I took my truck there to get work doneI had a driver's side tire blow outI want to go pick up my truck and Dunning inspection.They had. To Take it to the back 2 times due to a lot of loose boltsI reverse my truck and look at it once again and seeing this I was very upset.I do not recommend this place at all

Can not leave a zero star. I took my vehicle in on August 24 to the Baytown location to walk in the office for them to tell me they didn't have any of my information, information I provided on the phone to schedule my appointment. They took pictures of my vehicle and was told an estimate was going to be emailed to me in a few dates. Here we are September 8 and I called their office because I still had not received an estimate. Only for them to tell me they didn't have any information on me again! She was finally able to pull the pictures of my car, how? I don't know and only to tell me they didn't know who the inspector who did the estimate was and that there was no estimate done. These people are so unorganized and who knows what they are doing with your personal information. BEWARE!!! Save yourself your time and patience and don't use them

Service King Collision fixed my car within a very reasonable amount of time with quality and great customer service. My only complaint was that they forgot to put the CR-V back on my vehicle. When I returned for them to do it, the guy put it on so spaced out that it looked like I was driving a counterfeit Honda. I asked him to take it off until they could order me a new one. He honored my request & I drove around without it until the new one came in. When I finally had time to return, it was put on correctly and all is well. Mistakes happen they were courteous to me throughout the entire process. Customer service seems to be a lost art, but not with this business.

I can not say enough good things about the whole crew and service at the Baytown Service King. Starting with Sarah who completely was sympathetic and understanding of how sentimental my vehicle is to me. She went way above and beyond to make sure she had the crew save my double mesh grille even when they were going to replace it. My Cadillac was my mother's car who gifted it to me about a month before she passed away. The reason why I was attached to the grille is because that was the one thing about this car my mom loved and purchased the vehicle for.Then there was Simon who did his absolute best working with the insurance company to get my repairs done in a timely manner. Which they did!Upon the first arrival when the car was completed I was not happy with the grille they put on nor how the headlight looked and low and behold here comes the general manager (I apologize I don't remember his name) came to the rescue and gave me the best service and options we could ask for. He went above and beyond to try to find a replacement grille that was identical to the one I originally had but unfortunately he couldn't find one but he still saved the day and was able to the tech repair my original one and even buffed out the driver side headlight to look like new so it would match the passenger one.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole Baytown Service King crew for being so professional, sympathetic and understanding of my emotional attachment to a vehicle.This whole crew definitely knows customer service and takes pride in their customers vehiclesPS I have been referring all of my friends, family and my customers from Baytown Pep Boys to them!I definitely will be back for all of my body repair needs!

10 out 10 / 5 Star service.Great customer care and excellent body/cosmetic work done on my 2019 F250 Tailgate. Looks brand new, and everything that needed to be replaced was taken care of. Thank you !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My car was in their shop for a month. While sitting, tires for low. I have an app on my phone that shows tire pressure so I asked them to fill the flat tires. They wouldn't do it because "your low tire pressure light isn't on." I picked up my car and drove off, immediately noticing the alignment was severely off. I reviewed the paperwork to see if an alignment was done and my insurance was BILLED FOR AN ALIGNMENT THAT WAS NOT DONE. I immediately took it to the dealership where they confirmed that it was badly misaligned. I contacted Service King headquarters asking for the alignment to be refunded but still haven't received a response a week after. I called Service King and they said to bring it back in but didn't seem to care that the alignment was billed for and not completed. No callback from the manager like I asked. There is no excuse for this poor service and I strongly suggest you go somewhere else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could leave zero stars I would. Had work completed in October after a minor accident , only to find out it wasn t completely done. My car was in their shop over a month. Only to find Issues with my rear axle that weren t fixed that have now resulted in thousands of dollars in damage, new tires etc.I should ve known something was fishy when I picked up my car and they hadn t replaced the cracked rear tail light. service king will not return my calls or try to rectify the situation.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

My daughters brand new truck was involved in a minor finder binder and this is where the other people's insurance has us take her truck. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Dropped it off got the rental soon as we left there because they work with enterprise. Kept the truck about 2 weeks and we picked up and looked as good as new! No complaints here. And workers were very nice and friendly and answered all our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. Would recommend and use again.

Update 1/24/2023: My car has been fixed and they did a great job on the repair. Only reason I'm not going to give a higher rating is because the lack of communication and time it took to have the repair done.My car was in here back in 04/2022 for minor damage to the front bumper all under insurance. I picked the car up about two weeks later, the lady at the front basically handed me the keys and said everything was fixed, she did not go over the claim paperwork or what was actually done. After inspecting the car on a day that wasn't overcast I noticed the bumper/grill was not even close to being aligned. I took the car back in and ended up speaking with the manager. That's when I found out the lower grill was damaged and they were unable to order the part due to backorder. They assured me the part would be there in June and would call me as soon as it arrived. It is now 01/2023, I have never received a call from them and after multiple voicemails to them had to go in there today just to get the run around again. I was told the parts manager would call me, two hours later, no call. I was told the service tech would call me, two hours later no call. What's hilarious is this is an insurance claim, why they think this will go away is beyond me. I'll keep posting updates to this review daily so everyone can see why they should never take their car here.

