Team very customer service oriented. There wasn t one person that I can in contact with, that didn t smile and greet me. Now let s talk about the work that was completed. Nothing short of beautiful. From the time I left my baby with them, to the time I picked her up, the team was In communication with me regarding updates. I have nothing but accolades for the entire process. My husband just picked up his truck after having repairs done from an accident and he paid $250 for a detail. He is highly dissatisfied as you can see from the photos the detail done was poor quality. Floor mats not cleaned, mirrors not cleaned, one of the headlights was not buffed out and others were not buffed fully, bumper was not cleaned, windows were not cleaned, soap residue spots left on truck, replaced outer skin on tailgate and left raised imperfections on the tailgate. I would not recommend this business.Service: Auto detailing

I do not recommend this establishment. Promised my vehicle 2 weeks after I dropped off. Did not pick up my vehicle until 96 days. They were not truthful about what was going on nor were familiar with my vehicle or how to repair it properly. Still have sensors that are not functioning.

Worst experience ever my insurance company is progressive they recommended bases being one of the people that they so my car was brought to their shop due to a theft and needed to be repaired after they did the estimate they said my car would be ready January 20th then they call me on January 16th to tell me that the car will not be ready and they were going to need an additional 6 days after the 20th to complete the repairs. My rental agreement with progressive was only for 30 Bates collision said they would have a completed but I had to pay $700 additionally out of pocket for they did not want to cover the extra cost it was going to cost for the rental when it wasn't my fault that they needed never will I do business with these people.

The worst experience! Do not recommend! I called and I told them about the noise the door makes after they replaced it and it s been over two weeks and they never called me back! Incredibly rude staff!

The service was excellent Haley the front person was a joy to speak with and Sonia keep in touch with me on a regular basis about the progress of the repair work. There was a problem with my rental car (not Bates fault) but they took care of it for me so that it all went smoothly. The repair was great they matched the paint perfectly even the though the vehicle was an older model. I would say they provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I highly recommend their shop to anyone needing repairs especially for older model cars.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

I m just going to say that Sonia is the very best! She is the most hardworking employee at Bates. During our entire process, we could always count on Sonia. The job itself on our car was phenomenal. We are glad we chose Bates for our repair.

I had a bad accident on I-10 vehicle shutdown due to my cut wiring harness and my front was caved in. Bates collision center took care of everything and Sonia is amazing, she kept up with my truck's progress and would inform me with any changes or repair. Awesome customer service and awesome people that work at Bates collision center!!!

My car was in the shop for much longer than anticipated, but I was willing to look past that.However, I called on Tuesday right after I picked up to let them know of issues I saw.The receptionist said Sonia had stepped outside and would have her call me back before end of day. Here it is Sunday and no one has reached out to me.During the entire time my car was there, I had to call numerous times for an update.Very disappointed.

I needed body work done to my pickup. I am by nature very particular and I take very good care of my vehicles, boats and motorcycle, it takes a very good job to satisfy me. Bates Collision surpassed ALL of my expectations and then some! The people are friendly and professional. I was kept informed of their progress by a daily txt and knew when it would be completed. The workmanship/CRAFTMANSHIP of their work is outstanding, I feel like my 2016 F150 pickup is new again. This company is representative of what all great American companies should emulate, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!Services: Full body wash, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Paint repair

I m not going to say don t go to this place of business because they look like they do some work but it s just the from the desk it s the problem I can to them yesterday and ask for a hail estimate my opinion she could of had always send someone to come look at my car before she stated what they don t do she gave me a number to call to get it done o went there they did a statement and said some parts they can t fix but bates can do body work on it I went back and again the lady at the front still wasn t tryin to help but what made very very disturbing to me was when I came to her to let her know the number she gave me I called, went up there spoke with them and showed her the paperwork and I told her the insurance covers my vehicle. She called another lady over there and explain to her, but lied to her in front of me about me stated, I said something to her I never said anything like that, but my insurance she never looked at the paperwork that house, my insurance on the paper and all so they did not help me with my car. Nobody decided to come out to see what I was talking about with my car , hopefully nobody will go through this with them because it is a horrible feeling to deal with early in the morning with no help

I would definitely recommend Bates Auto Collision Team ANY day of the week for their professionalism and excellent customer service! I was greeted by Veronica at the reception desk and she was super cool and polite. Then Russell took me on a tour of the facility and to do the pre-inspection on my vehicle. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process to me and the timeline for completing the repairs to my vehicle.The next day I got a call from Raegan. She is top notch! She communicated with me EVERYDAY, sometimes twice per day and kept me in the loop with my repairs. She's very meticulous and pays attention to detail! Being a United States Marine I'm all about the small details and order, she got it done! Raegan is proof that dynamite does come in small packages! When I came in to pickup my truck Raegan delivered it personally! It was detailed and ready to go. Not one scratch or water spot. I took a C5 Corvette for re-painting and a change of an oil pan and their work was deplorable. Took them 3 months to paint my front and rear bumper and the left fenders. The paintwork was absolutely disgusting, there were still flaws such as scratches on the bumpers and fenders, and they used a LOW quality paint. It was easy to tell the difference compared to the original paint on some of the other panels. They took the car apart and after putting it back together the rear hatch and the hood were deplorably unaligned, and on top of that, the once flawless Corvette logos were butchered and stuck back on the car as is; the glue marks were visible from 10 feet away. They also didn't replace the Corvette Letters and claimed they couldn't find them online, but a 3 minute Google search for me proved their words absolutely False. The dash trim and interior carpet were loose when they put it back together and I've no idea as to why they removed them in the first place just to replace the oil pan. The icing on the cake was that they charged my insurance company Nine thousand dollars and on the receipt it showed they charged for a myriad of things they didn't even replace, such as the Corvette Logos they messed up, and a sway bar that they absolutely did not replace. They also used some cheap generic oil on my LS1 engine. The cherry on top was they called me to come get my car and upon getting there the car was covered in dust like it had been stuck in the Sahara for a week. One of the workers tried to play it off and jokingly blamed it on new construction across the street. Utterly unprofessional and disgusting work. The fact that they charged 3k more than a FULL quality dealership paintjob is beyond me. They definitely had the rookies working on my car and words can't express how repulsed I was by their work. That C5 was meant to be my garage queen for 15ish years if not forever, and I ended up selling it and losing about 600 dollars; and that's not even counting the 500 dollar deductible I payed this Baytown Bates and the hit I took with my insurance policy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair, Oil change

Had the BEST experience here with my husband s truck and my car! Russell and Natalie are the nicest people, continued to keep us up to date on the vehicles, very informative, and did everything they could for us and our vehicles! We got my husbands truck back within a few days! My car too a little bit longer due to more damage but they had it ready before the expected date because that s how awesome this shop is! Thank you Bates Collision!
