We had a leaky toilet and a leak in the basement. They came out same day and fixed them both. Reasonable price for mobile repair and very professional young men. Thanks Cutting Edge RV !!

Way over priced. The products they sell you can get literally anywhere else. The lady I spoke with was nice but I would recommend going somewhere that doesn't make up thier products that much

Our faucet broke in our shower. We were going to be boondocking for the next few days. Our host called this place and they said they had the faucet. Unfortunately they were closed the next day. But they offered to take a credit card over the phone and leave the part outside for us to pick up. Wow! So we did. Got our shower fixed. I'm sure the other campers around us thank Cutting edge too! Excellent customer service.

Zero stars !!! Horrible, we had em come out & replace a leg that was weak on our 5th wheel , so he put a 2 x 6 & a 4x4 under the Leg that had no stability at all till ours new leg came in... 6 days later it fell n twisted our frame... common sense if the leg is weak secure that end with a jack.. so our insurance finally totaled it out...so I suggest u look else where.. quality or common sense of work isn't there

I needed a new waste vavle for my gray water tank. I was unsure of the size, so they let me take the 2" and check. I actually needed the 1-1/2" vavle. They let me switch the valves with no problems. The store is stocked with quite a few necessary items. The people are friendly and helpful. I recommend Cutting Edge RV if you need some good items for your rig. They were 6 weeks behind in RV maintenance however, this is actually a shorter time frame than most other shops.

We are on our way from TX to NC. It s going to be a 3 day trip with 4 dogs. I m a 70 mile span, our AC flipped the breaker 3 times. We found Cutting Edge just by googling I-10 Rv repair near Houston and they popped up. Within an hour they had a new compressor installed and operational. They allowed the dogs inside while they were working on the installation. It s currently 98 degrees with a heat index of 112. If it weren t for them, I m not sure we d have made the trip without heat casualties.Where else can you pull off the road and get immediate service with friendliness and care? I was shocked and so grateful for their team. Thank you guys so much! If we are ever back down this way and need anything RV related, we ll be back.Service: Air conditioning

Nancy helped me figure out several items I needed worked on in our 1995 Prowler. She was super nice, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I left feeling confident that they would take care of everything. Dustin did a great job communicating with me by phone while he worked on the camper. He left everything as I instructed. The total cost wasn t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I thought they were very fair. Great people. Don t have photos but the store is clean and pleasant.

Super nice customer service. We had to take our camper in for a slideout repair/adjustment and they did a fantastic job. Reasonably priced and back in a timely manner given everything is backed up right now. You can't even tell where they had to go in through the wall panel to work on the slide. Everything is in proper working order and no problems since!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I'm from out of town and was only here for a few weeks (my husband is working here), so I decided to get them to help me repair a few things on my RV using their mobile repair service. Based on some of the good reviews I read on here, I figured I'd go with this company. They had someone come out here to fix my water heater and stove. I was told that same day that the water heater was fixed and he would be back the next day to fix the stove since he needed a part. The water heater stopped working later that day, so I figured I would tell him once he returned. The next day came, and I didn't hear from him, so I let a few days pass and still heard nothing from him or the company. I decided to call the company and was told that he would contact me, which he didn't. 10 DAYS passed, so I decided to call again, and once again I was told he would contact me, and again NOTHING. So, today, 14 DAYS, 2 WEEKS LATER, I call AGAIN. I spoke to Cindy "The manager" of this place and let her know what was going on. She puts me on hold and contacts the repairman and was told that he barely figured out what parts I was going to need but had not ordered them. So basically it took 2 WEEKS to try and figure out what 3 parts I needed. Now, he has to order the parts, and who knows when they would arrive. I have specifically been telling every person I speak to that I'm not permanent, I'm only here for a short period but I was reassured every single time it would get fixed. However, once Cindy told me that they still need to order the parts and did not know when they would arrive, I told her just to cancel everything because I wouldn't be here much longer and it had already been 2 weeks. She told me they wouldn't be contacting the warranty to pay since they did not do an actual service repair but that I would be responsible for them coming out here which would cost above $100. I told her I should and would not be paying anything because they did absolutely nothing other than waste the time I was here when I could have gone to a more reliable company to do their job. Why should I pay when nothing was done? So basically all they are wanting to do is show up to a place to charge a fee and never go back again. If it were that easy, then we would all be running a business like yours. I had to call about 6 times just to see what was going on when I should have not. She became rude and hung up while I was talking. I called back and was told she would call me back. Still waiting on the call.Service: Electrical

