The best in town!!!! If you want great service from a great company, with affordable prices, look no further! I am new to the area and as a woman, I found myself stranded on the side of the road, late at night with no one else to call & God sent an angel. Man, I got stuck for 7 hours, and no-one could get me out of that mud. These guys did a great job, and I was out in less than 10' once they showed up. They are very professional and really really follow the rules and regulations of their business to the T. Big thanks to them. I wish I could call them first as soon as I was stuck. Could have saved myself +6 hours in the rain and multiple tornado warnings

THIS IS THE NUMBER TO CALL.This right here is an upstanding business.Off-road recovery is the kind of business where they've got you by the short hairs and can do what they want, because your $$$ vehicle is stuck somewhere and you can have a really bad time without help. My experience was the EXACT OPPOSITE. Rather than taking advantage, they really helped me out.Sean did me right today. He quoted me a fair price before he came, found me in a hard-to-find spot, got me recovered up a muddy hill, and did absolutely no damage to my vehicle. He was prompt, kind, professional, and understanding. I can't share the details, but it would be fair to say he went above and beyond.He was even surprised when I offered him something extra for his trouble. What a downright decent guy. For a very reasonable price I was out of a jam and my weekend, nearly ruined by my own foolishness, is back on track. I couldn't be happier.

Giving a 5 star rating!!! Great communication and professional service!! Was willing to come help rescue my best friend who got stuck in a sticky situation when Noone else would!! Literally went the extra mile to get to her where Noone else could!! Highly recommend to call Dirty Bay before anyone else!!!

I had Dirty Bay come out and change a tire on my wife's cat. They answered and were there in a timely manner. Professional and went put of their way to provide great service. She left it there and rode with someone else to work and Dirty Bay went by got the tire size then went and purchased one to fit. I would highly recommend using them for any of your emergencies needs.

I got myself stuck in some serious mud off a county road, and every business my insurance had dispatched to help get me out couldn t make it to me in those conditions. But Dirty Bay didn t hesitate! Shawn provides amazing service. He picked up the phone right away. Then he drove to my location. My tire could not be repaired on the spot. But then he drove me to a tire shop where I was able to get another tire for him to install. He then drove me back to my car and installed the tire right away. He got me back on the road as soon as he could.Don t be intimidated by his open carry. It s merely for his own protection.Service: Tire change

Very professional, convenient, with fair pricing, the owner him self went 45 mins to tow my car back to my house and even walked me through what all I was being charged and even showed me recipes of parts as proof, along with him and the technician answer all my questions while they were performing the maintenance, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roadside assistance whether it be towing or roadside maintenanceServices: General repairs, Car towing, Long distance hauling

Shawn provided the assistance we needed when we had a front tire blowout on the interstate. He arrived within the time frame he provided and had all the tools needed to change out the tire. He knew what he was doing and was able to finish the job in about 5 minutes. He provided the receipt needed to be able to get reimbursed from the car insurance as well. I definitely saved his number for future reference and would recommend him to others needing roadside assistance.Services: Tires, Tire change

My tire had a hole in it the size of a golf ball so it was beyond repair. This man showed up quickly, took the tire off, brought me around the way to get a new tire and brought me back and put it on. The whole deal cost me less than 200 bucks, new tire and all. Some tires cost more than that by theirselves. Great service and would highly recommend. I'll just add this is the type of guy that is honest and if he tells you he is gonna do something you can bet your last dollar it happens. 10 stars !Service: Tires

Shawn was awesome! We had a vehicle stuck in the mud and he worked for over an hour to get it out successfully! He was professional and courteous and didn t give up. Would recommend him to ANYONE needing vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, etc.

Guy was rude and overpriced. I called local tow truck and they were great. I m probably not in the system because I did not hire them. Only called and realized that I did not want to do business with them.

Every other tow service either turned me down because of the traffic, told me to call back after the freeway was cleared of traffic, or gave me extended wait times over 2 hours. Called Dirty Bay and the guy told me he was gonna do his best to get to me - he got to me in lest than 30 minutes from finding out my exact location. And pulled me out the mud in less than 10 minutes after pulling on scene. 100/10 recommended

Shawn has been a long time friend of mine and today I was in need of his service. The starter on my vechicle blew out and decided to call him. He was very professional, super nice, and knew exactly what I needed. He was able to get my car started in 25 to 30 minutes no problem. He never tried to hassle me or overcharge me. What a lifesaver. I had a blowout on a Sunday evening. I initially called my roadside assistance thru my insurance. That guy didn't have to the necessary tools to help me. I called Dirty Bay and they showed up in under 30 minutes. He was able to plug my tire and get me back on the road in no time. I wish I would have called him first. I ran over road debris which caused a flat tire. Pulled over on the uneven roadside.Shawn arrived in half the time quoted. His service was unbelievable!!! Very professional, awesome roadside manners, & even had to use 3 different jacks to change the tire on our truck.I Highly Recommend this roadside/recovery, Top Notch !!!I would have given 10 Stars but only 5 were available

They were absolutely professional, genuine and absolutely helpful. They traveled out of their distance area to ensure my car was serviced. Shawn did an amazing job, he showed up earlier than the time set and showed phenomenal customer service skills. I was suppose to be charged extra (my insurance didn t want to cover extra fees) but Shawn ended up waiving the fee for me. I can not say enough GREAT things about their service! We blew a front tire in the truck we were towing behind our motorhome. Shawn came out in just a matter of minutes, even called to say he was sorry for a delay because of a school zone he was going through and school just got out! He was so fast, my friends ( who I had alerted about our issue) could not believe he got there so quickly and finished! He didn t even take our bikes off the back of the truck, nor took the truck off the motorhome , he is THAT good! Thank you SO much for what you did Shawn! You did a great job, even in this dangerous situation with so much heavy traffic.Service: Tire change

This was by far the best customer service experience I have received in my life. My tire had blew out While on the freeway. Had no clue on what to do and suffering from ptsd from being hit by a drunk driver previously my anxiety was very high. Shawn (the owner) saw me pulled over off to the side of the road and asked was everything okay and how coule he assist me! I needed my tire change and he did it effortlessly. Anytime I have issues I will contact Dirty Bay before contacting any other company. You for sure have my business again.Service: Tire change
