Chandler and the entire team provided excellent customer service. Although this location is smaller than what I'm accustomed to, they are incredibly efficient. Despite having seven people ahead of me when the store opened, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Definitely deserving of a thumbs up from me.

Discount Tire, across the board, no matter which one I've used, is Excellent! The prices are reasonable, their warranties are great, the people working there are always friendly & professional. There's no wasting time, you get very good service!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I was there last weekend getting a leaking tire fixed as well as a tire rotation. While watching them work I noticed they mixed up the tires and when I tried to tell them they mixed the tires up they proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong even though the tire they were putting back on the car had a visible screw in it. Now I have to spend time this weekend getting the leak fixed due to the incompetence of the technicians at this location. I knew I should have gone to the location on Decker or the location in la Porte. Ive always had better service at those locations. Needless to say I ll not be returning to this location. I ve never had a good experience here.

Brought our car here for a new tire before leaving for a road trip, they lost our tire lock key, broke all of our tires locks without our permission.. said they would order a new lock set from Nissan, thenthey said our car was ready so we went to pick it up only to find that they just didn't put a lug nut on all 4 tires so each of my tires were missing a lug nut. They were sending us on a long trip, knowing we had car seats in the back seats for our kids MISSING A LUG ON EACH TIRE. For a 600 dollar service we expect alot better. I get mistakes happen, but if we wouldn't have spoken up, an accident could have occurred ending in loss of life. This is unacceptable.

We needed all 4 new tires; my husband purchased them online and made an appointment so I could go in and get them put on our vehicle since he couldn t take off from work. I was nervous because I know how extremely busy they always are and I had my 3 kids, a 6 and 3 year old and a 7 month old with me. I was more nervous about my baby getting fussy and such. I get there and told the gentleman that I have an appointment and he said he d have to move me down a few minutes but would still be out within the hour. I said ok and just hoped I did. Sure enough 30 minutes later my car goes in the shop and it gets done quick! I was definitely out in an hour. Thankfully my kids were all ok and not fussy. As busy as they were I was happy with the service. I also noticed that each employee at the counter was still friendly and patient with each customer no matter how busy and long the line was. Props!!

I was passing through the area and had a blowout on a tandem axle trailer that I had just bought used. The tires were old, I was hoping to make it home without changing the tires but it didn't work out. At the time I was happy to have found a place that could change the tires and get me back on the road. However a few days later when one of the new tires went flat I realized that they did not bother to change the valve stems. Now I have to take the wheels off the trailer and bring them somewhere to have new valve stems installed, and I will have to pay for this because there is no Discount Tire near me. Not happy!

Excellent service. Bought 4 new tires with warranties two months ago. Had a blowout with one of my new tires, and they had me back on the road with a new tire in 30 minutes.

I had a1:45 appointment for a tire rotation. Arrived at 1:40. Asked for my keys back at 2:21. My time is valuable. Why have appointments if you are not going to come close to honoring them.

So I am usually super happy with this location. I went there yesterday about 345-350pm because my tire pressure warning came on. The young man checked things and found the nail. I got inside about 350 to get checked in. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. Now, yes, I understand it was the end of the day and things were busy but it took him 15 minutes to confirm that the tires needed were in stock. Then when he asked if I wanted to go ahead and do all four tires because "the treads are bad and you should go ahead and get them done also" me: "not today thank you" him "okay, are you sure? Do you know when you'll be back because like I said, they're bad" I finally made him understand that I can barely afford the 2 tires I'm doing. For 10 minutes he tried to convince me to get all 4 tires. I had to pay for the tires prior to leaving the store- befire the work had been done(in the grand scheme of things, not a bit deal but normally i don't pay until the work is done).I was watching the app for the progress and it said my car would be done by 535. Now, I understand they close at 5pm and they want to get home but called me at 525 and telling me my car was ready (I was already on my way to pick it up, thanks DT App), I told him I had been watching the app and that I was on the way. He told me he'd only be there another 10-15 minutes so I needed to come on. Now look, I get it, you're ready to get home but you took forever with my time to get me checked in and then demanded I hurry up so you could leave?When I got there, the front door was locked and I had to get the attention of someone in the garage (several cars still there being worked on) and they brought me my keys but no paperwork was given or any information about what was done. They also didn't bother to put my tire chainlock thing back where they got it from, jt I am bummed because they normally do fantastic work and have great customer service but now im not certain ill be using this location again.

This location is kept up pretty decent and has a good staff. Have been in here a couple times due to it is currently my local location. But the wait times at this location seem to be pretty high, somehow you get bumped up and down the list depending what they feel like not doing first. But if you don't mind spending the day here the selection is good and pricing is pretty competitive as well.

There is absolutely no point in making an appointment here. They just open the doors, after making people stand in the rain and just let everyone pile in not caring if they had an appointment or not. So all the wLk in who got in the door ahead of you now have your appointment.

Another good place to get tires. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And fair. Better price than a lot of places. And I ve called many!!! make an appointment so you re not a drive in as it s about like the doctor office. Busy all the time.

Been my tire dealer for over 40 years since they first started in Houston. There is always a Discount Tire everywhere I travel. Use Beaumont and Port Arthur frequently to maintain all my vehicles.

I have been dealing with discount tire for years. Got to the store at 7:09 am. 1st one here. Found out for the 1st time ever that I had to make an appointment. They actually took care of me and got me out sooner than expected.

Great service always!Came a month ago to replace two tires for my husband and returned today to fix a flat (they offer complimentary service FYI)AnywaysThe gentlemen that helped me a month ago Eli was so helpful and personable and this time he remembered me which made me feel good as a customer.He is quite helpful and will always go out of his way to provide every possible solution prior to having to invest in a new tire.As a customer, his service has won my families loyalty because he always goes above and beyond.I do hope the Owner of this location is aware of how great Eli is to the customers

Wasted two hours of my life. Last time I will be going to this location. Never had an issue with discount tire before and Houston or Beaumont. Brought two tires in to be put on my car that I purchased somewhere else. After they attempted to put the tire on, they said it was damaged and they couldn t do so. I said well what about the other one this as well nothings wrong with that but we can t put it on because one of your tires damage and not the other. That doesn t even make sense. I have one bad tire. I said put the good one on and I will buy another one and they said they couldn t do so give me a refund and just walked away. Didn t even offer to sell me any tires. Smh

Had to get a tire replaced. Each employee I interacted with were knowledgeable and very polite. They were very busy, but got me in and out in under an hour. Also, buy the tire warranty!!!!!!!

Soo disappointed!!! I called 10 minutes before closing to make sure they could get me in because of a flat tire. They honored that but because I couldn't find my wheel lock they didn't even try to plug the hole. They topped me off with air saying they were now closed and that's the best they can do. I found a spot near Channelview that simply had me turn the tire and they plugged the hole and I was able to safely make it back home.

This place always has good great service. I highly recommend making an appointment if possible as your wait time can be affected as they prioritize appointments before walk ins.

My experience was excellent. Salesman was great. They got me in and out on the road in no time. I like the fact that i was able to have my tires financed. I will definitely return.

If I could give one star I would but because of their employee named Bre giving a two. As a woman I hate to be dismissed when I voice a complaint about something I knew was a problem and to consistently be overlooked dismissed that I was imagining things until it's to the point where they concede oh yes theirs a problem but the warranty won't cover it. Nah im good they don't ever have to worry about none of my business again. And yes we already spoke to management. As professional as this young man was I made him remove any additional services or warranty on my purchase only because it was an emergency situation and they were the closet is why the received my money today. I am done with this business . Good luck to yall
