This place is trash they don t care about your vehicle. I was charged $425 for a day and when I picked up my car my brakes didn t work and I had a big scuff mark on my front bumper . I told them my car wasn t safe to drive but they just let me drive off like that anyway. I later found out they cut my break hose.

This place is extremely unprofessional. The man who answered the call did not properly introduce himself so I can t personally call him out but he states he s the owner and literally hung up on me while I was speaking to him in a calmly manner! Yall need to learn how to do yalls job correctly and take some customer service classes cause your attitude sucks to be in this type of business.

You don't need me to convince you to steer clear of this place. The good? When they do speak to you, they seem very relaxed and casual. It's definitely a tight-knit kind of place. If you're looking for "professional" communication and behavior, this isn't it. The bad? The one time I go there, they closed and locked the office 15-20 minutes early. I called twice in the parking lot. I saw one random guy in the lot but was not going to disturb him from his work. I needed to get a few things out of my totaled truck after work and they decided to close early for what? They also have to learn to cut out chatting about inappropriate topics in front of customers. Walked in on them talking about some guy one of them was dating. Not going to mention more. The first time, which was only supposed to be brief, turned out horrible. One and done for me. Never again. Get your car towed somewhere else unless you're a grease monkey.

I had the best experience with Baytown Collision Center and can't thank them enough.!! From the front staff, Ms. Amanda, who was So kind, informative and very helpful. As well as Dj who let me know everything that was going on with my car. His friendly Personality with upmost honesty truly made me feel more comfortable. I can't express how much this was an easy experience for myself thanks to them. I thank all of the staff from the bottom of my heart for all of thier help.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Baytown Collison came recommended to me and I called this morning and set up for them to tow my car to another business to have new tires placed. After waiting for several hours I called them back and they didnt even have me down to have my car picked up. I asked for Anna who I had talked to this morning and was told she had left for the day already. Very poor customer service and they could care less of the promise they had made this morning. Lady I talked with this afternoon was very rude. Should have come online this morning and read through the google reviews.

Steer clear of this place and believe the low rating and reviews. They closed the front office 20 minutes early on a non-holiday. I made sure to get their with ample time and I ended up wasting about 40 minutes all told... The staff are extremely casual; the inappropriate conversation kind of casual that should be cut out when customers are in the room or in earshot. I walk into a 5 person conversation and nobody acknowledges me or points me to one of the three desks for assistance? There is almost never any room to park or get out. Don't drive a truck in there. Bring your smallest vehicle because you WILL need to use your 3 point turning skills to park and exit the lot. So, I'm not docking them for their subject matter of conversation; it's a body shop. It's a casual workplace. I'm docking them on the crowded conditions in the lot, closing early, and the staff's behavior.

TRUST THE REVIEWS!!! I should have trusted the tow truck drivers sarcastic laugh/ominous warning when I told him I was using Baytown Collision Repair. This is the WORST collision shop in Baytown. Take your car literally anywhere else. They do not call when there is a delay, lying is part of their employee manual, PAUL will say "parts are on backorder" so many times it will make you sick. PAUL, is the most unprofessional, incompetent, disgraceful employee of any business you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with, and his office ladies are not ANY better. They close early, will put you on hold and forget about you, won't answer your calls, will LIE and say PAUL is out of his office when he in fact, is in the SAME ROOM. This place needs to be investigated and a lien placed on the business. There are bad businesses, and there are crooked businesses... This "repair shop" is a strong combination of both. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Instead use Frank's or first collision. Both are very reputable.Service: Body & Trim

David was phenomenal when our RV got stuck in a ditch in the evening. He asked all the right questions, was fast in arriving and took no time in getting our 40 footer out. He was kind enough to help us park our RVs after as well. Shoutout to David for all the support!

They did a horrible job on my vehicle, they found additional damages to my car 2 days before it was supposed to be ready when they should have found them at the beginning of the process! They also wanted me to lie to the insurance so they could get more money out of them! Anna Caren is the one who said that JR told her to tell me to lie to the insurance just so they could get more money! Anna Caren was terrible at calling me back! They are all very unprofessional. I got my car back with a nail in the tire and my car was dirty! They supposedly cleaned it and they didn t! Now I have to take my car else where to get fixed properly. Would never go back to them again! Do not recommend anyone to go here!

