I recently ordered a chassis frame for a Honda talon 4X and with over a month of searching online and calling different Honda dealership for best price and shipping cost and this is the best place I found for the price and thanks to the parts department team that helps me a lot specially the one who helped me (his name is Jason). I just wanted to express how grateful I am by writing this review and hope that other customer will find this helpful.

We went for our son's first motorcycle and everyone was so friendly and treated us like family. We came home a little while ago and have been calling around to tell everyone how nice everyone is. We got him a green honda navi a helmet and gloves. I don't know if I should give the name of the nice guy that sold it to us.

I would like to thank MIKE the salesman for giving me a great offer on a Honda motorcycle that I couldn't afford at the moment because of some hospital bills that I had pending.Eventually they sold the bike to someone else. Mike was kind hearted enough to call me 2 weeks afterwards where he located the same style Honda at another dealership on sale just to let me know. WOW.

I needed to replace a Honda four-wheeler I lost to a house fire a few years back. I needed to find one in camo to take the abuse and weather the scratches from riding through the brush at my place. It was hard to find. I messaged Eastside one evening and Mike responded right away. The next day I had quotes on several models. I went by the following week to pick it up --no heavy sales pressure, kept word on the price. Hands down the best sales experience I've had when purchasing ATVs or side-by-sides.

Freddie and the Staff at Eastside Honda Baytown are my go-to guys for Sales, Parts, Service on anything Powersports related, be it Mowers, Side by Sides, Motorcycles, Goldwings or Watercraft. It is well worth the drive to Baytown... I've never referred a friend or customer that was anything but thrilled with their purchase or service!

Mike and his team did a great job on my trade in. They did more than any of the dealers in Houston did. Needless to say, if and when I purchased another Goldwing DCT or ATV, I know where I will be heading. Eastside Honda, glad I made a trip to go see them.

Great service and friendly staff in both parts department and in Service. Stopped in to get chain lube and brush for my 2020 Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sport ES DCT. Had the ECU recall completed, and found a nail in my rear tire. Service worked with Safe Guard and got my rear tire replaced at no cost to me. I would go out of my way to take my business to them again.

Everything was fantastic about my experience buying my motorcycle here. No pressure at all and everything was handled perfectly and extremely quickly. Mike was incredibly helpful and friendly through the entire process. Great guy and top notch salesman. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into anything.Only reason I took one star off is because of the markup I paid on my 2021 Honda Trail 125. These bikes are hard to come by, and they definitely know that and rack on a premium. $5300 OTD on a $3899 bike.

Service department is beyond awesome. Eric and his team in service provide exceptional service. With all the other bike shops in the area backed up with appointments a month away, Eric took my bike in and handled it a matter of days. Prices are affordable and they do quality work. Will certainly make the drive to East Side Honda for all my service needs from now on.

Mike Joe was the best help anyone could ask for. Purchased a CBR through him and he was very responsive to my many text questions. Having tried many other dealerships I would have to say that my experience with Mike Joe made this purchase way easier and I highly recommend asking for Mike and you wont be disappointed!!

I cannot say enough good things about East Side Honda in Baytown! I was looking for the perfect Christmas gift for my son and they didn't disappoint. Customer Service was Excellent and J Rod my salesman made everything painless. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Everything was completed and loaded up in less time than most pizza shops can deliver a pizza! Brain the sales manger was VERY friendly and made everything clear and easy to understand regarding financing, payments, and warranty. Also, when I was in need of help with accessories, to keep little man safe, the parts department was very helpful. They insured that I had the proper gear and helmet to make sure it will be a awesome and safe Christmas Morning!!! CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY AROUND and I would recommend them to anyone! Great Job and Thank You!

Great service, easy going salesmen, best place to buy. Worked with Mike Joseph on a deal, easiest transaction ever. No pressure, no gimmicks, no smoke and mirrors. I couldn't come in due to work, so he handled everything over the phone and even stayed after they closed for me so I could sign the paperwork too. Highly reccomend! Great products, great pricing, and great salesman.

