My experience with Baytown@Nissan will forever be one of the best experiences ever. The Car Salesman (Martin Torres ) in particular is more than a car salesman I consider him as my go to guy when buying a car. I am so excited with my experience with Baytown @ Nissan because I was able to purchase my first brand new vehicle. Martin was so insightful not only with the knowledge of the car I was seeking but also with the car I chose also with reality in the day to day life challenges which helped me with my decision making purchase. I truly appreciate him for that experience. The process was easy prompt and fun. Even the finance team was such an inspiration from their life stories to their knowledge of the business and not to mention the extra perks that was offered to me. So I encourage anyone and everyone to go try it out for yourself and see.

Pedro immediately greeted us. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. Most dealerships try to get you inside asap to talk numbers but he was very patient with us and very knowledgeable in the vehicles we looked at. Everyone we meet inside well from front desk to financing was super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend to other buyers and will return if another vehicle is needed for me and my family.

I had an incredible experience at Baytown Nissan. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process. My car salesman Joey Petroski was amazing, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring I had all the information I needed. I came in late and knew what money I didn't have and what price I did not want to go over. Not only did they get me cheaper than what I expected they did it professionally and smoothly while the store was closing. The patience and poise of the entire office made me feel comfortable with my purchase, from time a walked in all the way to financing , the experience was bearable and smooth. Whoever walks in t please find Mr Castillo. He made me feel like I was purchasing from a trusted colleague not a salesman. If he did not have the answer, the support around him did.Thanks again to those guys.

Easiest Purchase Ever! Buying a car shouldn t be this easy but with Pedro, it was! He was super easy going but very knowledgeable. He made it clear that he wasn t trying to sell the car because the car could sell itself, he was providing an experience and he delivered. Nervous because this was my first car but, he made me feel like I was taken care of by family. Who doesn t want to find someone you can trust when making big purchases at an affordable price.

Happy I chose Baytown Nissan for my pre-owned car purchase! I highly recommend the salesman I worked with, Walter Thomas. I wanted a Toyota 4Runner and when he got one in on a trade, I was his first call. He was professional, knowledgeable and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! He worked the deal long distance and the transaction was seamless. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and everything was in order. After meeting with finance and signing, I was on my way. Walter kept me informed throughout the entire process and there were no surprises. I love a no-pressure, no stress deal. I've recommended him to my friends and family. My recent experience with Baytown Nissan was great, I love that no one haggled me, and that I received good results and professional support. I was there for a oil change and Laura, whom was my service provider was awesome. She came out and explained to me what they had found and she said that it wasn't a rush or mandatory. But a suggestion for what I needed done. I loved that, and she was really great with my family. I had a great experience and I really want to let people know that they see u, and its not just about them getting a service done. I will definitely be back.

We went to price cars on Saturday, with intentions of possibly buying a car. However upon arrival, we met Cullen and who was the kindest, friendly salesman s and made the experience rather pleasant. We purchased a vehicle and grateful to have made his acquaintance. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend you visit Cullen at Baytown Nissan!!!

The service department at this dealership. Nearly killed my four-year-old grandson and my daughter. They completed a break job on my daughter's Nissan Titan truck and sent her home with no lug. Nuts on the right front wheel. The wheel fell off on the highway and when I tried to call Baytown. Nissan, they're voicemail box was full and you couldn't even Lea a message. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from these people. Nor would I let them touch my vehicle ever.

