Blew my mind how fast they changed 4 tires. Under 30 minutes from arival to departure. Got a NASCAR pit crew working there.

Would give a ZERO STAR if it would let me. Had a blown tire & wheel damage on November 18, 2023 (approx 4-5 PM) and got my 2022 Mustang GT towed to the Friendly Ford dealership in Crosby for repairs. After repairs were done I contacted the Baytown Decker location to find out what was needed for reimbursement. I was told to just bring in the invoice. I submitted the invoice on November 28, 2023 and subsequently 20 days later I was contacted by someone asking if I had the old tire. Since the old tire was not available themN the reimbursement could not be processed. Why and who would keep a tire for that long, especially when I was never told I needed the old tire. Bear in mind, I purchased 4 new tires from this location in October 2023, tire was approximately 1 month old. It is completely asinine that I would willingly purchase another tire just because.Speaking to a gentleman at the Decker location this morning, he stated "it was my fault because I chose to take the car to the dealership instead of Discount Tire". Personally that was a highly unprofessional and inaccurate statement to make, to say the least. Last time I checked Discount Tire don t do vehicle alignments. Therefore, the car would have to be taken to the dealership for the alignment. Make is make sense.I will never do business at this location and would advise anyone to shop with caution.

What a great experience. I arrived at about 9:30am, I was lucky because there was no line. Ezra met me at the door, holding it open for me and welcoming me in. I had gone past the Garth Rd DT, and saw about 5 people in line waiting. It was definitely worth the drive to get to this location. Great service and great people.

Quick friendly service.I hit a piece of concrete debris on the roadway that damaged a tire. I changed to the spare and went to the nearby Discount Tire on Decker Dr., where I had originally purchased the tires.It looked very busy when I got there and I thought I'm going to be here for a while.Was met immediately upon entering the store. He checked the flat and also found damage (but not flat) to one of the other tires that I didn't notice. Both tires were replaced under my road hazard warranty. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Much faster than I expected.They send a text to update the status of your service if you don't want to wait around.

Was going to just a tire balance and rotate.Ended up find out my front left tire was deteriorating faster then my other 3.My windshield wiper blades were all bad.But I was in and out within 30 minutes.Great customer service too!

Horrible service. Will try to scam you into buying new tires. (maybe bc I m a girl & I went alone) Replaced my front tires a few weeks ago at discount tire on Garth & they did say the back 2 tires will need replacement soon but were still ok. The young man s exact words were you just need new tires, there s nothing we can do for you but replace them cause you need new tires immediately. I went into another tire shop & they said my tires were still good, they didn t need IMMEDIATE replacement but probably will soon. They were nice enough to look at the tire (not just glance at it like the discount tire guy did) & patch it. Will be going back to them instead to replace my tires :)

I have been to numerous Discount tires in the last 25 years, and this location on Decker Dr has been far the best ever. Very helpful and always fast.I come for a family owned tire repair shop, and I deal with other places on commercial level. These guys always know what they are doing.

The entire shop crew seems more interested in listening to loud music than paying attention to what they re doing. Watched my tire get fully put on before the guy noticed to pull it back off to insert the center cap.Then, the three installers used my old lug nuts for the new rims I was getting and when the guy came around to torque the nuts, the threads were stripping on the nuts because they weren t grabbing enough threads. NO ONE RAISED A FLAG! They would ve let me drive my Jeep off like that.Not a professional impression at all in the shop. And these guys are responsible literally for where the rubber meets the road.They also ripped every valve stem out of the custom rims I was keeping instead of unscrewing the valve which scratched every one of them and they kept the chrome caps.Just keep that music cranked up!

Nathan was amazing, I called in to check the wait time about 30 mins later I arrived and was out in about 20 mins. The transaction was smooth and it felt personal. Although I stay 40 mins away I would definitely recommend if in the area.