Fast and Friendly Service. After searching in Houston (Harris County) I searched Eastside Honda Powersports. (Chambers County) I did not have to negotiate at all. The first number they quoted me was almost exactly $2000.00 less than my search in Houston. I chose Honda to finance my purchase and Honda's APR was better than the financial institution I use for my banking. Very satisfied and happy I chose Eastside Honda Powersports to make my purchase. Awesome!!! Thank you Eastside!!

It was such a pleasant experience making our purchase of a 2021 Honda Rancher. Mike Joe is a great sales representative that gave my family and I time to browse the inventory and answered any questions we had without any pressure. Mike was also very helpful by phone when I had other questions after leaving the dealership. I recommend East Side Honda and plan to be a repeat customer!

Unbelievable Customer Service! I purchased an ATV here brought it back for it's first service. Went to pick it up, (done in less than 24hr.s) it was loaded on my trailer! I didn't even have to go get it, just came out and it's loaded and ready to go! Took a 250 Honda ATV I purchased somewhere else (that never really would Idle well, and it's brand new) to these folks and they fixed all it's issues the Place I bought it from couldn't - It's never ran better. Quality, Service, and politeness is AAA The best of the Best!!! I will never purchase from anyone but them!

I would like to first start out by saying that my 2 experiences at this establishment were so amazing that I in fact signed up for a google account JUST to write a 5 star review. At 34 years old I have never been to a place or bought a product that I was so pleased with that I actually wrote a review till now!To try and condense this review I will simply try to explain it in the shortest version possible without sacrificing authenticity.I bought a 2017 Honda Pioneer 1000 from these guys while working in the area. Salesman was amazing and very straightforward with zero pressure. Fast forward 2 years and I had a small issue with my side by side. Being from south Louisiana I opted to not drive the 3 hours back to have these guys work on it. HUGE mistake!! The Honda shop I went to (rather not say the name) really messed me around and tried to play me for a fool. Was a simple electrical issue that they tried to say required a complete tear down and ample amount of non warranted work to. After 6 weeks of them tryin to find out what was truly wrong I had enough. I eventually got tired of the games and went pick it up to drive almost 3 hours outta state to go back to East Side Honda. They QUICKLY diagnosed problem as a simple wiring harness recall. Changed that part and alerted me to 4 other recalls that Honda had out on particular model that the other shop neglected to tell me about. Within a week and a half of me dropping it off they performed several hours of quality work start to finish and had me back running.Long story short, they honored their warranty no questions asked and performed 4 other recalls unbeknownst to me. Fast, knowledgeable and honest are the very first words that come to mind when I think of this place. I will gladly drive the 3 hours any and every time I need servicing or to purchase items! Place is awesome, service is great and employees are equally amazing!Would recommend this business to anyone and everyone no matter how far the drive!! Hope this helps someone else.

Had trouble getting our Goldwing fixed in Colorado. Driving across the country in our motorhome, a friend suggested Eastside Honda. They fixed our stuttering issue in a few days. What an awesome service crew they have. Would recommend them to everyone.

This is my new go to place for service.If I had a Honda I would go to them for everything. These guys are killing the game. Service is on point and they are extremely fair with pricing/rates. I would suggest to anyone to come here for help,service, or parts. Mounted and balanced a tire for me in a matter of a few minutes. Super cool,honest, and friendly. Anything I cant do myself I will be bringing it to them. I dont know a single person their and when I walked in they treated me like I been going there for years.Awesome job to the EastSide Honda Powersports team.

At a time when no one had what I was looking for in the middle of a pandemic when ordering what you wanted ment expecting it to be on back order .Eastside Honda was worth the drive and all through my purchase process I was thankful for how they conducted every part of business with me. I am enjoying my Honda and couldn't be more satisfied!

Jason is the parts manager and is on top of his game. very knowledgeable. Ms. Billie is on top of her game as well.they are a pleasure doing business with. What ever part you but they will give you a breakdown where it goes. Shop and visit Baytown s East side Honda.

I recently took my 2018 Goldwing Tour in for a rear tire change. The shop opened at 9:00 but I didn't arrive until about 9:10. Everyone was helpful getting me signed in and ready to go and while I was walking around the dealership waiting. I was fully expecting an hour and a half to two hour wait for the work to be done to my bike. I was wrong. When I got on my bike to.leave, after paying and setting up my rebate from Dunlop for the tire, it was only 10:02. Very quick service indeed!
