The gentleman in the store was more focused on his personal cell phone call on speaker then he was in helping me find what I was looking for. It was a very awkward and unprofessional experience.

I have never had such an unpleasant experience dealing with store staff. First the part was not in on the day I was told it would be in. Second, it was the wrong part and when I asked to order the correct part I was told I can only order it online and have it shipped to my house. After talking to another store I find out I can indeed order it from the store. Third, when I took the part back and asked why they refuse to order it I was met with rude staff. I told them I would no longer shop at advanced auto parts and was told that they don't mind. Seriously this is how you treat your customers? This is why I will never shop there again. Its really sad how an employee can ruin your business's reputation.

Got a good deal on a battery but the store is under staffed. One of the parts person wasn't wearing a mask neither was a manager at all. Took over 45 minutes to check out on an online order that was pre-paid. You would think the parts people would care a little more for their customers.

Excellent service! The gentleman was super friendly and very helpful with helping me find a temporary replacement for my side mirror. He was very patient as I kept having to go back in for things to get it on there! Thanks so much you guys rock!

This place is garbage. I have been here at least three times and have never walked out with a part. They either show the part but can t find it on the shelf, their system is down so they can t look up parts, or they just flat out won t have the parts. This is why people use Amazon all the time because your local stores are over priced and never have anything.

We had to return 2 alternators. The y said that after installing the last one the warranty would not cover a return. That makes absolutely no sense. How would you know it was bad until you installed it and it stopped working? Needless to say we complained loudly and got a refund. Never going here again.

Go online on the dotcom website. It will ask you to enter your email, do so. Choose your items to purchase, leave them in the cart, leave the website. Give it about 6 hours but for sure next morning, you will have a 25% discount coupon in your email. I do it quite often, if your not in immediate need of the parts right then and there, do this and save a bit more. Can be combined with the 5 dollar speed perks coupon too. My radiator was 160ish came out 130ish after taxes. Hey nowadays let's try to save some money, am I right folks? People are friendly too. 1/17/21

Walked in wasn't greeted or even asked if we needed help went to look for what I needed and stood in a line girl at counter never said she could help or say that she was open when we did get to counter she couldn't spell first or last name..

It's Baytown. Don't expect anyone in there with half a brain. They can basically Google parts for you. That's the level of education on parts they've been given. Just be thankful Google is a short word.
