I tried to share all my details but i exceeded the character limit. So i guess long story short they had really bad communication problems, had my car for almost three weeks on a quoted 9 hour job.Begged my advisor (one who's super popular on google reviews it seems) for updates on my car.She was either too busy to talk to me or i was told she'd call me back and really never did until i told her how bad her communication was. One comment she had that really irritated me was she had 30 cars and customers to update. I understand that, but having my car for way longer i was quoted, rental i was approved for was only for FIVE DAYS, and i had to uber everywhere (which isn't cheap) while my car i got from baytown nissan TWO months ago was in the shop for almost three weeks on a nine hour job... who wouldn't be upset?? especially when their advisor barely updated them. From it being ready by the mid/end of next week to the beginning/mid week when in reality i took my car in 3/18 and got it back on 4/4. Even had the audacity to try and argue with me on the phone when i literally was just telling her about how bad her communication is. To top it off they fixed one problem on my car but not the problem i went in for. Which im grateful one thing is fixed but they didn't even try to see what my original problem was? Will definitely never take my car there ever again. i absolutely don't recommend it.

My salesman here was phenomenal. He never gave up until he could get me what I wanted. Mr. Stanley and Miss Sierra are awesome! I would definitely recommend them

Very quick and reliable service station with all premium amenities. Pretty clean and comfortable waiting area. Also provide free shuttle service which is very amenable. The staff was very kind & friendly. I prefer working with Victoria she is very accommodating ,quick and perfect in what she do. I appreciate her for hospitality.

I have been to several Nissan dealerships and dealt with different service advisors. However, Sandra at the Baytown location is awesome. She is never to busy to advice me or service my Armada. She always go above and beyond to see to it that I leave satisfied.Thank you Sandra for the amazing person you are.

Sandra Torres! Sandra Torres is the BEST!!! ASK FOR HER!! She is the idea of Customer Service!I went into Baytown Nissan Service department to have my key fob reprogrammed. I bought my car (2015, Nissan Murano Platinum) from CARVANA, 7 months ago and received an aftermarket key fob when I drove off the lot. Well, that key fob s battery recently went out and the car could no longer identify the keyfob at all. Even after I changed the battery. I bought the SilverRock Premium Extended Warranty Plan to cover any unforeseen issue. This keyfob for example! Valentine booked my appointment but Sandra Torres took my service to the next level. She, Sandra Torres, called SilverRock to setup pricing for reprogramming my keyfob. Sandra convenience SilverRock to get me a NEW key fob suitable for my 2015 Nissan Murano and also had my aftermarket keyfob reprogrammed as well as the key cut on it. Without Sandra's AMAZING customer service I would have been responsible for over $500 just to receive a new keyfob and have both keyfobs reprogrammed to the car. She made me feel so relieved but understand I did have an extended warranty with SilverRock so I know that may have helped.

I don't recommend Laura for your service advisor, you may end up paying twice for diagnosing your vehicle after the first repair didn't fix the problem.And why they took my Car AC adapters from my car

Warning to customers!I recently had my vehicle serviced here for an oil change. Not only was I overcharged, Someone stole quarters from my center console. It was noticeable since I only had a total of five coins in the console, but they left the pennies.Baytown Nissan showed me they can t be trusted to handle small jobs. They demonstrated lack of care, integrity, respect for the customer.

The other guys aren't blowing smoke about Sandra Torres... I actually do get excited about getting my oil changed these days. Went in for an alignment once and they found damage in my suspension. I had such a good time that I didn't mind the bill. It is always a pleasure.
