Tends to always have a long line. Also I asked for an air filter to be put in during oil change but they did not do it for the second time. True enough mine is in good shape but thats not the point, if I ask for service I expect to recieve it or at least tell me the reason why not.

Just wanted an oil change and this Walmart checks your tire pressure, air filter, battery life all out of a curiosity. My battery was bad and I am so grateful they took the time to check. Being stranded somewhere would be a huge inconvenience. They all are the nicest, friendliest and caring staff, I ve ever experienced.

Went in to have a tired replaced due to bring under warranty and to have another one fixed. Both are "under warranty". Get there and of course the tell me I'll get 60% the new tire and the nail will be patched on the other. Guess what... 20% off because they calculated wrong and they didnt even fix the other. Told me if I wanted to wait almost 2 more hours they would take care of it. Waste of time and money.Service: Tires

Had a blow out on our camper, and these guys were willing to come out and replace all of our tires... We went ahead and replaced all 4. Didn't have to wait long, but it is Monday afternoon, so service is a little light. Very nice gentleman who did the tires for us... Talked to the wife the whole time they were changing the tires. Now we can feel good about making it the rest of the way home!

Line backed up, waited 2 hours to tell me I had a flat not fixed or under warranty, don't come here until they get their b.s. fixed 10/24/19

It took them about 2.5 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. I even had an appointment. They didn t seem that busy. Not sure what they were doing but they don t seem to value the customers time.

First of all I m only in bay city for work I had a tire I needed to get fixed and had no other place to go but to Walmart since they always provide good service . I got to the auto center cashier at 6:15pm and asked if I could get my tire fixed and all I could in response was We aren t taking anymore cars in . When it clearly says they close at 7pm. It feels horrible to get denied and know that you won t have a ride to work the next day. By the way the girl was super moody!!!

Went in for a oil change. Beware and check your oil before you leave. I have a 4 cylinder car and they put 5 quarts of oil in it. Thats just as bad as not putting any oil in it.I had them push it back in and drain it and put the correct amount of oil in it which is just under 3 quarts. They acted like it was no big deal. They never apologize or anything but i did get my money back. They should of caught the mistake right away after they put oil in it they are suppose to check the level. So they must have been lazy or didnt care should have never happened. I wouldnt recommend getting any work done on your car there. The people that work there arent qualified to work on cars.

I went in for two new tires on Friday, late afternoon. They were quick and got me back on the road in just under an hour...the expected wait time.

Completed what was needed explained everything that we asked was a slight hiccup over what was paid for last time and why when we were told we didn't pay for road hazard last time when we did. But didn't receive it. .

Took to long for a battery and oil change was there about 3hrs and they weren't busy think they went to lunch on me