Sincere and excellent customer service is not dead! It is alive and well at Cutting Edge! I was searching for a part but had not collected all of the information I needed, but Jessica and crew were on it and didn't stop until they had a solution and a couple options for me. Much of this was over the telephone but they were even more personable and still professional when I swung by to get my needed part. Very friendly/helpful staff. The ladies that were there the day I went in were very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention that they remembered my girlfriend from 15+ years ago, very nice women up there. I would definitely recommend this place for ALL your RV needs.

Wow! What great mobile service. When leaving New Orleans one of the cables on my slide-out broke. I called and told the telephone representative my situation and what time I would be in town. They were on site and waiting when I arrived! They accessed my problem and came back first thing the next day with the part and replied my RV. They dealt with my extended warranty company and I didn't have to do a thing! These guys are great!

Cutting Edge is close to my R.V. Resort , so I have gone by and picked up a few parts as needed. Every one there is extremely cordial and helpful. Last night the a.c. in my camper went out, so I called them this morning. The lady that took my call was sweet and helpful, and fit me in the schedule for today. A polite, punctual,and knowledgeable technician was sent out to my location and I am sitting in a cold camper as I'm writing this review. Thanks Cutting Edge for helping me "keep my cool". I highly recommend Cutting Edge for all your R.V. needs, they have a nice showroom with products and supplies and if they don't have what you need, they will get it. My experience today with the service department was excellent.

First time customer here. New to the area and purchased a new 50 foot 50 amp extension cord for $300.00. When I got home I realized that the plug was different than my receptacle. I took it back to them and was told that they didn't issue credit or exchange electrical parts. I fought with them for 45 minutes trying to exchange the brand new item for one that would work. They told me that they didn't have the correct one. I walked right over and picked one off of the shelf. Note: none of their cords fit their recpticals that they sale. I pointed it out to them but they didn't seem to care. I left there with a bad taste in my mouthI will not purchase anything else from them in the future

Stored the RV at this location for months. Also had some service done while it was there as well. When we picked it up and drove it off to our new location, we then did our inventory and realized how much stuff was stolen. So disappointing. Who steals a watermelon slicer?! Apparently one of their service guys felt they needed it. Our cabinet filled with all of our electric caps and wires were gone. Our microwave was used by them and left filthy with whatever they chose to cook in it, food was all over the top of the stove and down the oven. Damaged part of our wall trim on the slideout when servicing, the fresh water drain was overtightened and broken in half from when they did the winterizing. I m sure there s more, I keep finding little things here and there. Girls up front were always friendly, but it s the behind the scenes that got shady. They have some employees that are not honest.I also thought it was unfair to pay the whole month for 1 day into September. Just really disappointed.

Purchased a camper lock that came defective, called the company to see if the warranty would cover it was told that the owner said since I followed a step in the directions which was to secure the lock to the door that I waived the warranty, What kind of ridiculous reasoning is that ? Went to the extent of even forwarding a installing video that states to do that step to secure the lock otherwise the lock is going to be useless! To top of off I was placed on hold forover 20 minutes when I asked to speak to the owner , after some time waiting the line automatically went to a voice recording, I called back to be told that the owner is now at lunch, clearly this was done out of spite by the workers, with the service they provide they will be out of business soon, read other reviews. Will rather drive an hour for better customer service, avoid at all cost !!!!

