We had a great experience at Reliance Autogroup in Bay City. My daughter was ready to finance her first vehicle but knew exactly what she wanted and needed help making it happen. Kim was our initial contact and made it the easiest possible process. She communicated clearly and was very transparent from the start. I ve already referred friends to her. Jason was extremely helpful in the next step to get options on the table for financing and helped keep her monthly payments within her budget and then we finished up the paperwork with Danny who was also very easy to work with and clearly communicated what he needed. Overall a very quick turnaround from start to finish and a very happy daughter with the exact car she wanted. Would definitely suggest working with them and I ll most likely go directly back to them for my next purchase as well.

Our saleswoman Kim is awesome. You should ask for her when you plan on buying a car, she's very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions even more than once without irritation . Everybody at reliance Chevrolet was awesome that we dealt with a very good experience. Definitely would not have a problem going back

I love this dealership. From the sale a staff to finance and service department, they were honest, clear, if they can work with you they will and if not they will try to make something happen positively for you. Michelle was an angel, she searched for the vehicle I said I needed, picked me up from my job to test drive my truck, Mr. Diaz in finance searched high and low for my best option in financing and even explained how long and what to do to refinance and a great maintenance warranty, Alejandro in service contacted me immediately to do the upgrade and GMC recall-and I had no clue there was one... all of the staff there have just been amazing. I would refer anyone to them. If more dealerships were this motivated people wouldn't hate the process of getting a new vehicle.

The seller (Kimberly Rodriguez) was not too pushy with us, she let us take our time. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased and a different vehicle that we are looking to get later in the future.

Christopher Berry was amazing! He was very patient while I nitpicked each little detail of several different cars. He worked with me for a few days while I was indecisive until I finally made a decision. He was friendly and one of the best salesmen I ve worked with. If you re looking for a new car, I highly recommend going to Reliance and asking for him.

A dealership They won't work on any older cars or trucks. Have the worst service representative I've ever talked to that seems clueless of truth in automotive services and excellence (DJ Power,ect.). I'm well advsnced and ASE certified many years past so I'm knowledgeable about how business is ran and conducted; it just isn't employed at this dealership if you can call it that. Automatiive Pushers comes to mind here. Don't think I'd refer a goat hearder here for a ferrowers stop over. Congratulations in 1st place of the worst I've known and seen.

I've had my Truck, 2018 2500HD in their service dept twice. Once in December, once in February or March. In December, I let them know I'd be gone 3 weeks. When I came back, it was sitting outside untouched. Alex said they were waiting on parts and also blamed my warranty company for slow response. It took approx 5 weeks to be done.2nd time, it took 3 weeks. Same excuses.Mind you, Alex never called me once. I was the one who always made contact, even though Alex promised each time to "call tomorrow." I was not once mean about it because at the time, I believed him.Last Friday, I took it to Lake Jackson, Don Davis GMC service dept. Same problem: injectors. They called today. Done. 4 days.RELIANCE ? Unexceptable. I wouldn't buy a vehicle here for that reason. Empty promises.

I highly recommend if you are in the bay city area and need a new vehicle. Christopher berry was very helpful and got the job done in a timely manner. And my kids were being kids but he was a good sport about it and played with my kids and gave them a couple pieces of candy lol He made the car buying experience very easy and comfortable.

Be on guard-trust & integrity are at the bottom with these people. I trusted the word of salesman David-had him go look over a truck w/ 7700 miles on it. He said it was perfect- couldn't see a thing wrong. After I got it home, there was rust spots on front bumper, windshield cracked, tonneau cover needed replaced from dry rot, and info screen jumped all over the place w/o toycing it. Manager Jason returned my call & said he was sorry but he couldn't do anything. So his integrity was just like his salesman. How pathetic! Wouldn't trust this place with a plug nickel!

As a combat veteran, have pretty severe ptsd, being in unfamiliar public places is very stressful for me. Christopher berry had a way of putting me at ease, got very close to the numbers I was asking for, and did so quickly. As did Joni, could not have asked for anything more here, 100% happy.

Got a great car at a great price!AJ was very helpful and gave me his personal number for any questions that I had along the way.Was able to get in house financing with less than a 600 credit score.Definitely a pleasant and easy experience.

Had a great experience at Reliance. Called about a gently used Ram 2500. Both David and Kim were able to send me additional information, photos, and get all the paperwork in order for me when I got there a few days later. I live about and 1.25 hours away from Reliance. I put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle after I was approved for financing. Truck was very clean and in good order when I arrived. Paperwork was ready and in good order. The whole process was very low stress and very streamlined. I recommend using Kim and/or David to purchase your next vehicle.

Tommy was AMAZING!!!! This is the fifth car we purchase from him and he never disappoints!!! If you want great customer service and a smooth process ask for Tommy Sedam! Y all will thank me later.

My experience at Reliance is one that will have me coming back for my next vehicle. Reliance had a vehicle in stock that I was interested in, and after speaking with Salesman James Dunn over the phone, I felt extremely comfortable with both him and the dealership, and I drove to Bay City from Oklahoma City to buy the truck. James made everything smooth and seamless, and facilitated the sale across state lines without allowing it to hassle me at all. I was well taken care of, was treated respectfully, fairly, and promptly, and got a great deal on the truck to boot. James encourages people to come to Reliance for a "Deal Dunn Right" - as a more than satisfied customer, I can attest, it's not just his catchphrase, a "Deal Dunn Right" is what he does. I don't usually write reviews, but James is a gem I can't keep to myself!

I purchased 3 vehicles from Reliance in Bay City TX. My salesman AJ was awesome. He really did a good job on keeping a fair deal. They paid top money for my trade ins and kept a very friendly atmosphere. The sales manager Randy was amazing as well. I will definitely go back for my next purchase.

Delivered a 2018 RS Camaro WITHOUT air conditioning and FAULTY fan. Fan continued to run for 30 minutes. Still having this problem. This is a CPO car which basically is useless. Not covered.Salesperson sent pics of the car but I feel intentionally neglected to inform me that three of the wheels had bad road/curb rash. Car is supposed to have run flat tires which IT DOES NOT. There is no spare!! More neglected information.I cannot in good faith recommend this dealer. Buyer beware of this dealership.

Just traded a Toyota for 2023 Chevy with Tommy Sedam. Man is VERY VERY knowledgeable about the products they offer and couldn t have made the car buying process any better!
