Jim Arnold with Community Collision went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. He is truly a company man . He knows how to bring in customers and how to keep them . The Body shop guys did a Beautiful job with the paint job. I would not hesitate to recommend Community Collision to friends, family or anyone in need of quality work. I made an appointment to fix my car due to hail damage, but I cancelled because of the horrible customer service. I had a really bad experience and I drove one hour for nothing. They work like they don t care what they are doing, they don t care about customers. I preferred to cancel and looked for a new repair shop. The new shop had a totally different customer service experience.

I can not give enough words to describe how wonderful the people up here are. They went above and beyond to make things right with my son's car. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The girls up front were efficient and a huge thank you to Josselyn for keeping in touch with me and doing others jobs that you shouldn't have had to do, but did it to male it faster to get my son's car back home. Thanks to each and everyone that helped me and my son. Yall rock!!

Was not happy at all with the service given to me. Took my car. Told him I still had a problem with it. I felt the alignment wrong and after a couple of weeks sure enough a tie rod broke on the car and luckily my wife was not injured in the occurrence. But if she would have been on a freeway or something it could have been a lot worse. Not happy at all with their service

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I took my Cadillac in with a busted sunroof and windshield damage from a rock truck. After a month of having my car i got it back and immediately noticed my 1 yr old battery was messed up and had to replace it! There were dirt markings all over the inside ceiling of my car and huge water stains all over the material re-tracker to my sunroof as though it was left outside in the rain! The whole passenger side of my car had bad over spray from paint! My inside dash areas had paint over spray! My touch screen console wouldn't work right from the over spray! I was missing a molding piece on my hood! The re-tracker to my sunroof was torn/frayed! The sunroof itself wouldn't work properly! And because they kept my car for more than the 30 days that my insur. rental covered, I ended up having to pay $105 out of pocket for my rental!!! I spoke with the manager (Jim) about all my issues and showed him pictures and he claimed they would order the missing molding piece to my hood and they would get me a rental and fix all the issues. I never heard back from them.... After waiting almost a whole month for them to call me to take my car back in, I finally called them and asked to have the molding piece put on. I scrubbed and washed the inside of my car myself to take out the stains and dirt marks on my ceiling. When i got there that same manager (Jim) not once tried to address my issues or ask me anything knowing exactly who i was and why i was there, he had a worker go out and slap on the molding piece and left me standing there. The molding piece later fell off and we had to fix it ourselves. I still have paint over spray in and out of my Cadillac and i don't even try to open my sun roof because it's messed up! This place is NOT customer friendly nor do they care about quality work!!! They don't know anything about caring for customers but they sure billed my insurance a nice sized bill on my claim!! The work is cheap! Do yourself a favor and visit one of the many other established collision businesses in Baytown!!!

Community Collision is by far the best collision center I ever had been. The customer services is outstanding and impeccable. We had a rental during the process and was almost new.With no doubt I will recommend Community Collision for your business.

Community Collision did an amazing job on the body work on my vehicle. I was also impressed with how well the color match was and could not tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Not that I ever look forward to damaging my car in the future, but in the event it happens, I would not hesitate to bring it back here.The benefit of using them to other body shops was to guarantee that all parts replaced would be genuine manufacturer parts.Staff was friendly and kept me in the loop with the updates on the repairs.Thank you all! Barely had my vehicle for 2 weeks before another driver collided with me trying to merge. I was very nervous about where it went for repairs since the vehicle was new, but I now have full confidence in your facility.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They need to do better Quality Control before giving the car back to you. I did a quick inspection where they fixed it and noticed the plastic screw was loose. On top of that, the paint was scratched. I had to come back another day so they can fix the issues.

My parents had their truck fixed there and they left the inside of the truck very dirty. They kept taking forever to fix the truck and they never once called to give us an update. Every time I called they told me it was going to be ready the next day and it was never ready. When we finally went to pick up the truck one of their employees had damaged the front of the truck. And some of our stuff was missing from the inside of the truck, the only thing we got back was the charger that they had borrowed not stolen.Never again are we doing business with them.Very irresponsible and unprofessional personal.

They left my brand new car dirty and muddy - stained carpets and leather seats, dirt/dust all down the middle console between seat and console. I was assured it would be cleaned. It wasn't. Also rained on and dirty when it was supposed to be washed. Manager was told. Ignored the situation. Will never return or recommend.

Went to this place on a whim needing an estimate after running over a deer. Marcos Garza went out of his way to assist me knowing I was on a time crunch. Glad there are still places that will go the extra mile even for a new customer. Four stars Marcos!!

Took almost two weeks to get my truck fixed. I would call to check on the vehicle and no one would answer. I called Thursday evening to get status on my truck and they said it'll be ready Friday that all it needed was a wash. I call Friday for a status update and they tell me it's still waiting. I explain to them I work all the way in Spring and I need to know with time when it would be ready since I have to drop off the rental car and be there in Baytoen before they close at 6. I decided just to leave work early and show up and I told the lady in the front I'll take the truck as is and she told me it wasn't allowed. So after I paid the 1,000. She gave me the receipt and I waited. She met me outside gave me the keys and that was it. No explanation on what they did to my vehicle and they left some sticky stuff on my windshield that was hard to come off. I really had to rub for it to come off. I really wouldn't recommend this place. I wanted to give this place a try as the older gentleman who's in charge was awesome in helping me make arrangements for everything. But I won't come back here again.

Friendly people to deal with. They did an excellent repair after someone wrecked our car. Took a couple of days longer than quoted but well worth the wait. Very satisfied and highly recommend this place. And they have a lifetime guarantee on the work.

Moved to the area...within a week, someone wrecked my van. Community did a fantastic job repairing, cleaning and handling the situation. Originally 5 star.After the hurricane, someone backed into my van so i returned to them for repairs since my first experience went so well. Understanding that many suffered during the storm and the overwhelming need of repairs in the area, I was still disappointed in how it was handled. Overall my van is back to its original condition, but I wasn't notified and ended up paying for an entire weekend for a rental car. Sad when the rental car place calls on Monday to inform me the van was ready for pickup the Friday before.2nd experience: 3 stars

New Vehicle Purchase Experience was simple, and honest. At no point did I feel that a scam, slick move, or some scheme was being played on me to get as much money out of me as possible. There were no hidden fees, and prices displayed online were the same price at the dealer. I hate being told "Oh that is online pricing". This place didn't do that to me.I was shopping around and I can tell you there are "Online Prices" at other dealerships, but those prices do not include "Other Costs" that occurred before the pricing was given.Thanks for being Honest with me.

Brought my 2018 Tundra here for rear end damage, after two week in shop finally got it back on memorial weekend tow my boat drove down road here noise stopped and check one side of bumper was cocked, looked underneath and I can see 18 or 19 mm bolts is about 8 of them to hold trailer hitch to frame only 2 are tighten the rest I can screw by hand. So disappointed the way they do final inspection before give truck back to customer.

I took my Kia Rio for collision repair they took longer than why they told me they too late two weeks more than the time they told me it was going to be done Plus on top of that , they charged me $164 for scanning repair plus they make you sign a contract if your insurance don't pay enough do you have to pay it out of pocket they made three different estimates and my car so the insurance didn't want to pay the whole thing because they were thinking the displays it was trying to overcharge them so I have to pay extra money out-of-pocket plus my deductible to me was a really bad experience I wouldn't take my car back and I would not recommend it to nobody to take the cars and this place