I told one of the employees my insurance sent me there and called them the previous day. The employee agreed and asked me to leave my keys with her. So, 2 weeks pass and I still have no update on my car. I call my insurance company and they tell me I left my car at the wrong place. The employee basically lied to me when she said she received a call from my insurance. It took them a MONTH to fix a minor bumper issue. I tried calling them, they do NOT pick up and then when I went to center, I see a employee smoking weed near where my car was. To be courtesy, they cleaned my car and someone stole a giftcard I had left inside. Overall, do NOT use this place.

I was referred to Baytown Collision by a colleague. My truck had been in a minor accident and I delivered it to them myself. Their liaison, Amy communicated with me regularly & kept me updated with my truck s assessments & progress. JR the General Manager was also friendly and very quick to respond to any concerns I had regarding insurance, parts, additional work, etc. Overall I was impressed with the quality of work and the way the staff responded to get me back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone!

Horrible service, my truck got towed in here and when brought it out from there it had nails on my tires and the rear look like they hit it, on top of that they took over 20 minutes to bring it out. Also they told my sister a time and the guy never showed up. My sister had to called a few time until they answer and finally got it out.

For me the number one issue when having auto work done is how well my car looks when they are finished. It doesn't matter how fast it gets done or how much they save on cost if I can find flaws in the repair work. My car looked show room ready/ color matched perfect where the repairs were done.This was on a car with clear coat finish, so very pleased at the final results. Based on this alone I give them 5 stars.

Absolutely detest this place. Unfortunately my car was towed here after a fender bender on Monday. Went on Monday and paid $188 for towing and storage. Did this on way home from emergency room with a broken foot. Told them my brother was coming to get the car on Wednesday or Thursday. They told me they would put it in the employee lot across the street so he could get it after hours--no problem. Insurance adjuster filled out claim Wednesday night. Went to get car Thursday before 10:00 am and they claimed they had to tow it back to their storage lot and charged me another $193.00 to get it out. Come to find out they didn't tow it but used a forklift and the car is totally drive able. My brother drove it off the lot and onto a trailer. A bunch of lying crooks who took advantage of an injured 62 year old woman.

I have been taking my vehicles to Baytown Collision since they opened. The service has been amazing. I always feel like family and like they care about their customers as well as their business. The Service is quick and my car looks amazing! The prices are actually the lowest in the Baytown Area.

Great communication, very professional and thorough with damage assessments. Extremely nice work! Had a wreck tow driver recommend them. CALL YOUR INSURANCE FOR RECOMMENDATION. They had my car for 6 weeks. Picked up. Brakes felt funny, took back. They said brakes fine. Went straight to Kia dealership. One of my brakes was not connected. They repaired, took bill to Baytown Collision. Said they never touch my brakes so they will not pay for it. They got my insurance company to pay it. Year later my engine was running rough. Took to dealership. Told me I have a junk yard engine in my 2014 car that is not paid for. I realized early on in the process they were a scam but all advice said dangerous to move car to another repair shop because will sabotage your car, but how can it be worse than this?

The service we received was not that great at first and we were not treated very nicely by the tow truck driver. I called JR, the manager of the company and explained the situation and that I was not happy at all with how we were treated and he agreed to discount the price for us for the tow we received. The truck driver, Andrea, apologized to us for how the situation was handled and for the miscommunication. I was not happy with this company at all in the beginning, but they handled our issue and concerns very well and professionally. I would use them again in the future.

My vehicle was wrecked into a ditch and towed away to Baytown Collision. Baytown Collision was not the responsible party for the towing, but gladly excepted my vehicle for storage and auto repairs. The following day on November 11th, 2017 (Veterans Day) I called the shop and it was closed. I was able to reach there after hours line where I was in contact with Paul. Paul was awesome to work with he gladly put me in touch with Brandon. On there day off, both employees took the time to help me.I arrived at the shop to find out that my towing fees were ridiculously high, my initial all together cost was close to $800.00. Brandon helped me by finding out why the cost was so high. The third party towing company charged me double the price. At this time, I explained to Brandon that am a Veteran (it was Veterans Day) that's when JR (Site Manager) came out to speak with me. He first thanked me for my services and told me that it was his duty to make this right by me.JR called the third party towing company, he attempted to reason with them to bring down the cost, it did not work. At this time I was thinking I was screwed at a $800 bill. JR went above and beyond to make it right, he flat out told the towing company they can take there business some place else.WOW!!!!! These guys went above and beyond to help me. My $800 bill turned into me only paying $200 because of great company ethics and supporting Veterans. I will with out a doubt bring them all my future auto body/vehicle work.JR, Brandon, or Paul, thank you again for your help and support, what you guys did was incredible.

