Amazing shop here. This place has the best team, all of the staff from service writers to techs in the shop and management all work so great together. Top quality work at very affordable rates. Anytime we ve needed work done here it s always done right the first time. I highly recommend this shop for any heavy truck repair. We ve been using this shop over 3 years now. They ve done so much for us. They always strive to get us in and out quickly at the most affordable rate. We feel very blessed to have this shop, and it s entire staff always going above and beyond to keep our small business going. 5 stars only because there s not an option for more.

Great place as they get to know you, speak your name when you walk in and go the extra mile. As an independent owner operator friendly staff willing to care and help go very far. From the GM to the wonderful staff in the parts area Marie and her boss. To Dan the ladies and his crew in the repair shop. Everyone was personal, courteous, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure the services and experience was of the highest standard. Had a check engine light pop on, They quickly plugged in and the code lead to a sensor which they had in inventory and replaced it with a quickness! Fair price and the staff was as nice and helpful as they could be. Will be my go to place in the Houston area from now on! Beats the hell out of having to wait 3 days like the truck dealer told me!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I ve gone back twice for different things for my 18 wheeler. They re very fast at repairs.I also go for my oil change as well. Prices are reasonable.Their customer service are great.The mechanics explain and show you what s going on with your truck as well.Most definitely recommend !!!!!!

The staff are always very professional and they will help you find anytbing you need. And that includes the technicians. If you dont want your truck held up for weeks on end at the Dealership, this is the place to go. They perform repairs in a timely manner.

Great place!! Love the staff and sales lady Virginia.. I bought 2015 peterbuilt there.. kinda cool seeing the truck I bought on there Paige.. definitely going back for parts service and later another truck and or trailer.. Thanks William Sellers

I would highly recommend East Texas Truck Center in Baytown Tx. The staff is very helpful in helping me with my truck. I had a repair on my engine and they are very thorough and also very patient in explaining in detail the problem as well as the solution to the problem. They kept me very well informed through the whole process and also in notification of another problem I had instead of just fixing the immediate problem and not overlooked the second problem and also very prompt with the estimates on both repairs. Thank you Katie, Crystal,Ally and last but not least Dan and everyone else involved. All of you are very good and honest at what you do Thanks again for keeping us rolling.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would highly recommend east Texas truck center the staff was very helpful and the mechanics were very helpful. The office personnel as well as the mechanics in the shop. Dan Young the shop supervisor actually took the time to listen to my concerns and Katy in the office was very patient with me. They were busy at the time but they worked me in very quickly and got me back on the road. Great and friendly staff. Crystal has amazing customer service skills and makes you feel that you belong there! Dan, the shop foreman, is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable fast and efficient. If you have any truck problems you should definitely stop in and see these guys

My turbo blow out on me and left me on the side of the road. John and his team Dan & Scott fixed me up. Brought me a new Turbo and got me up and running with and 1 1/2 hrs I was back on the road. Big shout out to East Texas Truck Center in Baytown Texas. Thanks again

I recommend this facility. The team from Jon and all of the employees did an excellent job of diagnosis and communication about my truck. Dan and Scott did a great job on the repairs. I had a bad turbo and oil leaks. After parts arrived they went to work and stayed late to finish up.You just don't find dedicated people like this anymore. I will be going there every time I am in the area and need something done. Thanks to everyone there.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Didn't know this repair shop existed a few months ago; honestly wish I had.In the last week I've had 2 complete different jobs needed done, & honestly I don't think there's another shop in east Texas that would've gotten the job done in the same day I got there as East Texas Truck Center Repair Shop has.Sure as an O/O there will be down time for maintenance. However it sure helps when there's a win/win repair shop available to us like this one !!There repair prices are fare, & Lord have mercy they truly get us in, & Out quickly with the job Done Right !!Honored to now know East Texas Truck Center Repair Shop exist. For absolutely not only do I Now seriously recommend them; They will be my 1st call for any future repairs needed anywhere near Houston Thanks again Dan much much appreciated !!

Dan and the crew got me in and out same day and fairly quickly. Had the unique part I needed for my Cottrell trailer and adjusted the part to fit my trailer. The ladies up front were helpful as well. Overall a good experience and will be using them down the road for any needs.

The whole shop and employees are amazing! Dan the shop foreman always goes out of his way each and every time my truck comes into the shop. Scott has done a lot of work on my truck as well and he is very professional, he explains everything to me and repairs whatever may be the issue, not to mention they do extra things for service. The Girls up front Amy, Crystal, Ally, ALWAYS takes such good care of me and always gives me whatever I need and desire with no hassle. The repairs are ALWAYS done correctly and in a fast timely manner, the prices are very affordable and the service is absolutely Phenomenal! I use them for my fleet of trucks and would recommend them to everyone. No one else is allowed to touch my vehicles but ETTC!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Dan is a overworked employee, to much on his plate. Scott by far is the best mechanic on the job. Our truck sat for 2 weeks at this shop with only 32 hours of labor done to it . It had to go back 3 times to fix the AC, because the mechanic never fixed it in the first place. It still has air leaks charged for repair 120$ hour to listen for an air leak. Not fixed. 10,000$ later and 13 days down time. Not a good shop. There over extended with work and promises they can t deliver. No our truck won t go back here for work. Overrated shopServices: Brakes, Air conditioning

I am so glad I chose this garage to do my work. They got me in within 2 hours of calling them, replaced both power steering hoses and a leaking wheel seal. Had me rolling in less than 5 hours! Highly recommend!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The technicians here are very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done. The diagnostics were on point wih he issues as well as the detailed service plan to fix the problems. This is my shop for life!

My experience with the Baytown location has been amazing by far this is the best truck repair center in the area I would like to give a special thanks to Dan Young The shop foreman he stayed all night and worked on my truck until 2am To make sure I got my truck back the next day I ve never had a mechanic to do that before I just really appreciate the whole team there John,Crystal and many others I would really recommend the shop to anyone even before going to Houston to get your truck repairedService: General repairs & maintenance

I work for Charlie's delivery out of Dayton Ohio two times in the last few months I have been in the Baytown Texas area with semi truck problems and the guys at the parts department have went out of their way to help me to get the wright parts at a great price and treated me like family I will never go anywhere else before going there first super great guys thanks for being there best parts store I ever been to no one else is even close I am 58 years old been working and driving trucks since 1981 they are best by far thanks for being there in a time of need I could go on but you should understand by now thanks again Charlie's delivery