Horrible experience. My daughter's Honda Civic had body repairs (Front Bumper, radiator support, AC Condenser, Dents to Hood, console repair...and other items). These repairs were made after an accident. The location was far from where we live but it was closer to Galveston so we decided to have the car sent here to Baytown. A few days later after picking up the car, which it took several weeks for the car to be returned "due to the shortage on supplies" but when it was I noticed there was a piece of the bottom frame hanging so I returned to their location for it to be fixed. It was a quick fix but not properly done because it came loose again weeks later. Then around that same time my daughter began hearing a noise under the hood/near the console. This was a noise that was not there before the accident and then the console lights began to go out at random times. I called the location several times because their repairs are supposed to be under warranty. Everytime I was told that someone would call me back and they would never all back. The issue still has not been resolved a year plus later. I would not advise anyone to take their vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

From the firsts call the experience was good , they gave me an appointment within the next 2 days . When it was drop off they explain everything that was gonna be done in detail , and the customer service was excellent. The car was fix before the expected day . And the job was done perfectly . If I ever have to I will definitely go back for any other repairs or anything. Will definitely recommend it to anyone . Even tho I expected to be a lot different due to the pandemic crisis ! Went way beyond my expectations !!

Wow! These guys are amazing, courteous and know their stuff. Needed an alignment pretty bad, well had been needing one for awhile and they got me fixed up in less than an hour. Alex Villa is the man that helped me and he was so nice and answered all my questions. I had been shopping around for the best prices and service and they exceeded my expectations!! Will definitely be going back for a few more repairs. Next my bumper needs some love. Thank you so much guys!! I m gonna tell everyone I know y all are the best!!!

I am an insurance agent and was involved in an accident. This was my first time using Service King, one of my clients referred them to me. The service was outstanding! My rep was amazing and so was the rep for Enterprise, who is at their location as well. The whole experience was great! They kept me up to date on everything and even gave me the vehicle back before the promised date! A+

We'll, the service started a little sketchy. In the beginning there was very little communication. But I visited with them and expressed that I would like better communication. After that Mike was awesome. He kept me updated regularly. He even sent me pictures of my car during the repair process.I was a little disappointed in the speed of repairs. But that being said, my car is barely a year old and had extensive damage. It took 75 days to repair. Not only that, they have been very accommodating with repairing the minor things I'm finding.Would I recommend them? Absolutely. I would just remind you to be patient. Doing it right sometimes takes time.

Service King did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle. The repairs were done in a timely manner. My advisor,Alex Villa was very friendly and courteous. He kept me informed and explained everything throughly. I was even introduced to the repairman who actually did the repairs..I have already recommend Service King to someone..Thanks Alex and Service King for a job well done.

First day, nice friendly staff ready to help. Decided to take our vehicle for the repairs after an auto accident, because of the great reviews. That was a mistake, my car was there for over a month. I had to return my rental and my car was still not ready. I had to call to get updates, no one was ever available to take my calls. It was the worst experience ever. There were a lot of empty promises. There was a lady that would take my calls, don't remember her name. I understand everyone has different experiences, ours was a bad one....

Great customer service the representative that is on the front desk was very helpful and really nice. Alejandro Villa was my advisor and he was very helpful when I went in to drop off my vehicle he even gave me a ride back to my home for the reason that I didn't had someone to pick me up he made the whole process of my vehicle getting fix so smooth great personality and great on having us inform every step of the process of my vehicle highly recommend Service King and their staff!!! My car looks amazing!!!

Thank you so much for the quality repairs. We are very pleased with the way our vehicle repairs looked. We especially appreciated Service King completing the repairs quickly so we could get back on the road without having to cancel our Memorial Day vacation plans. Service King offers some of the greatest customer service I've ever witnessed. They really take great care of their customers from moment of arrival until after you drive off. These guys and gals really love what they are doing and take tremendous pride and responsibility in their work. Any problems or concerns are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Honestly Service King is the Chick Fil A of collision repair. Alex took care of me all the way through and always kept me up to date with the repairs and status of my 2015 Mustang and made sure I got my car back looking better than it did when it first got there, from the collision repair all the way till the paint job and buffing of my car.

This is my 2nd time using Service King and both experiences have been great. This time the corrected hail damage to my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Alex was my service advisor and kept me informed throughout the process. Work was completed in a timely manner and seemed to be good quality. I would recommend them to anyone

Want to share a wonderful customer experience I had with the Baytown Service King Team!It was Valentines Day when I met the team and I felt nothing but love! They took care of my car in 2019 after it was damaged on a parking lot. I had a problem and took it to them this week. They took care of the problem even though it may not been part of the original work. They didn t charge me and was fast doing the work. Came here to get some repairs done to my car. Customer service was great all around by all the staff. Alex Villa made sure I was continuously update with the progress of my car. It was finished earlier than estimated it would be done. I'm very much satisfied with the job and highly recommend this place to anyone.

On Friday, I had to take in my vehicle to be repaired at service king and from the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately by all the staff. I had an appointment and was talking to the insurance adjuster and Service King advisor Dustin Cole at my schedule time. Dustin went over the whole repair process in a timely manner and explained it in simple basic terms. I was really pleased with the customer service and the time it took to get me in and out in a rental vehicle. It was a one stop shop.On Saturday morning I realized that I needed something from my vehicle, my advisor was not in but Alex Villa went above and beyond to help me. Alex help me make sure my door was closed correctly, that was a great relief considering the rain we have been having lalely.Great Customer Service!!!!

Customer Service is alive and well! Jasper and everyone could not have handled the repair on our Kia any better. They communicated, coordinated and we're extremely attentive to our needs. The repair went flawlessly. We definitely will always bring our vehicles here!
