Needed tires! Friend said they're bald. After reading reviews, came to Carr's. As others have said, "friendly service". After telling Kody my driving distances, he suggested a brand and price. That was great! He ordered and they called the next day to let me know they were in and to come when I was ready. It didn't take long to replace the tires. They also checked to see if the car had an oil leak as someone said there was a small valve cover gasket leak. The other man working in the front looked and said it was ok.Kody checked the old tires while getting the size - they weren't bald, but it was time to replace.

I have been using Carr s Tires for several years. I am very pleased with their service and the courtesy of their office overall. Carr s has always been there in time of need. I would definitely refer Carr s to anyone as far as servicing and price comparisons.

I have been going to Carr s City Tire for years now and the customer service has always been on point and very friendly. Everyone is very helpful.Last week I had replacement tires installed on my vehicle and have had absolutely o problems. The ride has extremely better and quiet. I would definitely refer Carr s for anyone that needs service.Thank you very much!

I came to get two tires but they didn t have my size. Cody put an order in, and the tires arrived the next day! Hands down great customer service, everyone was friendly and helpful! The tires are also at great price!! (I would just call ahead and see if they have your correct size tire in case they need to order it)

Very courteous. Did a brake job on all four wheels while I waited in their customer lounge. Competitive pricing. They did a great job

I went here to get an alignment on my regular-sized truck. I was charged $150, but when I got my truck back, it still had a bad alignment. The steering wheel was crooked, and I was told to get an alignment before I got new tires. Cars auto also told me that it would still pull to the side because of my tires. I immediately went and got new tires the next day, but the steering wheel is still crookedand it still pulls to side! I will not be going back to this place, and I do not recommend that you spend $150 with them. Do you know how much gas it takes to make up for $150, just to waste it and still have a bad alignment?

Kregg scheduled a front end level kit install, alignment and new wheel tire upgrade on my 2022 Silverado and it came out perfect. They always check extra things while they are there and let me know the brakes were in good shape and the shocks were still looking good with no leaks. Scheduled time drop off was great they took it right in and the job was finished as scheduled. I would recommend Carr s Tire and Automotive for all your needs.

We have used them a few times now. Very nice, honest, respectful company! I was quoted from the dealership a much higher price and longer time frame to have my daughter s car fixed. Kregg and Kody went above and beyond to help us figure out why her check engine light was on.

I had a problem with a caliper on my pickup. Carr s diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit for a good price. I also purchased a new set of tires. They were super helpful in helping me choose a good set of tires. I could have likely saved a few bucks at a national retailer, but decided to support a local family business instead. Great work from honest people. Couldn t be happier.

The people at Carr's Tire are very friendly and professional. I needed wheel barrons and tire rod's fixed on my 2 back tires. The job was done for under $800. Very impressed! Will use their service again.

From Virginia and cut a sidewall. Recommended Carr's by a local guy (Byron). Carr's was $70 less than the 'discount' tire shop. Great place with fast service and nice folks.

Very friendly staff. Really seemed to know what they were doing and reasonably priced. Though, wish they would have asked me more questions about my vehicle, service history, oil, etc.. About a year ago they asked me to give a review after repairing four brakes on my wife's car. Owner is an honest Christian man and you can watch your vehicle being repaired from the cameras in the garage. Waiting room has coffee and water. They do tires, alignments, rotations and balancing and oil changes, also they have two mechanics on site for other repairs.

First visit here for tires. The price was fair. The place was clean. Quick service. They have a lobby with a coffee station and TV while you wait. I only wish, they would have told me that: I discovered it on my own. Lastly, think the office were you exchange information about zero finance and/or personal information should be more private. I wasn't comfortable giving out my card information through a plexy glass window for others to hear.

I took my suburban in about 8:00 am for brakes to be looked at and a couple of tires needed to replaced. I left my vehicle there and picked it up about 4:00pm. They were able to get me in super quickly to replace all four of my tires! I loved that they had cameras so you could see your vehicle at all times and I was in and out in less than an hour. The ride feels great on my vehicle and I am highly satisfied.Service: TiresService: Tires

Every time I go and get anything from an oil change to a brake job on my truck it is always a great experience from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Great customer service and the work that they do is always great quality.No complaints.
