Has had my car for a week and won t answer phone calls so at this point I m pretty sure they scrapped and sold my car. Don t bother coming here again. And more stuff was broken the FIRST time I got it back then when I turned it to get fixed.

There's a reason why cars stay remain there... for years, too... take your business elsewhere. I highly wouldn't recommend it. Not to mention, windows get broken into. Terrible. I'm not even hating just bad.

I have been a customer for about 20 years. Terry stands behind his work! If there is a problem he will fix it. I trust him. I am a 66 year old female. He listens to me to solve the problem.

Always a great experience. Terry is very honest and a very nice guy. I am always very happy with his work. I usually tip because his price is so low. Go somewhere else if you want to. It means i wont have to wait long when i need good work done.

They are kinda nice and owner is polite and nice , but they do something wrong. Had taken car to have the transmission replaced due to leaking and they didn't even replaced the part but they changed the starter which didn't have anything to do with it for a used one and wasn't asked if we wanted to be replaced. Didn't want to show what they had done to the car until they were pressured and didnt answer phone afterwards. They just put some spray and silicone so it would stop leaking for a while. They don't even care, once you pay them, they cut off all sort of communication with customer. People can die because they don't do their job. Don't even go here, they only rob your money. Or at least for big projects, don't bother. We trusted them with my car, and they robbed from us and left us with a car that could've caused deaths.And don't bother apologize, we are the ones who are now gonna cut all sorts of communications with you all.

All they had to do was bleed the clutch and every day it was something new. The owner flat out lied telling me he'd do it first thing today he's sorry after they didn't answer the phone for 2 days after having my car dropped off and nothing ever got done. Now I'm having to find another shop.

I'll never use them again , my car was left unlocked over night , had something that meant a lot to me and valuable stolen out my car . When we went to check up on our vehicle my keys were in the door ! Then I realized something very valuable I had in there was missing , we back to them to ask about it and that's when we found out that our vehicle was left unlocked over night during the week he didn't seemed concerned about the item that was stolen out our vehicle.A bunch of thieves !!!A job that should of taken a day or 2 took a whole day week !Never again if i could I'd give them no stars!!!

Terry is pretty fair with pricing and as long as he doesn't have everyone and their grandma using him like a storage place then he'll flourish. Get rid of the cars Terry, it keeps paying customers from pulling in...

Yes, the price is the lowest in town. And you get what you pay for. For the love of God.......don't take your car here. Also, how do you run any kind of business without answering the phone. EVER. ?!?!?? I got my transmission re-built 9 months ago, now I`m without a car ... again. Was told that I`m at the back of the line. As it turns out, the torque converter circuit clutch was never re-built, or the shift solinoids (1 of them). Complete disaster, really messing up my life.

Terry at Car Pro is a good mechanic. Some ppl take advantage of his kindness. Others would like for him to do the work for free. Just like they do and complain about all his friends in the industry. If you need your care fix go deal with him. He is a straight shooter.

My buddy turned me on to Terry the owner at car pro. As we all know finding a good, honest and timely Mechanic is about as likely ad finding a leprechaun with a pot of gold. Terry at Car pro meets and exceeds all of these charectorist.AS LONG AS I LIVE IN THIS AREA I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER. AND WILL RECOMEND ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.THANKS Terry you are the man!!!!

Can not get them to answer the phone to see if they even do the type of work I need done. I will not pay a tow truck to get there and be turned away. As for as service I do not know. You can not get them to answer the phone

Mr. Fix to my car and one day and it runs great and it was at a reasonable price
