They have always been very helpful and competent at Doc's, and if they don't have what I need, they call me when it comes in. And best of all, they have the best prices in Baytown.

Shout out to Chase at Doc Tire Shop for helping us during a time of need. We misplaced a (specialty socket) tool midway of a repair and had NO luck locating a replacement socket at any local tool/part stores. I stopped by Docs and Chase was kind enough to loan us his socket for the evening to wrap up an urgent job for one of our loyal clients.Businesses helping other businesses grow is good for everybody.We appreciate you guys.- Branden - Manager

I have gone to Doc's Shop 3 times since moving to Baytown in e a rly 2022. You will kot find a better tire guy in this are. He is #1 in his field. Can't say enough.

Fast and super friendly, guy know what he's doing took care of me and replaced all 4 of my tires and balanced in a timely manner. Felt bad that I came right out of work and it was getting dark.But We chatted a little while he worked nice guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for friendly and great Service.

We're from out of state and we always make a point to go out of our way to visit Doc for all of our tires. He's honestly the best! Super knowledgeable, hard working and best prices! Doc always has a warm welcome for us so it feels like visiting family. Highly recommend!

I went in today for a nail in my tire. Doc asked if I wanted new tires or a plug, as my tires are pretty worn. I opted for a plug for now, and he said he understands since it's the holidays and things get tight. As he worked, he explained he was blessed unexpectedly today, in a financial way. He finished up, and said he wants to pass on the blessing. He didn't charge me for plugging the tire. This man is always so nice, and I recommend him a hundred times over. Thanks, Doc! I'll come see you when I'm ready for some new tires!

I gotta say this man (the Doc) is Godsend! He is super helpful, informative and friendly. His service is above beyond. I can see why he has many repeat customers. I will definitely be going back to him any time I need any tire servicing done. Thank you so much Doc!!

While traveling through Baytown my tire pressure sensor light came on indicating 17 pounds PSI. I barely made to Doc s Tire Shop. Doc changed my tire for me and REFUSED to accept one dime from me. I was amazed!!! I see why he has so many great reviews. What a great guy!!

I came in from out of State, my tire unfortunately popped after being ran off the road. I was able to get in and taken care of right away. My tires are usually not available, I usually have to wait for it to be ordered. Either way this was not the case this time. The shop owner was kind, effective, and quick with servicing me. The price was fair, and i really couldn t complain of anything. I highly recommend Doc s

I will forever and always recommend Doc's to people needing tire service.I've had two flats fixed here that other places refused for nonsense reasons and never any further issues.Kind, quick and affordable. A+ service and assistance.

I never experienced such customer service. It doesn t matter the price if you want good service like this. Plus the tires are A1. I ve never been to a tire shop and left feeling like family!!! Great place!! Good people are definitely in the building here!!!

Great service all the way around. My wife was needing a plug, he was able to fix it in a pretty close spot and ensured it held. Low price and great customer service.

Doc is wonderful! I moved to Mont Belvieu but still go to him for all my tire needs! He goes above and beyond to make sure I am safe on the road. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and shares that knowledge whenever he can. My 17 year old daughter just started driving and I am now sending her to Doc s as well.

Very nice, fast and perfect. The gentleman was so sweet he told me not to worry about paying the plug right away because I didn't have 10$ and only a card but I rushed over to Aldi and cashed out 10 and rushed back to hand it to him. Thank you for helping me and trusting me. I will always come back to you for help.

Doc is a great person. Takes care of his customers promptly and respectfully. Once it's my turn, he never takes more than 10 minutes to get what I need. Support local business instead of franchises.

Doc s was a Life saver!!! Traveling from out of state I noticed my tire pressure was dropping fast pulled over to Buc-ees & noticed a huge nail in my tire!! Talked to a few people in the store & they said try Docs. I looked him up & called they said come now and the rest is history!! Thanks again for the Fast & Great Service

This is the place to go to buy tires, or for tire repairs! Doc treated me like a friend or family member. I didn't have to wait long, and my tire problem was quickly repaired. I am really happy I called on Doc, he saved me from waiting an hour and a half at the nationally known tire shop less than a mile away. Doc is my new "go-to" man for tires and tire repairs!

Great honest people!! Really saved the day!! We were on a vacation/road trip from Tulsa and had a blowout! On Memorial Day weekend... when every place else was closed, these guys were not only open, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe for the rest of our trip!! Reasonably priced!! Just awesome all around!!!

Stopped here instead of waiting 3hours at the competition up the street. I wanted to PAY to get front tires balanced. I pull in, Ol'Boy looks at my tires, runs his hand across them, and then he tells me balancing will do no good and proceeded to Try to sell me an $800 set of new tires. I listened to his sales pitch, then went 1/4mile down Garth Rd. got the tires balanced, for FREE, and have had Zero problems in 2 weeks of mostly highway driving... Know what you want done before you come here.

Been coming here the whole 15yrs it's been open and always leaving as a happy Customer!! Doc's Customer Service is essential Great with a Capasion feel, you can tell he cares about the work he does on your Vehicle!! Prices are fare and the Best in Baytown, which keeps me coming back! And will continue coming for another 15yrs!!

Doc s tire service has awesome and great customer service. They are honest and very professional. They came to my hotel to help me with my tire issue. If you are in the area and in need of tire service you need to stop and talk with Mr. Doc or. Mr. Brandon.

Great people! Was on our way from San Antonio to Virginia when our tire sprung a leak. Stopped in and the gentleman plugged the tire for us. When I asked him how much he said, no charge, just get where you are going safe and happy Fathers Day. You never get that anymore! Highly recommend them.

This is not a fancy, corporate owned tire shop, but dude does a really good job at fair prices. Just got my second set of tires from here, and when the time comes again, I'll be coming back here for a third set.

Doc has just serviced about 100 families in the Baytown area by servicing a flat tire on my delivery van. Thank you Doc for your quick and professional service and helping me get back on the road to finish my Amazon deliveries.

Spending money on a tire knowing that the hubcap was a loss made the rim and tire worthless 4 days later the tire went flat had too spend $284.00 for a new tire and rim!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Service worker ignoring us and went inside while we stood in the heat 20 minutes ignorant with no apology
