterday and they said it was ok so now you will have to wait because we are busy". He acted like he didn't care. I'm here waiting. I have been waiting for 2 and a half hour already and they haven't pull my car yet. They do not even have the service to dropp you off where you need to go like other Places so. It's just a flat tire that needs to be replaced. It happened before. Same thing . It was after the third time I brought my flat tire when they finally said "yes your tire has a nail on it". This location lacks so much of care for the customers. Phone rings and nobody answers, the front guy just sits there and doesn't acknowledge customers. I came here because we buy our tires here but, remember this is not the only company that sales tires. A company loose customers not for what they sale but for the customer service they provide. I couldn't go to work today because the employees here haven't been able to help me and the manager is very rude. He just don't care.Service: Tires

I would not recommend their service to any one. I absolutely had a bad experience and it was on my work van. They act as if you don t have any where to go and they will not keep you informed throughout the process. And when you have a question they act like you are not even standing there. They want even acknowledge you standing there. Like I can understand them saying hold on one minute I will be with you. I just simply asked what s the estimated time you think the vehicle will be finished cause I been here long than I expected so I can make arrangements for my daughter to get to work. He responded I m on the phone and don t know. So I m looking like ok please tell me something or get someone to help me at least no. Absolutely rude. I walked away because didn t want to make it worse. And I never got my question answered and plus when the vehicle was done never said sorry about the wait just bye . I called ahead to make sure they weren t too busy and they told me they d have me in and out in two hours. Waited 5 HOURS. Not once did they give me an update. The building was freezing and I sat by the window in a hoody the entire time. Food was shoved in the seat cushions and when I told them I only wanted that brakes done they still tried to push a full inspection. I explained I had just had the oil changed and had a full inspection done the day prior but that business did not change brakes so that was all I needed. For the price you pay, you would expect better service.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Traveling out of town for a family trip and had flat tire in Baytown on Sunday. Visited 2 other places but they didn't have right tire size. Less than an hour before closing Dustin and his crew were amazing and helpful. Placed two new tires and got me and my family back on the road within the hr!

Don't take your vehicle to this place, like others on the reviews have said, I got bit by the appointment monster. I called day before asking if it's reasonable to get the car in by certain time and out by certain time, they said oh yeah definitely. I went by to pick up my vehicle and was sitting same place. I hate when you can't try to deliver on your schedule, just say straight up your over booked. Well don't have to worry about me and my money anymore.

Now I see why they have bad reviews. Had an appointment at 11:00am for tire rotation/balance and alignment. Dropped my car off at 10:30am. Called a little after 1:00pm to see if was ready. Lady said they haven t even started stating they just finished the appointment before mine and it will be another 1 1/2 before my car will be down. Like really I need my car back. I have things to do. Picked up my keys and they didn t apologize or have the decency to call me and let me know it was going to be longer then expected. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much: I am so grateful for the employees that stayed an extra 30 minutes after they closed on a Saturday night, just to make sure I was able to get back on the road and safely continue my trip. I would have been stuck staying in a hotel overnight if they hadn t stayed and helped me. Also the two tires I got were well priced and are nice tires.I was pleased/satisfied with the all other aspects of my Firestone experience.

Scheduled an appointment online as their website showed they had tires I needed in store for the Baytown location. My appointment was reviewed and approved for a Saturday morning. Upon arrival the woman asked why I chose the brand of tires I reserved? I said because they were the ones I was reviewing and that they were shown to be in stock at this store. She said they didn't have those and when she looked for others, I was told they had to be ordered or I could drive to Beaumont to get them! Why in earth would my appointment be approved for the service I requested and parts not be in store!? I even waited 4 days for the appointment! I quit using Firestone years ago because of poor customer service and oil changes that either was filled with not enough oil or too much! Never again will I waste my time with Firestone! I went to Discount Tire as I normally do! They greeted me with a smile and had what I needed! Good luck to anyone that uses Firestone. Hopefully you have better luck than I've had..