I didn't have an appt. I was sitting in my car waiting for them to open at 8. Before 8 had a tech come out to my car and get the information. My vehicle was ready in less time then they quoted me

Usually, I have a love/hate relationship with DT, mainly because the piece of mind being sold as convenience is usually outweighed by the inconvenience of time, and facade that everyone is a freaking coffee-fiening teenage salesman.Fortunately, the stop today involved a very calm yet helpful associate. He got me in and out (rare) and I felt like he actually helped me out, because he actually did. Ezra, 'thanks' a thousand times! You oughta be running this place before too long, but I wish you even better endeavors! Don't settle for corporate brother, go make YOU money. This man deserves a raise!

This particular Discount Tire broke one of my center caps, they claimed to get a new one after four months later and several attempts they did not even try. Gave them pictures, emailed them pictures and no help. Seems there is no Manager there because anytime I ever went there he or she was never around.

Had an 815am rotation scheduled rotation. Representative met me outside and my truck was finished within no time. A few months later had a nail in the tire and missing lug nut representative Mario fixed me up in a very short period of time..

Went yesterday to have my Jeep tires fix ended up with them damaging my vehicle. So today I have to find someone else to fix it. They drove it on two blown out tires and ruined my rims after me telling them not to. Then I had to tell them to fix the jack stands that they put on the plastic and broke on both sides of my brand new Jeep. All the while laughing at me say it's no big deal it's normal. It happens all the time. Then they get done the manger or something takes �it to check it and puts more air in the tires and parks it . Then I noticed he goes back out and is tightening the tires again. At this point im mad. The store manager said it's fine they will replace the plastic. Get home find out my rims are trashed the tires are not right 14 and 20 weights on them . One tire is not sitting right. Never go to this place ever. They will destroy your vehicle. They are making me give a star or I would give none.

These guys are usually pretty helpful and their services are great. Usually I'm in and out and they answer my questions. I love their warranties and it keeps me coming back.

I had an appointment, I went to the wrong discount tire and they still took me in right away after being 30 minutes late. As I m waiting, there s a young man, Nick, helping an elderly woman. Of course I intentionally listen in on their conversation to make sure she s not being taken advantage of. How I was wrong, Nick not only was professional, but sold her exactly what she needed for her car that she doesn t drive often. He didn t over sale her, come to find out there were only three tires of what she paid for, so she was upgraded to the next tire free of charge. I d feel comfortable with an elderly person coming here alone for services. Thanks guys.

This makes the 6th different Discount tire I have been to and just like the rest fast friendly professional services. Spending more time here than I want but considering how busy they are they still beat reasonable expectations

Great experience! I needed help fast purchasing a new wheel and tire. I was greeted upon my arrival. I was given a reasonable price ( right in line with my online research) and told it would take about an hour. And just like that, my car was fixed! They were honest, courteous, and accommodating. Never once was I rushed or treated like I was an idiot. Considering I had visited another shop, and was basically told to by the parts from them and put them on myself. I now have a new tire shop! (For your reference this is the shop at 5700 Decker Drive, NOT the shop on Garth.)

My tire completely deflated in a drive through restaurant, near this Discount Tire (DT) location. While contacting my insurance company for roadside assistance, the Assistant Manger of DT, Denzel, came out of the restaurant and volunteered to take off the flat tire and put on my spare tire. It was no easy task as I have a mid-sized SUV and this was during the hottest hours of the day. I was able to get to DT for new tires and did not have to wait for hours.

The service was good. All of the guys were very professional and got customers taken care of in a timely manner. I needed two rear tires, and they made sure I had the right tires for my driving habits. The only thing that bothers me is that they checked my other two tires and told me they were good. I had some life left in them, but I would change them soon. I'm a school teacher, so once I left from there I went to work. My campus is 9mins away. After school, I get in my car and turn it on. The TPMS light comes on. I drive 2ft then my front right tire indicator comes on. I get out to check, and to my surprise my darn right front tire is on flat. I get it changed out with my spare. I observe my tire, but I don't see anything lodged inside of it. How does a tire just go flat? I didn't expect "soon" to be 6 hours from replacing the back two tires.Service: Tires
