I took my car in for 2 issues: oil leak, transmission skipping. Dropped it off at lunch time of the day 3/8. It was 8/22 close of day before I had any information. I was aware that it would be about a week and half before they were finished troubleshooting it. I was also aware that I would have to pay 2 troubleshooting fees since I 2 different issues.Unfortunately, the repairs are too costly given the age (2008) of my car. The team was really good at explaining the recommended repair report. Kudos to them!It's too complicated to explain here, but given the repair issues and other factors, they were kind enough to only charge me for 1 service repair.The service here is wonderful. The staff were incredibly nice, thoughtful, and gracious each step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, I was escorted to the various locations and quickly received my car. I felt respected and valued as customer even though I did not chose to have my car repaired.Thank you for wonderful service done with a smile! :)

As soon as I pulled up to the Service Department Sherman walked out to greet me and he made my visit a pleasant one. He answered all of my questions and explained the process to me. Sherman also took the liberty to provide me with updates throughout my wait. He is definitely an asset to Baytown Ford and I thank him for his hospitality.

I recently bought my new Ford Branco Sport around mid March. I had a really great experience with Kevin Phan, he was super respectful and really interested in helping me with my shopping experience. Didn t make me feel pressured in any type of way during the whole process. Very informative, an answer for every question, and reassured me in any doubts i had.For every visit that I made after my purchase the staff at Baytown Ford we super friendly. I brought my daughter with me on two occasions and everyone was super patient with us and sweet.Very happy with this company in Baytown :)

Service Representative Julie Nelson was amazing, she welcomed me at my vehicle and checked me in quickly and my vehicle was done in 45 minutes. The fastest time I experienced from past visits. Julie also informed me that I had some Ford reward points and asked if I wanted to use.Thank you Julie

Danielle and Baytown FordI was very impressed with the willingness to schedule my emergency repair - the same day. As you are I aware I was traveling during my truck failure. Ultimately, the repair pricing was outstanding, the entire staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Shuttle service to a resturant was professional and timely. A tremendous CONGRATS and gratitude is due to Baytown Ford from my experience. I may make the drive for the great service in the future.Thanks - Lenny

Came into town from out of state and bought a truck over the phone without seeing it. It had 1000 miles on it and the company had said it was brand new with no prior owners. The pictures online showed a plain black truck with only the 4 x 4 decals which we asked them to remove, upon delivery we noticed there was 2 pinstripes along both sides of the truck. To say we were displeased was an understatement. The pictures online never showed those decals. We paid to have it shipped to Arizona and when it arrived it was incredibly dirty inside. On the outside I understand that but inside, it s embarrassing for them that they have the truck to the delivery company in that condition. We have learned our lesson and will never purchase a vehicle from them again. Will update the review once we receive the title to see if they actually put the vehicle under Arizona instead of Texas.

First, and foremost, thank u amber miller(manager) u been a great help and gave me a great status on my vehicle!!!! I want to thank you for helping me with my problem I was having, it made me feel a lot better about my situation that I was having!!!! But as far some of the workers here, the chubby guy with the glasses, bad customers services and very rude and just hard to deal with, I understand that he has to do his job but his attitude is a ZERO !!!!! He needs to work on that and the other guy with the glasses but his much older as well, need to work on their customer service as well cause it s not it! And it makes me feel unappreciated and unwelcome at this business location! If I would rate their attitude it would be a Zero because the guys I mentioned was acting sassy, sarcastic and rude with me and I don t like the disrespect that was aim towards at me! But other than that like I said thank u Abby miller for your help, very appreciated !!!!

The service was excellent and very professional. I will be using Baytown Town Ford again to get all my service done. This was not my first time using Baytown Ford. I had some keys made there and other work done and the people there are always professional and very helpful.

Had an appointment and still took over three hours. All there was one excuse after another. I was also was told they would wash my vehicle. I had to remind them when they said it was finally ready. Well, they took it and washed at it. I bought my vehicle there and have had all my maintenance done there if this is the way they are going to treat me like that imagine how they will treat everybody else. Still not sure if I will go back

First off, Naomi in the service department went above and beyond to help me. I bought a used Ford Fusion from another dealership and purchased a warranty. I had an issue with a bad install of the flex plate and Naomi was tasked with talking to warranty and assisting them with a laundry list of parts and labor in order to get it covered. She did all that and more to help me get my car back, including a new transmission to give me even more assurance of a long lasting repair. She called me with updates all the time and was quick to respond to me calls.

From the moment I walked in they were quick to help me!!! Service was done quick and sufficient! Oil change and tire rotation with balance done they notified me that I had a recall and that they would take care of it free of charge! They ordered the parts and I m scheduled to go back in this week!!! Thanks again for great customer service

The service person Kevin met me at my car & thoroughly gave me info. On the next steps to resolve my problem - he also took the time to help me re-program my screen & show me some tips that I didn't understand. (all other persons were equally helpful too)Very good experience

1- I guess the mechanic was dirty (understandable), but with having cloth seats, my driver seat was dirty, oily, and stained when getting my truck back. This happened with the oil change before as well and had to get it professional cleaned to get the stains out then. This was the only thing I had initially noticed when leaving, so I did not bother to mention it to the manager because she had a whole mess of issues. (While there I noticed 2 or 3 people came to pick their vehicles up but ended up back in the loaner because I would assume the issue wasn't fixed.)2- When I got home, I noticed that all my papers that were in my glovebox were down on the floor board. Not sure why access to my glovebox was needed for an oil change? But also noticed my files in the center console have also been handled. I am not sure who the mechanic was, but there should be no reason someone would need to go through these areas for just an oil change.3- When greasing my fittings yesterday, I also noticed my undercarriage had oil everywhere.... like areas that shouldn't/wouldn't get oil there on it's own. I get this is just workmanship but dang, take pride in your work... it doesn't take much, if any, effort to for cleanliness, or to clean the areas after work was complete.A lot of trust lost to Baytown Ford for condoning this behavior for all my personal belongings being gone through... As well as, I am only here posting this on Google is because I tried fixing this by emailing them directly 3 weeks ago. Such piss-poor management.