They fixed my 2014 Mercedes C250. It was done nice and painted like NEW. This is a Good Repair facility. I recommend anyone to this Shop if you get in an Accident or need anything pertaining your vechile. Paul Larson and Brad Martinez and J. R. Cunningham are a great set of guys to deal with. They treat you like Family...... Thanks for taking care of me and my car.

After 6 months finally get car back and it has a link of coarse they can t find. The guy we have to talk to Paul never there as he lives in Austin. Everyone that worked there when car was brought there no longer worked there when picked up. Trim around shifter is all messed up can t get them to fix worst body shop I ever dealt with take your business elsewhereService: Body & Trim

The worst service in the world! up front as the manager, you have to be calling them and going so they can do their job, we've had the car for 3 months and it's the date that they don't send the paperwork that's needed to the insurance company, they've even blocked our phone numbers , there is no worst colluvion center that is in all of Baytown

Really terrible service. They told me my car would take two weeks and it ended up being 3 months. They took forever to get ahold of for updates, sometimes they would say they ll call me back if they couldn t update me & never did. They never told me when my car was finished I had to keep calling them.After two months of having my car back I got an oil change at a local car service shop in which they notified me that my car was on the verge of breaking down due to BAYWAY COLLISON forgetting to replace my wheel bearing during the reconstruction of my car. I had to pay an extra 250$ to replace the wheel bearing myself. I m glad another shop was able to point out a pretty obvious flaw otherwise my family and I would ve been stranded on our road trip this weekend. After 3 months I would expect everything to be completed for my car at the minimum, but I guess not. Keep in mind BAYWAY was a recommended shop through progressive insurance. Never again am I coming here lol.

I posted a picture of the man that drives the Baytown Wrecker Service. This company needs to fire him. Really bad look, he totally disregards you after you pay him. When you pay somebody for a service, you expect them to try and help you out but this man is the complete opposite. He is rude and lazy. He leaves the car where he pleases and hangs up on you if you disagree with him.

Was in a wreck 2 weeks ago. Someone recommended me this collision center, and my gosh... I couldn't ask for anyone better. The staff is fun, nice, reasonable, and very explanatory! If you're ever in a wreck, stop by here! Charles is a great guy, along with his other colleagues! They WON'T LET YOU DOWN!

Their affiliate, Baytown Wrecker Service is completely unprofessional. He has you pay him and does not place the car where you ask him. He complained about mud, which wasn t there, keep in mind he has a huge truck. Also, he hangs up on you when there s an inconvenience and just dumps the car and doesn t answer calls.

Would leave zero stars if possible. When you refused signed contract they start to bully you. Try to degrade you and other collision centers of bad work. They poor business practices. Right after your accident they want you to go over to there center and signed contract. Telling you they are not preferred company with any insurance. That they only use OEM parts and insurance company refused to deal with that. They are not preferred due to poor business practices. They attempted to charge my insurance company $1500 for a tow and 1 day storage. The accident happen only 3 miles away. Harris county police called them out to tow my vehicle. If I would of know how hard it was to get my vehicle out of there lot. I would of refused their tow, but after the accident I was more concerned about my children health. All they wanted me to do was sign a contract They are heartless and use bulling practices to get your business. When my wife went to get a few items out and sign the release to have the car moved to another collision center they told her I signed a contract with them but could not show her a copy. Or even send me a copy of a signed contracted. Stating everything is record. Telling them great i would love to hear and see that video. Due to the fact there was no signed copy. Of course they also refused to show me video evidence.Beware Baytown Collision , they will lie cheat and attempt to steal from you.

They towed my truck, after I clearly left signs stating that I had a truck on the way, and included my number and the row truck company's number. The lady at the front desk was very rude. The manager was nice though. The customer parking was a nightmare (very small)
