Had an amazing experience here with my husband. Came to get a new battery and Leaphiny really came in clutch for us. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every part of the process with us. 10/10 will be coming back for the parts our car needs.

Hector M.the best service and staff! I was on a long road trip and something weird happened with my car. I stopped in at this AutoZone. They were kind and helpful and quick and I would recommend this store to anybody that lives in this area or is passing through.

My mom and dad always go to this store for everything. Kenny G helps them every time they go. Always friendly and eager to assist. He has helped us order parts and made suggestions to us on how to effectively fix things wrong with our trucks.

My husband and I always go to this store to get the parts that we need. Last time we went Mr. Kenny G. not only helped us make our selections, but he was simultaneously helping two other customers. Walking one through how to change his belt, while pulling a battery out of another vehicle. He is always helpful and kind every time.

I had went in the other day and needed to change my battery for my key and when Dewayn was replacing it and he had broke a little plastic piece and then wanted ME to tape it back together and all he gave me was 80 cents off I was absolutely furious when I got my key back. Disappointed.

This Autozone by far is one of the best stores, with the best customer service, and with knowledgeable folks that really care about helping others. During a recent unplanned visit, Megan went out of her way to sincerely help me! She was knowledgeable and professional. She provided all the answers and vehicle support needed and while doing so was courtesy and kind. I will always give this Autozone my business and continue to refer others!!!

It was absolutely terrible! Honestly, the service I received in this store has honestly been the worst I have experienced in any store I have shopped. My son made a purchase and decided that it didn't work out for him. I went to return the item with the receipt within the return period. Item was paid with a debit card. Virtually cash... Was told to bring in card.. came back in later with the card for return, and now they want the pin # for return. Now let me back up and explain the girl who says the item has been "used" which it wasn't... it's been banged up going back and forth, and she is super rude and doesn't know what she is doing. Trip 2 I don't know my sons pin# why would I ... why do you need a pin # FOR A RETURN??? Trip 3... Rude associate can't do the return..I have the pin number now but she voided the sale and tells me the system doesn't recognize my receipt, and I know I have to come back for a 4th trip. Incompetent people!

Great staff, Noah was great. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was also patient with every question that I had. The sad thing is there was another representative that helped me who was also wonderful and I never got his name. Definitely recommend this place and will come back.

Leaphiny saved me. She went way above and beyond helping me and my children. I came in looking for a battery and she helped me find what I could afford but before that she went out of her way to drive to the location of my car and get it started to make it to the store. She then replaced it and was so kind when I needed it most.

Hands down some of the best service I've had from an auto parts store in a decade. Kenny and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't left stranded with a dead battery, while I was on vacation 18 hours away from home.Special Thanks to the store manager and Kenny.A+++

3 staff, im the only customer, trying to check out. nobody acknowledge and all 3 just walk pass by me and forget to say that someone will be right with me to check out the my items. Sad.

First time to this location. I received help from Noah. He is AMAZING! He goes out of his way to ensure you are happy - great customer service! He made me feel like I was not at a chain store. Highly recommend him if you shop there.

I went to this autozone for the 1st time and was helped by Noah. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right battery for my car. He installed the battery and even cleaned all the terminals. I had a much better experience at this autozone than I did at the other one on garth! If you need autozone in Baytown make sure You go to the new one on Garth and Wallisville north of I-10.