I would give a 0 star if I could. I am inexperienced in the camper life. I needed help with converting the 30 amp to a 50 amp. They told me what I needed, I bought it and everything was good. Turns out that I was not able to do what I thought and I went to just buy a adapter and return the electrical equipment that I bought. I was never told that they do not take returns on electrical equipment. The lady was very rude and disrespectful, she did not care that she took advantage of inexperienced campers. Very unprofessional. I would recommend to not use this business.

If you need work done on your RV, this is the place. Honest and Friendly. I have brought my RV here twice. I have a new RV that is still under warranty. They told me to just bring in the paperwork from where I purchased the RV and they would take care of the rest. I didn't have to worry about calling the manufacturer and coordinating between them.They did all that. So If your RV is still under warranty bring it to Cutting Edge RV. They'll take care of you. One time they fixed my AC. It was a short in the wire. Another time it was a leak behind the wall. Even after my warranty expires, i will come here to get my RV repaired. Sometimes they get backed up because they do such good work. But if they can get you taking care of quicker they will. Thanks Cutting Edge!

Nice woman at front desk storage is nice and they have a VERY large selection of supplies in store front nices rv store in this area for sure WAY better than camping world1/23/2022Went to pick my camper up from storage on a Sunday and had some issues so Bryan came to the shop on his day off to help me. I can't say enough about how helpful he was. He stopped what he was doing and came to work on his day off to help me. Thank you Bryan and you will have my business any time I'm in houston and need anything for towing or for my camper. I recommend this place to every one needing anything for a camper this is the place to go.

Have used them twice for 2 different RV air conditioner issues this summer. Great mobile tech service comes to your RVP with parts on the truck. Worked with our extended warranty plan. Problem fixed in a short time. Highly recommended.

I ordered a sail switch for my furnance, which I only had the item number for at the time. The lady cross referenced the item number to the model number which was correct. When the switch came in, I told them I didn't think it looked right, and that I would let them know if it was indeed wrong. I was aware of the no return on electrical parts, but I am not at fault for them ordering, or me getting the WRONG SWITCH. I talked to these people 3 different times about the switch being wrong, and would have been perfectly happy had they just refunded me the difference in the cost of the switch and got me the right one. I don't think the counter lady ordered the wrong part, I think it is the manufacturers fault, and they wont work with me. I'm normally not the person to complain over a $13 difference in cost, but I am writing this review out of principle! These people are beyond rude and think they are always right.

Excellent service. Slide out gear box stripped out, called Cutting Edge, they came out that day and manually extended slide out and ordered new gear box. the next day they came back and installed it. They did all communication with insurance and I was back in business in one day.

I had massive water leaks all underneath my sink causing my camper floor to be soft and I couldn t fix it myself because it was very tight underneath the sink, plus I had no hot water to shower either, I called these guys and they came the following day, Cory and Zeff really know their stuff they change my igniter for the hot water and replaced all my piping underneath the sink, all while being outside the cold and rainy and muddy weather, within 2 hrs everything was fixed, definitely calling them again for any problems , price is also very fair and they did me mobile repair ,10/10 !!

Purchased a moter for my RV. Lady behind the desk made a verbal agreement so long as I dont open the box I could return it. Next day they said they can't take it back as they never do returns on electrical moters.Needless to say don't trust what anyone there says. Go to PPL motor home and they are cheaper amd actually honey what they say.Service: Electrical

We spoke with Lee, the owner, on Thursday about replacing the refrigerator in our rig. After explaining to him that we live in our rig and would not be able to leave it with him, he took measurements and we discussed which refrigerator would be best for us. He told us to return on Monday and he would start the work. When we arrived on Monday he said there was no way he could do the work with us on board and that we'd have to leave our rig with him for several days. His failure to understand our needs and unwillingness to work with our circumstances was unacceptable. We also found him to be rude, condescending, and insulting. We will not return to his business and will advise our friends against dealing with him.
