After a nasty run in with a Hardy Toll Road chunk of road had lacerated my oil pan and damaged a few other components of my vehicle's undercarriage, Caliber Collision was able to make my car whole again. The car looks and runs better than before. Very thankful for the consistent communication with Nick and John throughout the process. Even with a few snags along the way, they were able to do the right thing for the customer. Very thankful!!

Great job by Nick Castro and the team at Caliber Collision Baytown for taking exceptional care of my brother when his vehicle was damaged on the toll roads in Houston. I took my 2022 F250 to Caliber for repair based on the reputation of the individuals there. Mike and Monica went over and beyond expectations to insure the communication was thorough as they repaired my vehicle. Their Aluminum welder did a fantastic job as well. I have looked several times and can not find his weld seams. Their painter also did a phenomenal job matching/blending with no orange peel present. We are temporarily working in the area and experienced an attempted theft that left multiple scars and cut wires. We are extremely pleased with the work Caliber did on our truck. Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. This was hands down the best communication and customer service we have had in a very long time. Considering the state of our world today and the inability to get parts in a timely manner, they went above and beyond to locate what we needed and finished the work on time! Great job! A+ body and paint work.

Everything from phone service to car service was spectacular at Caliber. My car was involved in a hit and run and this place was knowledgeable and helpful dealing with my insurance. The entire process was handled adequately and a timely manner. The car looks better than new! This shop came highly recommended, and I am incredibly grateful I chose this shop. 8/3/23 wrapping up my insurance claim with this company. The whole process was hectic and stressful. Blind spot sensors I addressed were ignored. I initially dropped my car off 1 month ago to be repaired and the repairs were half done, however caliber deemed my car was drivable and informed my insurance company that all repairs were complete . Once receiving my car, my front grille was opened to where I could see the inside of car engine, I had several dash lights on that weren t on before, my radio tuned when running over bumps in the road, my mileage was adjusted to different numbers, windshield fluid light was on and parking sensor lights appeared. I brought up these issues to Monica with recordings, in which she scanned my car again and said nothing was wrong. She claimed she would contact the insurance company s manager to have my car scanned and viewed by the dealership however no one reached out to me after that. And that was a month ago. Today I am BACK at caliber to finish ALL repairs, which means they weren t COMPLETED in the first place. I was hounded and hassled by calibers manager to pick up my car and return a rental I was given before 30days and before ALL repairs were COMPLETED. I say this because my insurance told me I had 1. 30 days to keep the rental car or 2. If repairs were complete , I would have to return the rental. Boy was I mislead! Caliber told the insurance company my repairs were complete when in actuality they weren t (hence why I am back here a month later finishing repairs) and in turn, the insurance company stopped paying for the rental and the car rental place charged me over $300. This whole process was confusing and misleading for the simple fact of waiting on auto parts. If I had known what I know now, I would suggest to contact the company yourself to be sure parts are ordered, get a time frame and proceed from there. This company runs on lies that are made to be seemed as technicalities . My car is completed now, almost a month from the first repair, 3 visits, > $300 on a rental car, $250 deductible, stress & hell! Lol I am just grateful the process is over, But as a first timer, I would not recommend this process or the company to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing at the detailed workman's ship. I did not go wrong. Truck was wrecked on driver side and the paint job is amazing. Thanks Andy and thanks Caliber Collision for the quick turn around.

Baytown's Caliber Collision has to be one of the best and friendliest places to get any repairs done at, their staff is extremely welcoming and helpful especially when it comes to handling all of the headaches that come along with any car accident repairs. I would like to specifically thank Nick, who was the service advisor in charge of my car's repairs. He was very patient and informative (as well as honest) regarding what the process for repairs and the timeline is going to look like and I genuinely appreciate that. Overall my experience was great and I will bring my next repair in to them because I know I will be in good hands!