The technician was on time and thorough. Explained to me exactly what he was going to be fixing/repairing. Communication skills were amazing and he completed with the job very quickly. Would highly recommend Baytown Ford.

Not happy with the end result. Scheduled an appointment, dropped my truck off to be serviced. Said my AC isnt working, was getting a check engine light for the ambient air temperature sensor. Told the accountant manager that, that may be the reason my AC is not working. Had my truck for a week, needed a new wire harness and the sensor needed to be replace is what i was informed. Had some other work done that they suggested, outside of what i brought my truck in for, because it needed to be addressed. Get my truck back on Saturday. Sunday my AC is still not working. I leave a message. No return phone call on Monday. I call at luch time, and was informed that the information provided didnt state the there was an issue with the AC, just a check engine light and oil change. Suggested i drop my truck off again for another 3-4 days for troubleshooting and repairs, which i will have to pay for. Already spent alot of money. Im good. Going with a local mechanic for my truck going foward and will seek all services with another dealership for the wifes vehicle. Even if i have to drive 30 miles away.

MIC ON MIC here, now when my blue ranger was in need of a replacement for a stuck EVAP purge valve I called my warranty to which the ford dealer gladly respected and accepted. Delivering a lil later than what I would have liked but glad I got my car back with the issue solved and a refil on all my fluids. Good work and fast responses from the ford team in Baytown.

I was very pleased. Everyone was very nice and it was done quickly.., the only thing that was done at previous ford place that they did not do was fill the DEF . So I purchased and did ourselves. Very good customer service. Will definitely be back . Happy New Year s

I took my car in for diagnoatic because my front RT and BK left brakes were dragging intermittently. I had already checked the RT caliper and Rt brake hose and they were ok.. Ford's mechanic came back with a 1700 repair quote to replace the RT caliper, and rotor replace left Rotor, do a brake job and flush brake fluid.. There computer diag cam back no codes. ~He never checked bk left brake. I said the RT caliper and hose are good I checked them myself., This was a wierd problem.. I took it here becuase was a very hard problem but i knew the caliper was good. I drove the car home, took to my mechanic he then checked the ABS module. I was there as the hit the hydrolic on ABS, instanlty the front RT and BK left brake would free up. He did this twice had the same result. The problem was ABS not the caliper. He installed another ABS that day had it reprogrammed and no more brake locks at all or rotors heating up.. Problem fixed. I knew there diagnoses was wrong. The rotor will need to be addressed but that wasn't causing the brake locking as Ford said. My car was at Ford 8 or 9 days with a wrong diagnosis. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because when I went to pay the bill, they told me no charge for diagnostic.. I felt I shouldn't have to pay any way cause I knew the diagnosis was wrong, but I was willing to pay.. Thankful for good customer service but there mehanic needs more training.

I dropped off my 2019 F250 for an oil change, a check engine light, and a faulty windshield washer switch. As of close of business, I didn't have any specific information on the CEL or the windshield washer switch, after the truck being there all day. I've been using Baytown Ford service since I bought the truck, but this lack of service causes me to consider other options in the future. I expected better.

I've used Baytown Ford for several years. I had a schedule appointment for a recall from Ford on my car. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment time. My car was taken in upon my arrival. I sit for two hours before an advisor came out and told me that they had not started working on my car. That really didn't do me good I have medical problems. So the driver for Baytown Ford Mr. Joe taken me home and I was called when my car was ready. Mr. Joe picked me up at home and taken to pickupmy car. Mr. Joe is a great guy and I see himas asset to the company. Over all I wouldrecommend my family and friends toBaytown Ford.Johnett Hubert

I normally don t write reviews and if I could give them a BIG FAT ZERO I would!! Reasons:* Service advisor not communicating back on status of my truck* Giving me the run round for 3 weeks keepng my truck without rental or loner* Telling me they were gonna have it looked at by the end of the week.* Dropped off October 11th then went and picked it up November 3rd NOTHING had been done after being put off on different techs wasnt touched at all!!! So i went and told them i was picking up my truck!!* I called the manager of service dept of course NO answer then i left a message and NO call back!!!This Place is absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend anyone!!

I came into Baytown Ford with only $1,900 for down payment a 450 credit score and no cosigner and my salesman Frank was able to get me in a 2017 Ford explorer he held my hand through the entire process he made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed anything that I was not okay with he didn't move forward on Frank was the ultimate salesperson he made sure that at the end of the day I got exactly what I wanted and nothing was forced on me I really enjoyed my experience at Baytown Ford and the next time I purchase a vehicle I'll be back to see Frank thank you guys so much