I had a lot of work done on my car last year in July. I love this firestone. Today I needed an alignment, I took my car to a different shop was informed I needed 1400 worth of work done before I could get the alignment. So I then dropped it off at firestone, they looked at it and said everything looks good. I said what and gave them the quote and work that needs to be done the other shop told me. He went down the list and said none of that needed to be done. The guy, I don't remember his name even took me to my car while it was up and showed me every part on that list. He said everything looks fine, actually looks like a lot of it had been replaced already. The funny thing is the work firestone did last year included the tire rods, so I'm baffled as to why the other mechanic place told me today those need to be replaced. Firestone told me their recommendations is only two new front tires and an alignment. So thank you for saving me from being taken advantage of cards tire and automotive today. You guys are always friendly, honest, and accommodating. Keep up the good work.

Was headed from Mississippi to California and had just bought brand new tires from a firestone in Mississippi just days before the trip. Just before Baytown we picked up some debris on the road and one of the tires had to be plugged to get us to the nearest firestone which happened to be this location. Everyone here was super nice and understanding and they got me a new tire and had me ready to continue my journey within an hour of calling them even though i had no appointment. Definitely recommend this location!

Always felt pricey.. maybe my own fault since they usually did good work.Came to them with one issue on my vehicle, that cost me $1,000, and another issue coincidentally(?) popped up the very day I picked the vehicle up from them. I bring it back to them, and I am charged more than $500 to fix this "new" issue, with recommendations on more than $2,000 worth of work now.Oh, the $500 fix, didn't fix anything. They did offer to take the car back to work on it again, but I got tired of draining my funds down this place, and my car. I will only use them, if I have no other option available.

Wild ride. Took one used right after purchase and they did great; swapped out the tires, lifetime alignment, fluid changes, etc. Took another (used) there right after purchase, the check engine light was on due to an exhaust solenoid.After charging me nearly 1500$ to do a number of repairs, including new power steering hoses, and assuring me the leak was only in the hoses (and not the reservoir) and they'd been replaced and the car was inspection ready, only 24 hours later the check engine light was back on, the power steering fluid was empty, and it was like they hadn't even done anything in the invoice. On my way out the power steering even made a sound and I was assured it was just some air bubbles in the new lines.Whatever the issues, the car is certainly not inspection ready, power steering is not working, and I'm not sure why I bothered to pay for diagnostics that should've been applied to the repairs if they couldn't even figure out what was wrong and all the problems returned within 24 hours of departure. What a rip-off!

I went thier for an alignment and to check my tires because they kept going down I kept my car thier a whole day and the guy they done alignment that was done wrong and they didn't check my tires and I found from another shop that I had two nails in one of them that could cost me my life and blow out on the highway because they did a poor trash job will not ever bring my vechile thier againService: Wheel alignment

Took my truck here to get my a/c replaced, drove it to work a few days later, noticed a/c not blowing cold. Had to take it to another Firestone in Copperfield and was told freon level wasn't topped off. Second time being burned here won't be a third.

Went in for two tires, very friendly staff. Was in and out quickly. Asked me if I would like them to also do a wheel alignment check, I said yes. They fixed the problems on my car and I am one very happy customer. The best place for all your car needs. Will continue to go back. They treat you like family.

For the first time... well... ever I had a great experience at this Firestone location. I took my car there with an issue and they got me in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem as something much more than what I had thought. They brought me back into the service area and showed me the cracked rim and then they put my spare on free of charge. I tipped the technician because eventhough they could not bill for what they did, he still helped me out. They recommended having my car towed to the dealership out of concern for my safety. I will go back there for sure.

Diagnostic test is $100, my engine light was on, they said the problem was fixed, next day my engine light came on again! Not happy with my experience so far, hopefully when I take it back they will fix the problem.

I called this location during my lunch break to advise them I was getting out of work at 5:30pm and would be there shortly afterwards to get my tire inspected because the air keeps going out. The Firestone Rep advised to come by and they would take care of it, when I arrived one of the Firestone reps said they were to busy, I'm considered a walk in. It didn't matter that I called ahead of time.Making me waste my lunch break time being on hold for a rep and for no reason. Now Im stuck with a bad tire trying to go from Baytown to Cypress.

I had firestone destination le tires. One of them burst within 2 years. Went to the closest Firestone which happened to be this location. I was told they dont have destination le and will replace with similar one like ecopia and given estimate for $50 to 60. After waiting for 2 hours and at 6 45 pm, I am told price is $142 now since the tire is ecopia. We would have gone to another tire shop if we had been told upfront the correct price. They wont budge from the new price. Very unprofessional.