This place is AMAZING! Absolutely AMAZING! I took a close friend to Caliber Collision in Baytown to check on his truck. My friend is an elderly person and I wanted to make sure he understood the process of getting his vehicle fixed or if the insurance was going to total it. Kaylee the front receptionist greeted us, was patient as we told her our situation. She was so helpful getting my friend's truck from the tow yard to the shop, that we didn't have to do anything. She took the time to explain what the process would be once the vehicle was received at their shop. My friend left understanding EXACTLY what the process was going to be. Kaylee explained the process so well, that we didn't have any questions.Once the vehicle got to the shop, is when Cynthia, was our point of contact. She was so professional, yet honest, and made sure my friend understood everything that was going on and if we had any questions. She kept us informed throughout the process and what to expect as so there would not be any surprises. She kept us informed as to where my friend was at the insurance company and what the insurance company was receiving.All in all, a great experience. About a month ago, I was involved in a car accident. My insurance recommended I take my car to Caliber Collusion and an appointment to drop off my car was made for 3/13/23. The person who received and managed my car s repairs was Karen.My car was in the shop for about nine days (3/13 to 3/22) to work on cosmetic fixes (paint, fix the front defense, etc) and to supposedly work replacing the radiator, thermostat, coolant. When the car was picked the shop charged and invoiced my insurance for those fixes. I trusted that the work that they charged and invoiced for was honest and those fixes had been made, however, nine days later my car shuts off in the middle of the freeway. Thank the Lord that no cars crashed into me when my car suddenly turned off. However, I was shaken and confused because I believed that my car had been fixed by Caliber Collisions.I took my car to mechanic shop and explained the situation. Once they ran the diagnostic in my car they shared the following:1. Radiator was damaged due to the impact of the incident2. The thermostat needed to be replaced because it was broken.3. There was no coolant.[All items that Caliber claimed to have fixed when my car was under their care and for the services they charged and invoiced myself and my insurance]Due to the radiator not being replaced when it was under the care of Caliber Collision (a service and parts they charged), other parts where damaged and needed to be replaced:1. The removal and replacement of the head gaskets2. Rebuilding of headsMy insurance questioned and got in contact with Caliber Collision. Initially, they were adamant that they were not responsible and that the radiator had been replaced. After further conversations, the manager confirmed that Caliber Collision had NOT replaced my radiator when it was under their care, and, yet STILL charged for the part and labor. The manager (Mike) offered and has paid the shop in which my car is currently in for the radiator (roughly $588). However, refuses to pay for the related parts that were damaged due to the radiator not being replaced while my car was in their care.I DO NOT recommend and advise you to not trust this shop to address your car s repairs. Due to their negligence, not only was my safety put at risk when my car shut off in the middle of the freeway, but now I have an additional $2,500 bill to pay in car repairs and parts because of their oversight and negligence.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Battery

Now I pay it but why did you accept my car so they towed it from the dealership? You don t tell me anything about letting me know to tow my car.I will apply for a lawyer and against the plan from your company. I was overwhelmed after being hit and had to choose a repair place fast! I am so glad I chose Caliber Collision to complete the repairs. Monica was amazing and handled all my requests with urgency, the office staff are super friendly & incur. The eta of repairs were originally a month out and was surprisingly completed in less than 2 weeks, they keep you updated every step of the way! When I received my car it was in perfect condition. Heads up ! To the body techs who want to work there ! It s very unprofessional there s favertism no parts man no manager the estimaters are unprofessional the regional manager coline I called her and text her but she never called me back . I quit like everybody else has done travel far and not make $. My paycheck was stolen but trying to solve anything with this ppl is worthless they only care about themselfs so don t work for caliber you won t make money!!!!wasted my knowledge my experience with this company . Companies like this are the reason Body men don t make it because caliber doesn t pay, honest truth!!! So GOOD luck to customers and body techs !

If I could add a negative star that's how I would rate this business. Had some work done on my truck, was only supposed to take 1 week. They had my truck for a month and added almost 3,000 miles to my truck. It was returned with stains on the ceiling part of my truck that it didn't have. The alignment is still off. Very upset with results from this business. Approach at your own risk.

As one can imagine the anxiety associated with vehicle repairs post-auto accident, I was not excited about taking my vehicle in for repairs. From the moment I called and Monica answered the phone with a very calming professional voice, I felt better about the process. When I arrived for myinitial appointment the professionalism continued. They appraised my vehicle, exampled what repairs were needed, and schedule with my insurance company. I was informed throughout the process via text and every time I called they made me feel important and answered my questions. If my service manager was not immediately available, he called me in a reasonable amount of time. This was a good experience during an anxious time, thank you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