I purchased a used Ford F-150 with a warranty at 20.6 interest rate. Found the truck was leaking oil after I got the vehicle home. The dealership had me bring the truck back and fixed the leak. After I got the truck back, I found the passenger side step rail would not go up, and the lights stayed on. Found the back passenger door rear latch ajar switch was bad. Two days later, I discovered that the drive side front door would not stay locked even after the alarm was set. Found the door lock was previously damaged, and the door latch was defective. The dealership said they did a full inspection of the vehicle. I don't believe an inspection was ever done. Found the OBD port hanging down after the vehicle inspection was done a second time. The lady I worked with in the service department was very helpful and tried to help any way she could. But I would not purchase a used vehicle from the dealership used car sales department again. Was given misleading information about the condition of the vehicle from the used car sales department. FYI, the warranty is not good to use for the first 90 days. I had to run a strap between the two doors to secure the vehicle. I will purchase all four new door latches and a new front driver side door handle and lock to get the doors fixed myself. ...............Update 12/28/2023, I paid 1,024 for replacement door parts to fix the doors and paid 157.00 to have the new driver door handle painted. The finance manager Jose Renya helped me get the correct part numbers to order and help me by canceling the extended car warranty and the Gap insurance. This will really help, so I am not paying 20.6 interest on 4,500 dollars. The reality is you purchase a used vehicle as it is, don't trust what any sales person tells you. They will tell you anything for a sale. Don't trust anyone but yourself. I am changing my review to 4 stars for the great help from Jose Renya, who helped me get those two large items refunded back to the finance company and for helping get the correct parts number for ordering replacement parts to fix the doors.

Best car buying experience ever! Hands down to Joey Petroski . He had the exact vehicle I wanted of ALL the dealerships in the area. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Joey, who navigated us through the process with no pressure and stress free buying experience, I told him exactly what we needed which was the beautiful Nissan Pathfinder and that s exactly what we got. Please go see Joey. I will definitely be referring all my friend and family.

If you're ever looking for a new vehicle I HIGHLY suggest going to Jonathan at Baytown Nissan. I had a great experience there and he was a great help! Very welcoming, understanding, and not pushy like other salesmen I've been to. I ll definitely be coming back when its time to get my daughter a car! 10 out of 10!!!

I was looking for a vehicle for my lady, Reinaldo Perez was my sales associate. Reinaldo was informative and knowledgeable within his industry, he did everything in his power to work a deal. He managed to lower the price few times which I appreciated, but his sales manager wasn t budging with the EPP package which I didn t want so I purchased the same vehicle at another dealership nonetheless Reinaldo thanks for all your help

This dealership will never get any personal business. I have a fleet vehicle through work and it happens to be a Nissan Rouge. I have been by the dealership service department twice to have them replace the console under warranty. The last time I was there, the part hadn't been ordered. It has been five months or so since. Not a word from the dealership service department. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I'll never do business with these clowns.Hey Nissan, get your act together.

My experience at Baytown Nissan was over the top of my expectations. The sales lady (Tara) was very professional, knowledgeable, and was very attentive to what I was looking for. She also gave me a follow up call to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase; and to answer any questions that I may have.Thank you Ms Tara for all that you done and for going over and beyond the call to duty. Have call on and off during the yrs. Just to prepare myself with another purchase but have been undecided with the economy, vehicle prices and all. But Everytime I have questions & concerns, I am welcome with the overall presence of Nikki May, she always willing to walk your through & talk you through all of your concerns for your next future vehicle. She never hassles she always makes herself available, she gives professional support, also helpful & attentive to customer wants & needs to myself or any referrals that I send her way. I went to Baytown Nissan to trade in my car and get a car not knowing what I wanted. I was met with smiles and warm greetings. Tiffany Chachere was my sales person and when I tell you she really helped me out. She took her time and explained everything to me to make sure I understood what was going on and she showed me lots of cars. When we finally picked a car she went over everything and left no stone unturned. Me thinking that I wasn t gonna get much for my car. I ended up getting more than enough to were i was able to pay the rest of my car off and put money towards the car. Having been to others dealerships where the sales persons were rude or just trying to sale a car this was the best experience I have ever had. If your looking for a car and want the best service go to Baytown Nissan and ask for Tiffany Chachere.

Trent Remmert was our salesman, and he was great! He was knowledgeable and made the financing process a little less painful (we all know interest rates are crazy right now). He said he transferred from a Cadillac dealership, and I'd say Baytown Nissan is lucky to have him!
