I had a really good experience here. I initially saw a vehicle at this dealership online. So I gave them a call, and sales representative Zachery Martinez was very polite and knowledgeable and walked me through all of my questions. So I drove over, and there were no surprises. We took a test drive and then worked with finance manager Jose Saenz. They both did a great job and made my car buying experience a real pleasure. Kudos to those two gentlemen.

I have had what has to be the best car buying experience ever. Dewayne, my sales associate, was professional, kind and courteous. He listened. Then he put me into a vehicle that fit my needs as well as my budget. Dion gave me the best cup of coffee. Then, Mike stepped in to insure that I was happy with the process, then, Jeff took me the rest of the way. This sales team treated me like a Queen. I got a new car. Yay!

I arrived at 1 pm, and I explained my issue and problem with my Hyundai and asked for service and about changing my back tires because of a blowout, I had called in advance of arrival an was told they would be able to help me with this and that they had plenty of tires in stock for my model. But soon later, i arrived and talked with the man on the phone he informed me he doesn't actually have anything in stock and that. "Oh, we don't do much on Saturday." I recommend you don't go here for service.

Worst experience I ve ever had with an auto repair shop. This is my second oil change for my 2022 Santa Fe purchased from this dealer ship and still under warranty. Both experiences resulted in a 2.5-3 hour wait. I did not receive my vehicle until I asked for an update.Furthermore, at the beginning of my appointment I inquired about a panel on the driver side passenger door that was lifting up. I was told by my service representative, Dylan that he would take a look before taking my vehicle back to ensure it could be fixed. After waiting 2.5 hours my vehicle was brought back with the part still broken. Dylan then stated that he informed me that it couldn t be looked at today (which was a lie). My vehicle was once again taken back to parts and service after I informed him of his lie where it was fixed in less than 5 minutes.I will not be returning to this automotive shop and I d advise you all not to as well. They waste your time and do not complete the requested work.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Mr Smallwood in the lead service dept took great care of me with my car today with the help of his tech guys, which were great also. I brought the car in just a few days ago and had it diagnosed/inspected, turns out it was all easy and covered fully under warranty, and as soon as the parts arrived yesterday I was made aware and had everything finished completely in about an hour just a little after noon today! All good so far! Austin was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand more of what was going on and assured me that it was an easy fix and should have no issues from here on out, and it seems he was right! I highly suggest taking your Hyundai's to this service dept, these guys seem to really care about the customers complete satisfaction over anything else, and even with only minor warranty work, I was treated just as kindly as if I were there to buy a new car. Thanks guys and thank you Austin for all your help!

I wish I could give a great review about my experience with Baytown Hyundai service center but it was not a pleasant one. It took 2 weeks to get my car back from catalytic replacement. First I noticed a open water bottle lying in my console and the check engine light was still on. I was told to drive the car, the light would go off. It didn't. After scanning the computer my car now needed an o2 sensor. My new repairman found that the sensor had been broken and reused. They apparently didn't have the 17$ tool that removes the sensor safely. I have a long scratch down the side of my car that it didn't have before they got it. It's safe to say I will not go back to Baytown Hyundai ever.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic
